Antigua typical Mallorcan country house renovated and adapted for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the countryside with fabulous views to the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea , for peace we breathe , for simplicity and friendly service of the owners for cleaning and comfort of their offices and for its privileged location , enjoy a well used and unforgettable holiday for you and the whole family .

The house has two floors: the ground floor are the kitchen, living room with fireplace , utility room , master bedroom and a bathroom with bath shower and bidet, the gallery is accessed from the backyard. The staircase leads to first floor, 60 m2 living room with three large windows , In the middle a balcony where on clear days you can see the small Cabrera Island, closer to the village of Santanyi. Satellite TV 43'' , a seating area , desk two bedrooms and a terrace with fabulous countryside views. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower , and bidet complete their dependencies. All very bright.

Einfach nur wunderbar

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen finca! Alles war ausgezeichnet! Sauberkeit, Lage, Größe, Ausstattung. Einfach alles top! Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist wunderschön! Der Vermieter hat sich rührend gekümmert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca von Lorenzo, unserem sehr, sehr netten Vermieter. Die Finca ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man Fragen hat, beantwortet Lorenzo sie sofort. Finca und Pool sind sehr sauber. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank, lieber Lorenzo

Perfect house

We stayed 1 week at Lorenzo's house and it was perfect. The house is like new, fully equiped, et very clean ! The pool is huge and the terasse is lovely. The area is quiet and close to the most beautiful beaches as Cala Lombards or Cala des Moro and the cute village of Santany We highly recommend the place. The communication with Lorenzo was very easy, and the fruits basket was very appreciated. I will come back for sure. All the best

Jederzeit wieder!!

Insgesamt eine tolle Finca. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Einzige wünschenswerte wäre eine regelmäßige Müllentsorgung. Das kennen wir von anderen Häusern. Sonst aber alles super und Lorenzo ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub. Hier findet man Ruhe und kann sich dem Trubel der Insel entziehen. Die Finca hat alles, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist immer erreichbar und hilft umgehend. Nach einer Woche wird das Haus gereinigt und es gibt frische Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Finca definitiv weiter empfehlen. André und Familie

Ein Urlaubsziel das fasziniert.

Die Finca und ihre Lage sind beeindruckend. wir haben uns als Familie, mit Kindern und Enkelkindern, sehr wohl gefüllt. Lorenzo, der Besitzer und Verwalter, war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir die ersten Tage, Temperaturen um 40 Grad hatten und die Luft sich abends nicht abkühlte, vermissten wir die Klimaanlage. Die Finca könnte, durch hochwertigere Betten und Pool-Liegen profitieren. Wir bewerten die Lage der Finca mit sehr gut und die Ausstattung mit gut

Traumhafte Finca in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Wenn Sie eine sehr gepflegte, saubere und ruhig gelegene Finca im Süden Mallorcas suchen sind Sie hier genau richtig. Die Finca ist mit allem was zu einem entspannten Urlaub dazugehört ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich mit teilweiser überdachter Terrasse, tollem Grillbereich und großem Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Autominuten den Ort Santanyi mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gemütlichen Restaurants und einem gemütlichen Marktplatz. Auch die Küste mit ihren kleinen Buchten und Stränden sind innerhalb von kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Die gesamte Abwicklung und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Lorenzo waren professionell und sehr persönlich. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet umgehend auf eventuelle Fragen. Insgesamt ein durchweg gelungener Spätsommerurlaub in einer perfekten Finca. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Muchas gracias un cordial saludo

14 Tage auf einer super Finca

Wir waren 14 Tage zu fünft (4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) auf der wundervollen Finca !! Der Aussenbereich, der Pool, die große Küche mit großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank, 2 Bäder, 1 Außenbad, 3 Schlafzimmer, Carport etc. lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht ist Top!! Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist auch super, das einzige was noch fehlt ist eine beschichtete Pfanne, denn in den vorhandenen Pfannen brennen die Lebensmittel schnell rein. Der Gastgeber Lorenzo ist auch sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar wenn man Ihn benönigt. Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder !!

Wunderschön!!! Sechs Sterne!!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub auf dieser Finca. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Ausblick, die Umgebung, der große Pool, die Ruhe... alles perfekt. Der Vermieter...Llorenzo... ist jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

Wunderschöne Finca die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Lage ist einmalig. Hühner, Ziegen und Schafe in der Nachbarschaft ansonsten RUHE und ERHOLUNG pur! Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren zu 4 verteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Das dritte Bad im Aussenbereich ist ohne Warmwasser. nach 5 Tagen wurde gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Küche ist super ausgestattet (sogar ein Sparschäler ist vorhanden ;-) mein grüner mitgebrachter steht nun zusätzlich zur Verfügung :) Den Aussengrill haben wir oft genutzt. Frühstück unter überdachter Sitzgruppe ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Lorenzo war sehr unkompliziert und jederzeit ansprechbar. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Santanyi erreicht man nach 5km auch gut mit dem Fahrrad. Auto ist wegen der Einkäufe schon von Vorteil. Wir empfehlen Lorenzo und seine Finca uneingeschränkt weiter.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette finca

Séjour Aout 2016 avec famille de quatre enfants. (11ans, 9ans, 7 ans et 4 ans) Maison idéalement située à proximité de Santanyi. La maison est magnifique et la piscine également avec une vue surplombant la ville de Santanyi. La Maison était conforme au descriptif et à nos attentes. Notre hôte Lorenzo était très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Amazing holiday!

