Verblijf was top . Zeer vriendelijke host . Zeer mooi verblijf met verwarmd zwembad was een surplus . Eén nadeel de muggen, maar dat is de natuur zeker .

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - klare Empfehlung / Très belle maison de vacances - recommandation claire

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus - ganz klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder. Eric ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und Anreise/ Abreise gestalten sich total unkompliziert. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der private Pool und der blickgeschützte Aussenbereich / Garten mit Grill. Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie dort und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Eric für alles! Ce fut un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances - une recommandation claire et je reviendrais avec plaisir. Eric est un hôte sympathique et l'arrivée/départ est totalement simple. La maison est bien équipée, propre et joliment meublée. Le point culminant est sans aucun doute la piscine privée et l'espace extérieur/jardin protégé contre la vue avec barbecue. Nous y étions en famille de 4 personnes et nous y réserverions à nouveau à tout moment. Merci Éric pour tout !

Petit Paradis

Dans un cadre très agréable, olie maison moderne, au calme, avec piscine chauffée (le luxe) et douche exterieure. Pas très grande mais elle a tout pour passer des vacances au top. Cuisine toute équipée, chambres plutôt spacieuses (manquerait peut-être une armoire), nous n'avons utilisé que la douche mais elle est très efficace ainsi que son miroir éclairé ! Literie tout à fait correcte. Seul bémol, l'accès au jardin n'est pas direct. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus.

Great location

The house is perfectly fine for 4 people. Beds are a bit small and mattresses could be harder (for our backs). The pool and surrounding is astonishing! A perfect location to relax and to visit the nearby attractions (nature and villages).

Schönes kleines Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Kaffeemachine mit Filter und Tassimo sind verfügbar. Der Pool ist genial und wir waren jeden Tag bei 28° schwimmen. Der Vermieter ist nett und unauffällig. Wir konnten sogar unser Hybridauto an der Standard Steckdose laden. Die Liegen sind etwas hart und unbequem. Polster wären sicher hilfreich. Ansonsten aber alles wirklich super.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour calme et reposant dans cette maison agréable, très bien située et très bien équipée ! Maison conforme à la description avec un beau jardin (idéal pour les chiens). Très bon accueil de la part de Mr Lecoeur.

Wunderschön

Unser Vermieter Eric, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist perfekt, Haushaltsgeräte alle vorhanden. Der Pool ein Traum. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ruhig. 3km entfernt ist das Dorf Barjac, wunderschöne Gassen zum Bummeln. 6km entfernt ist das Dorff Montoklus, wir dachten erst es ist eine Burg und waren positiv überrascht wie schön die Gassen sind. Ein kleines Restaurant ist auch dirt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen, die Gegend ein Traum. Danke an Eric für deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wundervoll!

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September 2022 für zwei Wochen in Erics Haus in der Nähe von Barjac. Das Haus hat eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Schlafplätzen und zwei Bäder mit Toiletten. Außerhalb gibt es einen überdachten Essbereich, Darunter auch einen Billardtisch, hat viel Spaß gemacht, und außerhalb einen Pool mit mehreren Liegen und Sitzplätzen. Es handelt sich um ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück, welches man alleine nutzt, und auf dem man mit seinem Auto parken kann. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, bis hin zu Ventilator, Brotmesser und Kartoffelschäler, wenn man ihn benötigt. Man kann wirklich kochen wie zu Hause, ohne irgendetwas zu vermissen. Man muss nichts mitnehmen. Es wohnt sich darin super-toll, es hat Spaß gemacht abends am Pool zu sitzen oder im Pool zu toben, die Wassertemperatur des beheizten Pools lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Es tat gut bei den warmen Temperaturen einen Pool zur Verfügung zu haben! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank an Eric, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Dein Haus ohne Einschränkungen! Darüber hinaus bietet auch die Umgebung sehr viel, wir waren öfter bei "Le Vieux Clocher" im Restaurant, in der Grotte de la Salamandre, Kanu fahren auf der Ardèche, SUP-Paddeln auf der Cèze, auf dem Markt in Barjac … Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Danke Eric!

Très bel endroit très bien équipé ! Tout confort avec très bonne literie. Seul inconvénient les insectes locaux moustiques et guêpes … emplacement idéal à 3km de Barjac et toutes commodités ! Bref nous recommandons !!

Comme à la maison !!

