Très bonne visite, gérant super!

L’appartement est très bien situé à proximité de tout. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et de la place pour ranger ses affaires. Nous sommes arrivés tard samedi et Ilda et son mari nous attendaient. Le seul problème du séjour à été avec le parking sous l’immeuble. Il est vraiment très difficile à utiliser. Apres avoir abîmé la voiture, nous nous sommes garé ailleurs (en payant). Donc, attention si vous compter sur le parking. Autrement, le séjour était très bien.

Merveilleux séjour

Accueil très chaleureux, bel appartement très agréable proche des commerces et de la plage. Avec en plus une place de parking bien utile. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Bel emplacement avec garage

Appartement lumineux et bien équipé. Bel emplacement pour decouvrir Biarritz. Tout se fait à pied : plage, halles, courses (carrefour market et boulangerie à proximité). Proprietaire réactive et sympathique. Nous avons passe une bonne semaine!!

Excellente situation près halles et grande plage .Descriptif de l'annonce conforme à la réalité, situation appartement dans un quartier très calme. Un souci : l'accès au parking voiture au 2e sous sol est très délicat pour une voiture familiale , la rampe d'accès est très étroite nécessité de manoeuvrer dans la rampe .Nous avons préferé adopter le parking municipal Gare du Midi qui est tout proche. Excellent accueil. P.B

Très bel appartement au cœur de Biarritz

Endroit idéal pour découvrir Biarritz en famille et profiter de ses plages et rues animées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. L'espace privé de stationnement est un plus!

Beautiful Biarritz!

Lovely apartment with great walking access to everything in the center of town. Private parking garage, elevator access, terrace, great! Just around the corner (2 minute walk) a wonderful boulangerie and a Carrafour market! Go see the surfers!!!

Très bon séjour

Location très bien placée au centre de Biarritz. On peut tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture au garage très pratique mais aussi très étroit. A recommander.

PARFAIT !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, où les propriétaires ont tout pensé dans le moindre détail pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L' appartement est très agréable, d'une propreté irréprochable, et les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout : lit bébé, chaise haute, petits jeux pour les enfants, sac de courses à roulettes (pour aller au marché des halles, tout proche, ou au supermarché à 1 rue de l'appartement), parasol, etc ... Très bien situé, en plein centre de Biarritz, nous avons posé la voiture et ne l'avons quasiment plus touchée de tout le séjour. La plage est à 10 mns à pieds. Seul petit bémol, l'accès au parking souterrain est assez étroit ... mais quel luxe de bénéficier d'une place de parking, surtout en plein mois d'août !! Vivement nos prochaines vacances à Biarritz !! Pour sûr, nous réserverons à nouveau notre séjour dans cet appartement, que nous recommandons bien vivement !

Pied à terre intéressant pour découvrir la region

Nous y avons séjourné 10 jours.Tres propre, bien situé idem que sur les photos .il faut marcher 10 minutes pour rejoindre la plage. C'est très étroit pour descendre au garage avec la voiture mais une fois rendu c'est ok.les proprios sont très gentils il y a un marché pas loin à pied. Nous y avons que déjeuner.Idéal pour visiter la région.Le lit double est un peu étroit mais confortable.Quartier tres tranquille et sécuritaire.

Bonjour Nous voulons vous dire toute la satisfaction que nous avons eue de séjourner à votre magnifique appartement. Pendant tout le mois de septembre 2014, nous avons connu, visité, apprécié Biarritz dans à peu près toutes ses richesses, comptant sur tous les avantages que nous offrait votre appartement dont la description correspondait en tout point à la réalité, avec, en plus, une foule de petits accommodements qui nous ont rendu la vie des plus agréables. Très bien situé, cet appartement permet un accès facile aux plages et à tous les services, ainsi qu'aux différents transports en commun. Votre accueil, la préoccupation de la réussite de notre séjour, la facilité des arrangements, tout a permis de profiter complètement de cette merveilleuse expérience que nous n'hésiterions pas à réaliser à nouveau! C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous invitons de futurs voyageurs à faire la location de cet appartement. Avec nos remerciements, acceptez l'expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement, très agréable (propre, très bien équipé, belle déco). Il est également très bien situé, proche des plages et du centre ville. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et sympathiques! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cette location lors d'un prochain séjour à Biarritz.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce T2. L'appartement est lumineux, bien pensé, très bien situé. Il est également très bien tenu ! La disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires incitent également à recommander ce lieu pour un prochain séjour sur le pays basque.
