The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, there's two queen beds in the second bedroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, makes Nautilus 1303 comfortably sleeps 6! Watch the pelicans dive and dolphins play in the morning as you enjoy your first cup of coffee on the spacious beachfront balcony. Nautilus - room 1303

Overall, the property was great. The condo overall is clean, but the couch needs to be replaced or deep cleaned as well as the two chairs in the living room. The carpet in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. But we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful unit

This unit is ocean front. The condo itself was pretty quiet. We did have some issues with the unit which I communicated with RealJoy to be addressed after we checked out. I appreciated the numerous texts and emails from RealJoy which made the check in/out process very simple. We will definitely book the unit we stayed in again. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Stay

The condo had the most beautiful views of the beach. It was big enough for our family of 4, close enough to Destin to easily be able to go do things there, but far enough away we didn’t have all the traffic. We will be back for future vacations! The washer and dryer are noisy, but we made it work!

It served the purpose. Shower and bed. It looks as if it has original furnishings from 1980. Very much needs updating ! Washer, dryer and dishwasher were so loud you could hardly hear TV ( which was a 32" in main living:( ) Great view and large balcony were the pluses.

Fantastic View !

The view was amazing ! We seen Dolphins every day. Sting Rays . got to witness a sea turtle being filmed by a drone. Surfers . i love walking on the beach collecting shells. Not many big ones here. But we did get lots a small ones and even found a sand dollar. Cant say enought about the Beach ❤️❤️❤️. The condo was nice. But needed a few updates . the carpet and sofa needs a good cleaning or replaced. We had trouble with the TV on second day and the were right out to help us.

I was disappointed in a couple of things, the couch and chairs in living room were not comfortable, and the remote in second bedroom didn't work properly , couldn't change channels , and i could never get the one in living room to come on, but the one in master bedroom worked fine. We loved the balcony and the view was amazing!!

Great place. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very clean. Has everything you need. Beach service was confusing though. Says first come first serve but we weren’t on the list so was told we would have to pay?!?

The view

Enjoyed our stay. The best part is being able to hear the ocean from your bed. Room is a little dated but clean. Elevator at the Property was the only thing that kept breaking but its only 3 floors so not a deal breaker. Overall good value.

Excellent location, family friendly. We did have bad weather which caused a lot of seaweed on the pretty days but the location was so close to indoor attractions. I will definitely be booking this condo again!!

Loved the view

The condo was nice but needed updating. The king size bed is not comfortable at all. The condo was not clean, still had sand on the floors. The sheets looked as though they had not been changed, so I washed all sheets n pillow covers. I had to call to get the codes to get in the condo n wait 20 minutes. We enjoyed the pool with the children, they loved coming down at night and swimming but that was cut short because of the pot smokers. I reported it to the office.

They condo was clean and roomy. It could have some updates to the furniture and decor. We had 2 adults in our party and ran out of hot water when we both showered at the same time

Good hotel but wrong unit

Short and skinny is you can find a better unit by going directly through the nautilus website. It’s a great hotel but this unit needs some tlc. Check in was great. Didn’t have to go to the office at all during our stay as everything was done by email and text, which I liked. Carts are provided for guests to bring luggage to your room which was great. The view was amazing! Right on the beach with a short walk to Tom thumb for snacks or drinks if you desire. Location was great as well. Close to good seafood restaurants and tourist shops. Minutes from destin if you like to go there. Place was very clean. Kitchen amenities were great but you will need to bring a knife sharpener if you want to use them. Major deal breaker for me coming back was the furniture. All of the beds and cushions in the place are old, worn out, and need replacing. Mgmt is aware but doesn’t care enough to do anything about it. They will be polite and tell you they will pass the info on to their team but that’s it. The carpet was old and needs replaced with tile. Me and my wife slept horribly and left with sinus infections. You will need to bring or purchase beach chairs as the ones provided in the room are rusty and I didn’t feel safe with them. You will however be confronted by the chair police if you decide to sit in the nice beach chairs he sets up every morning and you aren't on his list. They are provided to guests who are staying in hotel-owned units. This is not one of those units as it is a privately owned one so if you want the chairs and umbrella you will pay $70 per day for the privilege. Parking lots and walkways do get flooded when it rains but this is expected. If the furniture and carpet was replaced I would have given this unit a much better rating. You can find an updated unit in this hotel for the same price.

Great stay

Condo was clean and the right size for my family of 4. The view was wonderful! Access to the beach was right there! We all truly enjoyed our experience! Kitchen could have been better stocked but it’s not a deal breaker! Would stay again!

Needs deep cleaning

I saw two roaches one in a kitchen drawer. Carpet is in need of a deep cleaning along with other areas for sure. Great location, terrible check in process and with it being privately owned and managed by Real Joy, ladies at front desk can’t help you.
