This large 2 bed room & 2 bath room condo is 1370 square feet, so it offers everyone plenty of space to relax. Our vacation rental sleeps 6 comfortably (8 is maximum allowed), with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area.

AWESOME PLACE
The pictures of this property are not up to date. It is even better in person. It is a beautiful condo and the location is perfect. I had to contact the property manager once we got there to get another parking pass and within 30 minutes the situation was resolved. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Check in and check out were both so easy. We will book this property again for sure!

No door lock instructions, door unlocked when we arrived, large TV in living room no local channels or local cable, rugs in living romm & bedrooms filthy, had to vacuum, black mold on shower curtains both bathrooms, commode in 2nd bedroom needs repair, kept flushing itself, for the price we paid you wouldd expect at least a clean place.

Beyond Expectations
It was a great experience. The unit had been updated and looked beautiful. This is the first time we have had everything we needed including towels, washcloths, kitchenware, toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing & washing pods, etc. The owner was quick to respond to all inquiries. Maintenance was there when we arrived checking the unit and repairing and/or replacing anything that needed attention. We will definitely rent this unit again. We always love staying at Long Beach Resort because it is so clean and close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo and view
The condo was well appointed, spacious and lovely. Nice wide balcony so could enjoy eating outside or sitting and relaxing. The thermostat drove us nuts. Kept trying to set it at a temperature we were comfortable in and it would suddenly start getting colder and colder. There were no instructions and no reason for it changing from what we set. A cookie sheet is needed in the kitchen. Also some grab bars need added to both ends of the tubs for getting in and out, especially since the sides are so high. A bathroom reno to a walk-in shower in at least one bathroom would be nice for the future. The one TV had Netflix only and then stopped working. But really, it was a very, very nice and clean place and we'd rent it again. Thank you.

My favorite place for some vitamin sea therapy!
This is a beautiful, clean, well appointed condo in a fabulous location with stunning views of sunrise and sunset! You cannot ask for more! It's my favorite condo in PCB! Unfortunately, this trip the week of July 4th there was an issue with the power in the tower we were in. It started the 1st day after our arrival. All power and air conditioning was out from Sunday morning until Thursday lunch time. We didn't want to return home the day after we arrived so we stayed and made the best we could of the situation. The condo owners are just great people too. They were on top of communicating with us the entire time. It was no one's fault just old equipment that couldnt keep up with the usage in the tower. We did end up staying at a hotel for 3 nights. We were on the beach and in and out of the condo during the day but went to the hotel in the evening where we had power and air and could sleep. The condo owners Mr. and Mrs. Dingus stayed in contact and did everything they could to keep us informed about the situation. They also reimbursed our hotel costs which was so nice to help offset the extra costs on us. I love this place and whenever I'm in PCB this is where I'll be. I recommend this gem to anyone who wants to stay in a really nice condo that is very comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen and stack washer and dryer, in a fabulous location with stunning views and owners who actually care!

Beautiful condo and location.
We love Long Beach Resorts and this is by far the nicest rental we've had there. It has been recently updated with comfortable furniture/beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Grateful for the opportunity to stay at this rental with my family.

The property is great. The unit was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We had trouble with the door lock and had to use the keys provided most of the time. Loved that the unit included chairs and umbrella on the beach!

Great Condo!!
We loved our stay at this condo. The property owners were great! we had an issue with the the deadbolt lock and they were over there that evening to help us out!! The condo has also been recently updated as a lot has been changed since they took the current photos. We loved the patio furniture. I could work in the mornings on the table in the morning and relax on the padded furniture watching the sunset at night.

Beautiful condo in a great location!
This is our second time at Long Beach Resort but the first time in this condo. It was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. It was obviously newly remodeled and just beautiful! It looked nothing like the pictures for the booking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was more than enough dishes, utensils, drinkware, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc., and several small appliances such as a Keurig, a blender, a mixer and even a Crock Pot. But we didn't cook so we didn't use any of it. The balcony is huge and is accessible from both masters. Unlike a lot of vacation places, this balcony was nicely furnished with an outdoor seating area for 4 people for watching the gorgeous sunsets, plus another wooden table and 4 chairs for having meals on the balcony. The condo is great being on the 6th floor you're not at beach level so you have privacy, but you're still low enough to have an amazing view of the full beach and the ocean and the horizon! We had a minor issue with closing the glass doors to the balcony but a quick text and the owner was there in less than 10 mins and it was after 9:30pm on July 4th so we appreciated the prompt response. A quick adjustment to reset the door properly in the track and we had no further issues with it the entire week. The electronic door lock was stubborn so we used the actual keys instead but that wasn't a problem for us. The only thing I would change is adding a ceiling fan on the balcony. We will stay here again as this is our new favorite vacation rental! Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Dingus!

Absolutely beautiful condo!
This place was beyond expectations, when we walked in I thought it was the wrong condo. There have been renovations since the pictures online. It was absolutely gorgeous!! Getting to the beach was quick and easy. It was perfect for our family of 5.

Excellent property and location
My family and I have stayed here many times. We love the space and balcony views. I’ve noticed they have done some upgrades that are not in the pictures. Which are nice. One thing I did notice is that only one of the burners on the stove works. Which hopefully will be fixed in future.

Having lived in Panama City for many years and looking at many condos in the area. This condo really is unlike any in Panama City. Every room has a breathtaking view of the ocean.
