Architect's villa in a quiet area with large sliding picture windows offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires.
Magnificent infinity pool (9.5 x 4.5), beautiful large maritime wooden terrace suitable for dinners in front of the setting sun as well as shaded terrace with 180 ° sea view for lunch in the cool during hot hours, many deckchairs, parasols, barbecue ... but also a natural stone patio (haven of peace, sunny in the morning and shaded at the end of the day).
3 parental suites each with walk-in shower and wc.

Sehr tolles Haus

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Waren mit 7 Personen vor Ort. Alle waren begeistert. Vor allem von den Sonnenuntergängen, die man von der Terrasse oder aus dem Pool heraus genießen konnte. Das einzigste, was uns etwas störte, dass es kein Fußweg zum Meer gab. Man musste immer mit dem Auto fahren. Der Zugang zum Haus ist auch abenteuerlich 😀😀 Wir kommen gerne wieder

Amazing panoramic sunset views

The house was fabulous with a large deck, great pool and views for miles. A very peaceful location, with great water views from three of the bedrooms as well. This house was a perfect setting for exploring the South of Corsica. Our week long stay was far too short.

Vue époustouflante

La villa est très belle et l 'emplacement magnifique pour un séjour avec vue extraordinaire sur le coucher de soleil. Clément a été d'une grande aide pour nous faciliter le séjour et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses conseils.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir mieten seit über 20 Jahren Ferienhäuser und würden dieses Haus in die Top 3 einordnen. Aufgrund der tollen Lage, der guten Einrichtung, der lichtdurchfluteten Räume und der Sonnenuntergänge, die man abends auf der Terrasse zelebrieren kann. Das Organisatorische war suboptimal, die Verwalterin vor Ort war nicht in der Lage, anzugeben, wann der Poolservice kommt und dieser kündigt sich weder vorher an, noch klingelt er, wenn er angekommen ist - sondern läuft um das Haus herum mit Einblick in fast alle Zimmer und steht dann plötzlich am Pool. Was nicht erfreulich ist, wenn man textilfrei dort liegt. Wir konnten dann von ihm erfahren, dass er normalerweise Freitags kommt, Zeitspanne 12-15 Uhr, aber einmal kam er eben auch Samstags unangekündigt. Da wir die Privatheit sehr schätzen, hat uns das geärgert, zumal weder Besitzer noch Verwalterin wirklich konkrete Termine nennen konnten. Ansonsten wurde in 14 Tagen kein Wäschewechsel und keine Zwischenreinigung vorgenommen. Was uns vorher so nicht mitgeteilt wurde, uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es war ein späterer Check-In möglich, da wir nach abendlicher Landung in Bastia noch ca. 3 Stunden Anfahrt hatten zum Ferienhaus. Dank Google Earth/Maps fanden wir den Feldweg zum Haus aber auch im Dunkeln. Bei Terminen mit der Verwalterin sollte man allerdings stets eine gewisse Verspätung mit einkalkulieren, trotz vorheriger Kommunikation. Man benötigt unbedingt einen Mietwagen, es sei denn, man ist ein Wandersmann, der die Strecke zur nächsten Bucht mit ihrem kleinen Einkaufslädchen stramm bewältigt. Unser „Lieblingsbäcker“ ist 5 km entfernt, der nächste große Carrefour ca. 25 min. und nach Ajaccio sind es gute 50 min. Die Entfernungsangaben auf der Fewo-Webseite entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es gibt schöne Strände ganz in der Nähe, aber bei solch einem tollen Pool waren wir kaum am Strand. Insgesamt haben wir das Haus, die Umgebung, die Atmosphäre und den Blick sehr genossen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal dorthin.

Traumhafter Blick

Traumhafte Villa und Blick. Die Anfahrts Beschreibung, die man zugemailt bekommt sollte lieber mit Bildern sein, über die GPS Koordinaten wollte das Auto-Navi nicht zu den richtigen Feldweg führen. Nicht alles in der Küche war für so viele Personen ausgelegt. ABER das waren eher Kleinigkeiten, der Blick, die Ruhe, die tollen Sonnenuntergänge, es ist einfach Traumhaft. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene Personen und da es drei Doppelbett Zimmer jeweils mit Bad gibt, war es völlig Problemlos und entspannt.

Wonderful House with incredible view

The house is just perfect. From almost every part of the house you have an amazing view on the ocean and the infinity pool is just great. The communication with Mister Bada was perfect. We had a wonderuful stay at his house and would totally recommended it to everyone.

Magnifique villa avec vue d'exception

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une villa de rêve. Super batisse entourée de maquis avec une vue "carte postale" sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Nous avons goûté au silence et à la tranquillité du lieu. Villa très bien entretenue avec équipement exceptionnel. Tous les soirs depuis la piscine, nous avons admiré de magnifiques couchers de soleil. N'hésitez pas à retenir cette location, la Corse plus cette villa, c'est paradisiaque. Le propriétaire est très aimable et facilement joignable.
