One week surfing

The property is as described and seen on the pictures. It is equipped with everything you could wish for, as well it is very neat and expansive! The host Sylvie is very friendly and good organised Person, communication was always fast and reliable. Me and my friends had a great week in Seignosse staying at this house and can warmly recommend it to anyone!

Séjour entre amis en Juin

Le logement de Sylvie est tout simplement parfait ! La localisation est idéale avec la possibilité d'aller surfer à pied avec la planche sous le bras depuis la maison, le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description très détaillée et totalement équipé pour ne manquer de rien. Se rajoute à cela, une hôte très réactive et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ : en un mot tout était PARFAIT Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement, dans lequel nous aurons plaisir je l'espère à revenir. Maison spacieuse, bien située

Nous étions 10 à la Toussaint : la maison, avec ses 3 salles de bain, son grand séjour ainsi que son jardin, avec terrasse et parking, s'est avérée spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Très proche d'une location de vélos, qui propose aussi des cours et locations de surf, proches de la mer et de plages. Idéalement située !

La maison est très bien placée en face de la piste cyclable entre la plage des estagnots et des bourdaines. Hossegor centre à 15 mn en vélo. La terrasse est très grande et agréable. La maison est très propre, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Hyper pratique à vivre avec les enfants. La propriétaire est très aimable. Ne pas hésiter à louer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour lors de la période de Noël en famille ( 8 personnes) . Grande villa landaise extrêmement bien équipée , rien ne manquait ! Équipement de qualité. Ces 3 salles de bain ont été largement appréciées. Tout le monde a pu trouver sa place sans se gêner. Compte tenu de la période nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’immense terrasse qui doit être appréciable l’été. L’ocean est très proche, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Nos ados ont été ravis de la Wifi. En deux mots : à recommander

Une maison où il fait bon vivre

Très agréable lieu de villégiature à proximité de la plage. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût, très propre et bien équipée. La pièce de vie qui bénéficie d’une belle hauteur sous plafond, dispose de grandes portes-fenêtres donnant directement sur la terrasse et le jardin et est baignée de lumière. Cette location est à vivement recommander. Mention spéciale à l’accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

Alles perfekt!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 9 Personen in dem Haus, davon drei Kinder. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Induktionsherd und einem sehr großen Kühlschrank. Es sind genug Töpfe und Pfannen da und auch sonst alles, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß. Die Terasse ist ebenfalls sehr groß und man hat einen großen und sehr stabilen Sonnenschirm für den großen Esstisch. Der Garten ist groß. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Haus war perfekt geputzt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und man konnte sie alles fragen, auch war sie erreichbar, wenn es zwischendurch Fragen gab. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, dort kann man alles bekommen, was man braucht. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir immer nach Capbreton gefahren. Auch gibt es auf dem Weg zum Strand einen Bäcker und zwei kleine Restaurants. Der Ort ist im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden Orten südlich und nördlich viel kleiner und es ist nicht so viel los. Der Strand ist sauber und von mehreren Stellen aus zugänglich. Allerdings muss man, um zum Strand zu kommen, über das Gelände eines Ferienparks laufen, was aber kein Problem ist. Am Anfang waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob das überhaupt erlaubt ist, aber wie gesagt: kein Problem. Das Meer war unterschiedlich. An manchen Tagen war es sehr wild, so dass man wirklich nur an den überwachten Stellen baden wollte, an anderen Tagen konnte man aber problemlos überall baden gehen, natürlich nie weit herausschwimmen, weil man ja nicht weiß, wie die Strömungen verlaufen, aber vorne konnte man an diesen Tagen wirklich ohne Gefahr baden. Wir haben zwei wirklich schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Modern and spacious house very close to beach

The house is wonderful and meets exactly the description. We spent wonderful 2 weeks in the house, there was enough space for 3 kids and 2 adults, actually the house would also be great for 2 families. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms are spacious, well furnished and the porch is wonderful for relaxing and barbecuing after a day at the beach. The next little stores are only a 3 minute walking distance and the beach is 5 minutes by foot. The surrounding is beautiful, great for biking and surfing, the close towns are perfect for shopping and dining. Sylvie was great and very service oriented. We are planning to come back! Ilja

Traumhafter Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit 2 Familien (mit insgesamt 5 Kinder) in dem Haus verbracht. Der Stand ist schnell zu erreichen, der kleine Laden ist nur 2 min. entfernt und beim Bäcker gibt es den ganzen Tag frisch gebackenes Baguette. Ich kann nur empfehlen, sich im Urlaub Räder auszuleihen - so kommt man am schnellsten überall hin. Der Verkehr ist gerade in Hauptsaison nicht zu unterschätzen. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Geräte sind neu und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Im riesigen Kühlschrank konnten wir bequem alles unterbringen. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, ebenso eine Toilette sowie zwei herrliche Vollbäder. Selbst mit 9 Personen haben wir nie Probleme beim Duschen oder "Anhübschen" gehabt. Das Kinderzimmer mit einem Stockbett ist nur für Personen unter 160 cm geeignet! Die Badezeiten am Strand von Seignosse sind gezeitenabhängig. Je nach Wellen- und Windstärke sind einzelne Badeabschnitte von Rettungsschwimmern bewacht. Empfehlenswert ist der Spaziergang nach Hossegor am See entlang. Die Belohnung war stets ein Eis bei "Tante Jeanne". Hossegor hat zwei größere Shopping-Straßen mit kleinen Cafes und Restaurants. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien, die ein vielfältiges Urlaubsangebot suchen ohne mitten im Getümmel Urlaub zu machen.

La casa perfecta, limpia, moderna y amplia.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit ganz viel Platz

Wir können das tolle Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Es ist ein ganzes Haus, das blickgeschützt in einem grossen Garten liegt. Die vielen Schlafzimmer sind wie auch die Küche und die 3 Bäder ganz neu renoviert. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch die hohen Fenster sehr hell und gemütlich. Wegen der späten Jahreszeit konnten wir den Garten und die riesige Terrasse gar nicht mehr richtig nutzen, aber für Kinder ist das sicher ein idealer, geschützter Ort. Zu Fuss sind es etwa 5 Minuten an den nächsten Strand, gegenüber ist ein kleiner Laden, der aber offensichtlich nur zur Saison offen hat. Danach muss man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Lädchen fahren. Obwohl wir nur zu zwei waren, hat sich das Haus nicht zu gross angefühlt und war auch preislich absolut in Ordnung.

Des vacances de rêve dans un cadre magnifique

C'est la deuxime fois que nous louons cette maison. Refaite à neuf, elle est très agréable, spacieuse, bien agencée et très calme. La terrasse de 90m² est ensoleillée quasiment toute la journée et c'est un bonheur d'être dans les transats !!!!! La proximité des petits commerces et de la plage permet de tout faire à pied. Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille et/ou entre amis. Nous la relouerons l'année prochaine !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location qui possède tout le confort pour une grande famille. Elle est spacieuse, bien entretenue, à deux plage des plages...... rien à redire. Nous l'avons recommandée à des amis. Différentes locations à Seignosse (louées avec des agences) ns avaient déçues, ce n'est plus le cas avec Abritel

komfortables, sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsenen und zwei Teenager) haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Terrasse ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. In etwa 100 Metern erreicht man einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, zwei Imbiss, ein Restaurant und ein Surfbrett- und Velovermieter. Nach einem kurzen Weg über die Dünen erreicht man den weiten Strand, super zum Surfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Dieses Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir sind begeistert!
