The apartment greets you immediately with its decor and attention to detail giving you the warm, safe and cosy felling you are used to when you are in your own home.
This bright, sunny flat consists of two confortable good-sized bedrooms, a cosy and spacious living room and two newly fitted bathrooms with shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, plus plenty of pots and pans if you get in the mood for cooking.
The bedrooms are quiet and tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed which can be easily pulled out into a bed that promises a good night’s sleep. The flat sleeps up to 5 people.
In just a few minutes walk you can reach some of the major places of cultural and tourist interest in the city.
You would be less than 10 minutes walk of: Abatellis palace, home to Sicilian Regional Gallery, Sant’Anna Gallery of Modern Art,Church of San Francesco d’Assisi, Magione, with its Arab - Norman architecture and many others.

- TOURIST TAX € 2 per person per night. Tax is due for the first 4 consecutive nights. The tax shall be paid cash on arrival. -In the courtyard behind the apartment there is a bar that offers international breakfast each morning. As evening falls, it transforms into a cozy tapas bar, where you can unwind with a refreshing cocktail or savor a tasty dinner. They host music concerts twice a week, allowing you to enjoy the melodies right from the comfort of your bedroom balcony. Please note that all musical events wrap up by 10.30 p.m., ensuring a peaceful night’s rest.
- Anyone who is planning to drive in Palermo's historic centre needs to be aware of Restricted Traffic Areas, or Zona Traffico Limitato in Italian, abbreviated to ZTL. The old town centre has set up these limited traffic zones in order to reduce congestion and pollution, and there are significant fines for driving into one of these zones unauthorized.
No cars without permits can be allowed in this area. So, If you are planning on driving in the historic center of Palermo, make sure you inform me about that, so I can tell you where to take your 5-euros daily entrance ticket and how to activate it in order to get in the city centre without getting fined.
