Casa da Praia

Die Lage der FeWo ist gut - zum Praia Centeanes: 5 Minuten, zu Fuß. Techn. Defekte sollten abgestellt werden: Leckage der Dusche. Das Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis ist akzeptabel. Würde wieder in der Casa da Praia logieren wollen. Vale Centeanes liegt etwas ausserhalb von Carvoeiro - deshlab ist ein fahrbarer Untersatz angebracht. Fazit: Soweit ok.

ABSOLUMENT CATASTROPHIQUE

Presque 3000€ pour 1 mois de location dans un lieu qui manque de propreté. • Plan de travail de la cuisine avec plein d'excréments de souris. Il était tellement sale que quand nous avons nettoyé, nos chiffons étaient oranges. • Le sol était noir. • Il y avait des mites dans les placards/tiroirs. • Vaisselle vraiment très sale, mixeur à soupe avec des résidus de nourriture et de la moisissure. Les couverts, les verres, les assiettes, grille pain sale et qui ne fonctionnait pas, tout était sale. • On nous a dit 2 chambres + 1 canapé-lit dans le salon, alors que ce n'était pas un canapé-lit, mais un canapé simple. Le canapé était tâché de partout, seulement c'était caché par un grand drap jaune moutarde. Sans parler des excréments de souris et du cafard qu'il y avait sous les assises du canapé. Canapé où je dormais. Donc en fait je dormais sur un cafard et des excréments de souris. • Lit gonflable qui se dégonfle tout seul. • Parasol troué/déchiré • Les pieds du ventilateur de la chambre parentale n'étaient pas protégés par le caoutchouc. • Inavsion de cafards (blattes) dans toute la maison !!! Jusqu'à dans la nourriture de notre chienne, la salle de bain, le salon et les chambres ! Il y a un vrai problème avec l'hygiène. • Douche qui fuit, l'eau inonde le sol à chaque douche prise. • Lavabo qui ne s'écoule pas. • Sèche cheveux qui a grillé lors de notre 1ère utilisation. • La machine à laver doit être frappée pour se fermer et démarrer. Machine à qui il arrivait souvent de s'ouvrir durant l'essorage. C'est extrêmement dangereux, elle était ouverte et faisait l'essorage, du jamais vu. Elle a fini en plein milieu de la cuisine car elle est sortie de son emplacement. • Bouton de gaz défectueux. • Cache-prises qui se retiraient seuls, laissant les fils à porté de main. • Télévision de la chambre parentale beaucoup trop ancienne. Elle a dû être changée car elle ne fonctionnait pas. Même le paysage magnifique n'a pas pu nous faire oublier la location. Une somme pareille pour une location qui n'en valait même pas la moitié. Nous sommes très déçus. Avoir peur de se lever le soir et de marcher sur un cafard ! Devoir acheter des produits anti-cafards... est-ce normal ? Je ne crois pas. Cela fait 15 ans que nous allons dans cette région, c'est la première fois que nous voyons et vivons ça.

Nuestra experiencia

Todo bastante bien excepto el colchón de la habitación pequeña era como dormir sobre el suelo tal vez porque no tenía somier solo una plancha de madera la tele no se veía bien pero yo mismo arreglé el cable así que los próximos no tendran ese problema al igual que el aire acondicionado el mando no tenía pilas y tuvimos que comprarlas por lo demas bien

Alojamiento muy agradable en una zona espectacular

La casa es muy acogedora y la terraza estupenda, con la barbacoa permite disfrutar de una estancia muy agradable, muy cerquita de una playa preciosa.

Une très bonne adresse les environs sont magnifique la maison est très bien équipés . Seule souci le stationnement et les escaliers pour accéder à la location du parking surtout avec un enfant en bas âge

Welcome Home Feeling

The beds and mattresses are no longer of this time. If I were the owner, I would renew it. Guests want a comfortable holiday with a good night's sleep. This was not possible on these beds. However, this occurs in many places. Furthermore, had a wonderful stay in Carvoeiro.

Que dire, vraiment top !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec les enfants. L'appart est super, bien situé. Tout est nickel et fonctionnel. Je le garde dans mes favoris pour y retourner.

Gute Lage, etwas abgewohnt und mit einigen notdürftig renovierten Wasserschäden

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet.Leider war es sehr schwierig, die Wohnung ohne Navi aufzufinden und die Vermieterin erinnerte sich auf meine Nachfrage zunächst nicht mal an unsere Anreise zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt. Leider hat die Wohnung einige Wasserschäden und ist auch sonst relativ abgewohnt. Daher wohl auch der günstige Preis. Zu zweit vom Platz okay, für mehrere wirds eng.

Very good flat in a surprisingly quiet enviroment

This is a very good flat. We (family of 5) liked it a lot. Especially practically were the "outside room" and the additional outside shower. The beautiful beach was faster accessable than expected, this is due to two options via (longer) stairs. A small supermarket (rather expensive but wide range of goods) is around the corner. The communication with Ms. Correia was good and there was a very friendly lady providing help if needed. We spent a very relaxing and pleasant time in this flat which is very good located in the Carvoeiro region. This is a good choice. We would come back. The ONLY aspect not so good was that the WIFI did not work properly when we were there (we could connect but the signal was obvioulsy too weak for streaming any data) but this did not lessen our very good impression.

Muy bien ubicado y equipado

Casa muy cómoda y bien equipada, cerca de una playa muy bonita. La barbacoa y el patio muy útiles para hacer una comida fuera, con una ducha muy útil fuera. El hecho de que permitan llevar mascotas es muy bueno, nuestra perrita ha estado muy cómoda en el patio. Seguro volveremos.

paysage magnifique!

C est la deuxième année que nous réservons cette maison qui est très agréable et très confortable. La deuxième chambre a même été redécorée et un grand lit a été installé. la région est magnifique. Un vrai moment de détente et d'évasion! l'accueil est très agréable et Dona Helena est toujours disponible! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Mejor de lo que esperábamos.

Las caracterísrticas del apartamento se ajustaban a la realidad. Con más utilidades de las que se indican. Todo limpio y con gran cantidad de sábanas y toallas. La situación es excepcional en uno de los sitios más bonitos del Algarve. Ha sobrepasado las expectativas. Lo recomendaría.
