The flat is at 2nf floor of an elegant and new private building, far away only 150 metres from the main square of Zafferana Etnea, touristic centre on the splopes of Etna, the biggest active volano of Europe!
The home is well furnished, bright, entirely new in all its equipments and air coinditioned in all rooms. It offers one big double room, a living room with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry, a big terrage with table and sun chairs.
We welcome comfortably both couples and families, also suitable for small children or babies.
Excellent starting point for excursions to Mount Etna, an ideal location to reach the major tourist areas of the Ionian coast: Taormina, Acireale, Riviera of the Cyclops, Catania but also Siracuse and Noto in a day trip.
For every season Zafferana reserve a tasty welcome as well as a long tradition of local products to discover. From June to October, the country becomes the center of international culture with a rich calendar of artistic and cultural events, ranging from music to dance, from cinema to theatre.

Appartement agréable et conforme à la description

Gresi est adorable et toujours disponible pour nous aider. L'appartement est conforme à la description et agréable à vivre. La ville de zafferana est typique et a beaucoup d'intérêts, car il y a une vraie vie de "village" notamment le soir avec un large choix de petits restaurants. Il est possible de visiter syracuse, taormina et bien sûr l'etna, mais voiture indispensable.

Urlaub mit Zuhause

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Gresi empfangen worden. In der Wohnküche fanden wir auf dem Küchentisch was zu trinken, Obst und einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen vor. Auch ein bequemes Sofa ist vorhanden und die Küche ist mit den Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett groß genug und die Matratze sehr gut (wir sind Wasserbettschläfer). Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber es reicht. Beide Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Da wir erst bei Dunkelheit in Zafferana ankamen mussten wir bis zum Morgen warten um den grandiosen Blick von der Dachterasse auf den Etna genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man vor dem Haus oder aber in der Garage parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Gresi.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Hatten bis jetzt noch nie Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung gemacht. Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit der Inhaberin Gresi beeindruckt. In der Wohnung waren für die ersten Tage Kaffee,Obst und sogar ein selbst gebackener Kuchen für uns vorhanden. Unseren Leihwagen könnten wir in einer Garage neben der Wohnung unterstellen. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist vorbildlich. Wir können diese Wohnung ohne Abzüge jedem Empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Un très chouette appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce chouette appartement, très propre, bien équipé et confortable. Une météo un peu capricieuse. Une chouette vue gênée, pour l'instant, par des échaffaudages. Espérons qu'ils disparaissent rapidement. Une boulangerie à deux pas, d'excellents poisonniers dans le village, le tout accessible à pied, ce qui ne gâte rien. L'appartement dispose d'un garage, un atout important. Bref, un excellent pied à terre

Un esperienza meravigliosa!!!

Un arrivo super caloroso ed accogliente da parte dei proprietari, un appartamento stupendo addirittura meglio che nelle foto, pulitissimo, arredamento moderno, ampia terrazza dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato più volte con una bellissima vista sull'etna. Fornito di tutto e con omaggi da parte dei proprietari al nostro arrivo e alla nostra partenza. Ottimi consigli sulle attrazioni turistiche e gastronomiche Siciliane. Consigliamo caldamente un soggiorno in questo stupendo appartamento che per noi è stata come una seconda casa. Un ringraziamento speciale alla carissima Gresi che non ci ha fatto mai mancare nulla e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. È davvero una cosa rara incontrare una persona cosi premurosa e speciale! Terrasse magique pour montagne magique

Au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble de 2 appartements sur l'une des 2 rues principales de Zafferana, c'est un appartement neuf, très propre et très confortable (excellente literie en 160, cuisine bien équipée, rangements, wifi, etc.) dont l'argument décisif est la grande terrasse à l'arrière pour contempler l'Etna. Nous y sommes restés en couple 4 jours en mai 2016, avec la chance d'assister au réveil du volcan qui a assuré, jour et nuit, son et lumière sur la terrasse. Même au repos, l'Etna est un grand et formidable massif qui mérite d'être arpenté par ses multiples sentiers couverts de fleurs et peu fréquentés en mai (sans oublier, si la prévision est bonne, de monter au Zoccolaro le matin tôt. Quelle lumière sur l'impressionnante Valle del Bove !). Cet appartement est une base de départ et de repos idéale pour l'Etna : parking facile, excellente boulangerie au pied, tous les commerces et services à proximité, etc. Accueil ponctuel et efficace de Gresi très attentive à nos questions. Avec un peu d'anglais, d'italien et de français nous nous sommes parfaitement entendus. C'est une adresse où nous retournerions volontiers.

