PVC joinery with shutter that gives access to a large veranda balcony. Permanent water heater with Bath. Italian private shower equipped with a shower 2 jet column. with corner sinks. The room is equipped with a 160 x 190 cm bed with orthopedic mattress, a dresser and a garment worn with these hangers. The bright living room is composed of a sofa bed, a flat screen TV Samsung 120 cm (USB port). Parking is guarded at night by a guard.