We have just arrived home following nearly 3week vacation in this beautiful home. I say home because that is what it felt like! Everything that we needed was provided for. I was concerned booking this accomodation as there was no air conditioning and coming from the temperate climate in Ireland we sometimes find Santanyi in August very hot. The house has very thick walls and all the bedrooms are North facing so due to the north south aspect a breeze blows through the house from front to back and at night with the shutters closed and a window open the rooms were amazing to sleep in and very comfortable. Such a pleasure to meet the owner Lorenzo I had numerous emails before our arrival that were responded to promptly, he is a gentleman. The resident chicken was a great source of amusement to all the family the children named her 'Sheila' !! The outside dining area and barbecue were fantastic and Lorenzo provided wood to help get the barbecue started. The pool is a great size and deep which was great for us as we love swimming and diving. I could not have wished for a better holiday or accomodation and I will definitely be returning to this property. Wundervolle Finca

Vielen Dank an Lorenz für diese wundervolle Finca. Man findet hier alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet. Man findet hier alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Obwohl keine Klimaanlage verbaut ist, sind die Temperaturen innerhalb gut. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem sehr leisen Ventilator ausgestattet. So kann man auch an den heißen Tagen gut schlafen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und werden sehr gut gepflegt. Unsere zwei Kinder haben die große Terrasse und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Auch die Tiere (Hühner auf dem Grundstück, Esel und Pferde auf der angrenzenden Weide) haben uns sehr gefallen. Finca, traumhafte Lage für den der Ruhe sucht

Ein sehr zu empfehlender Platz, Umgeben von Ruhe und Tieren aller Art. Einfach super. Sind eher zufällig hier gelandet, sind aber total froh darüber. Sehr sauber! Erwähnenswert die in der Nähe des Pools befindliche große schöne Dusche. Man muss nicht in Haus. Sehr schön. Pool einfach Klasse! Der Vermieter ist ein sehr Netter und Lieber! Wir hatten kein Wasser! Lorenzo (der Vermieter) kam umgehend. Wir haben zusammen das Problem gelöst und uns dabei kennen gelernt. Wir freuen uns so sehr auf das nächste Jahr! Ich vermisse die Schafe, die Hühner, die Karnickel, das menorcinische edle Pferd. Liebe Grüße an Lorenzo und Frau!

Wie unser "zweites Zuhause"......!!!

Die Finca ist ein wunderschönes altes Sandstein Gebäude, welches von der Besitzer Familie liebevoll renoviert wurde ! Wir sind vor ca.12 Jahren durch einen Zufall auf die Finca gestoßen und Ihr bis jetzt treu geblieben ! Man kann sich herrlich erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Ruhe und die Weitsicht die man genießen kann, sind genauso zu erwähnen, wie der schöne Pool und die freundlich eingerichteten Zimmer ! Trotzdem kann man in ca.10 min an einem der schönen Strände in der Umgebung liegen oder durch das schöne Örtchen Santanyi bummeln. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind prima und haben sich in den letzten Jahren noch verbessert (glutenfreies Brot) ! Die Finca wird sehr gepflegt und immer tadelos sauber gehalten. Frische Handtücher sind selbstverständlich ! Bei Fragen sind die Besitzer immer ein direkter und freundlicher Ansprechpartner, immer wieder gerne !!!!!

Most beautyful and lovely Place at Mallorca

My name is Lorenzo and I take care of this house , although actually this house belongs to my wife and all of us enjoy when there are no customers, here 's my wife's mother was born and the idea of reforming and adapting was her. My wife and I reformed retaining all what we considered attractive and functional , and retained its structure walls of a meter thick and where had small windows on the first floor became big windows and add a balcony , that gives much more lightly and exceptional views. We ourselves renting the house to offer much more attractive prices to our clients. My son and I take care of the garden and the pool. Catalina is responsible for the guest upon arrival found the house clean . I am educated person and I speak some English and will be happy to inform you of any problem or question you may arise during your stay if you want. I live in the village of Santanyi which is to five minutes from the house . I like soccer and good food , I enjoy reading and the music. All kinds of music or books.

Extensive landscaped garden by the owners, 450 m2 of garden with old palm trees and very wide courtyard (400 m2) where children and adults will enjoy with intimate, living room , porch , barbecue , wood oven , swimming pool, sun loungers you can choose from sun or shade under the umbrellas of natural straw.

From the kitchen you can watch the little children playing in the yard or the pool through the window.

A few miles from Santanyi Llombards, Ses Salines . Colonia de Sant Jordi , Cala Santanyi, Cala Figuera, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc.

Restaurants all locations and all kinds of native and international cuisine.

Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in busy Santanyi .

Es Trenc : The most beautiful , unspoiled beach , crystal clear waters, fine white sand is in Campos. Your dune system has a width of 500 meters and separates the sea and the beach which is the sunken part Salobrar . This dune system has been forming for thousands of years , their natural significance is essential to be an area of maximum protection for this reason is undeveloped .

Mondragó : The Natural Parc Mondragó is located in one of the richest bird areas of Mallorca. Presents a variety of landscapes , such as winding streams flowing into beautiful beaches and oak abundance of orchids .

What makes this property unique

For me, the best of the house are outside, though inside is very comfortable and functional. But the porch, patio barbecoe, deck chairs and of course the garden and pool and wonderful view of the village of Santanyi from the patio is spectacular. Enjoy its location on top of a hill make you feel free and happy and at night on the porch, dinner with a bottle of red wine and meat or fish on the coal grill on the barbecue accompanied by my wife and children or friends is an unforgettable enjoyment.