Moderne Wohnung mit Ätna-Blick

Die Angaben und Fotos bei FeWo-direkt haben uns neugierig gemacht und nicht zu viel versprochen. Alles wirkt frisch, sauber und neu. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und ein Grundsortiment an Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen usw. stand für uns bereit. Vermieterin Gresi hatte sogar frisches Obst hingestellt. In der Wohnung war viel Platz für uns zwei und reichlich Stauraum für das Gepäck und alle Utensilien in Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das Auto kann man in der großen Garage abstellen und gleich nebenan gibt es einen auch bei den Einheimischen beliebten Bäcker (panetteria) für die täglichen leckeren Brötchen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Straße ist recht befahren, was uns wenig störte, da wir nach hinten zur Terrasse gelüftet haben. Die Dusche ist mit ca. 70x70cm und schmalem Einstieg für sehr große Leute etwas eng - für uns kein Grund zur Abwertung. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge im Osten Siziliens und am Ätna. Die Ausgangspunkte für unsere Wanderungen am Ätna Süd (Rifugio Sapienza/Seilbahn) und Etna Nordost (Rifugio Citelli, Piano Provenzana) waren mit Auto gut erreichbar. Von der großen Terrasse und dem Küchenfenster hat man einen Blick auf den Ätna (oder die Wolken drumherum), so dass man etwa einschätzen kann ob sich ein Aufstieg lohnt. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und haben sich mit zusätzlichen Tips und Informationen rührend um uns gekümmert. Schon vor der Reise hatten wir mehrfach Kontakt, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise waren Gresi und sogar ihr Papa immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Wir können dieses Quartier sehr empfehlen und danken Gresi ganz herzlich für unsere erste Woche auf Sizilien.

Geniales Apartment

Ein perfektes Apartment mit allem was dazugehört wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, zwei Fernseher, Waschmaschine... Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Spülmittel, Duschgel, und Schere sind vorhanden. Die Eigentümer Gresi und ihr Vater sind sehr freundlich und per WhatsApp oder SMS immer erreichbar. Und zwei Häuser weiter ist eine Bäckerei für die frischen Morgenbrötchen... Sigi und Karin aus Wien.

Great Apartment

One of the best apartements we ever had, everything was perfect, the owner Gresi and her dad where realy nice. And nearby there is a bakery for fresh "pane" for a great breakfast and for dinner there is a good restaurant on the main square, five minutes to go. Greetings from Sigi + Karin from Vienna

Ätnablick...jeden Tag!

Die nett eingerichtete und gepflegte Wohnung liegt im Herzen der kleinen hübschen Stadt am Fusse des Ätnas, an der nur in einer Richtung zu befahrenden Strasse mit einigen Parkplätzen. Die Terasse ist gross und gut eingerichtet und über eine leider etwas baufällige Ruine sieht man auf den Ätna. In direkter Nachbarschaft sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und hübsche Cafes und Restaurant zu finden. Die Vermieter haben und sehr nett empfangen und auch einige Leckereien und Getränke bereit gestellt und uns Alles erklärt. Auch einige Grundnahrungsmittel wie Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Öl und Gewürze waren vorhanden..das war toll! Was man vielleicht ändern könnte ist die Matratze, die war sehr dünn und Rückenweh vorprogrammiert! Zwei Bettdecken statt einer wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, sonst hat es und sehr gut gefallen in Zafferana Etna.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren auf den Ätna

Wir waren im März für drei Tage in der Wohnung von Gresi und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt sogar eine riesige Garage. Die Lage ist auch gut, man ist ganz fix am zentralen Platz von Zafferana. Zafferana ist ein ganz nettes Örtchen, es gibt nicht allzu viel dort zu tun, aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren auf den Ätna oder an die Küste. Nette Restaurants und Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es auch - und vor allem einen super Bäcker nur zwei Häuser weiter. Gresi und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie da und hatten vergessen, bei der Reservierung zu erwähnen, dass wir neben einem Babybett auch einen Hochstuhl brauchen. Als wir das beim Einchecken erwähnt haben dauerte es nur ein paar Stunden und er stand vor unserer Tür.

Ottimo appartamento e proprietari gentilissimi

Vacanza ottima ! L'appartamento e' assolutamente fedele alla descrizione. L'appartamento e' anche meglio rispetto alle foto pubblicate nell'annuncio. Tutto nuovissimo , pulitissimo e i proprietari sono stati assolutamente gentili discreti e disponibili. Nonostante il freddo intenso la climatizzazione e' stata adeguata. Peccato non avere utilizzato il grande spazio esterno messo a disposizione, ma la neve non lo ha permesso.