Un vrai cocon pour les vacances avec nos deux enfants et nos deux chiens. Accueil avec une petite bouteille de rosé local, fort appréciée 😋 Maison très agréable; parfaitement équipée. Campagne environnante luxuriante avec un plaisir olfactif des champs de lavandin, thym et romarin sauvage De bons moments partagés avec des parties de billard disputées. Super piscine chauffée. Jardin arboré parfaitement entretenu. Beau point de vue pour les astrophotographes. S'il faut relever le négatif jute deux petits délais à ennoncer: - une vieille odeur de tabac froid vite oublié après aération. - la rencontre avec les insectes locaux plus ou moins bien installés (araignées, coléoptères, guêpes, moustiques...) Bilan du séjour plus que positif 🤩 Je conseille +++

Une semaine à profiter de la piscine chauffée, à 5 min de Barjac petite ville très sympa et a proximité immédiate des sentiers de balade et de VTT.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa très propre et bien agencée. Les différentes terrasses, le coin à manger ainsi que la piscine chauffée sont vraiment très appréciables. Villa au calme en pleine campagne mais à 5 minutes de la jolie petite ville de Barjac. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Seul petit bémol les moustiques, mais ça personne n'y peut rien...

Très jolie villa parfaitement conçue pour 4 personnes 2 vraies chambres avec chacune leur vraie salle de bains Tout est bien pensé pour vivre aussi bien à l intérieur qu a l extérieur Endroit hyper calme sans être loin des commerces aucun vis à vis avec sa piscine chauffée très bien entretenue Parfaitemensitue pour visiter le sud Ardèche le nord du Gard pas loin d Avignon ni d orange Propriétaire sympa et discret Je recommande vivement

Chouette petite maison!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Saint-Privat de Champclos. Maison au calme, près des champs de lavande. Nous étions deux adultes et nous avions emmené nos deux chiens. La maison est bien clôturée mais à certains endroits la clôture était parfois trop haute pour notre petit bichon, dommage. La maison est très bien équipée et propre, même si une clim serait la bienvenue :-) Piscine agréable et chouettes terrasses. De plus le proprio est vraiment sympa. A recommander!

VILLA A LOUER SANS HESITATION

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la villa est parfaite, propre , très bien équipée , très bien agencée . La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, le jardin est entièrement clôturé , ce qui est pratique quand on a un chien . merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et ses conseils pour profiter des alentours . nous conseillons vivement cette villa!

Parfaite !

C'est une villa au charme zen ! Et c'est vraiment ce que l'on ressent en y séjournant. Nous étions 6 (2 adultes + 3 enfants + un chien). La piscine est idéale avec escalier et fond plat ; parfaite pour s'amuser en confiance. La maison est très bien agencée bien clôturée et pratique : mobilier simple, moderne, fonctionnel et... PROPRE ! Un coup d'oeil facile sur les enfants dans la piscine grâce aux fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la piscine. Le jardin est ombragé et accueillant. Les terrasses invitent au farniente c'est le top. Un mot sur le propriétaire à l'écoute et soucieux de notre intimité. Son restaurant "le petit jardin" à Vallon Pont D'arc mérite le détour :-) Bref, pour nous d'excellentes vacances dans une villa au milieu des champs de lavande au calme sans voisins proches et une région magnifique... Allez-y les yeux fermés c'est que du bonheur !! Merci encore à M. Lecoeur pour ces vacances en famille réussies ;-)

Super schönen Urlaub, danke!!

Wir waren in der letzten Juli und der ersten August Woche in diesem Haus. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute waren wir, meiner Frau, die beiden Kinder, 11 und 10 Jahre alt absolut vom Haus, den Pool und Garten begeistert. Alles war noch sehr neu, wie auf den Bildern sah es wirklich aus. Manche Sachen hatten wir sogar noch aus der originalen Verpackung nehmen müssen. Die Küche bot alles was man benötigte, Elektroherd, Geschirrspülmaschine großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Ebenso Geschirrtücher. Bettwäsche und reichlich Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Die Matratzen neu und angenehm. Das Wohnzimmer klein aber reicht aus für 4 Personen. Radio und SAT-TV mit großem Flachbildschirm, aber leider keine deutschen Sender. Auch hatten wir Kostenloser WLAN. Der Garten mit Pool ca. 5 X 7 (eine Seite) X 5 Meter waren ein Traum. Der Garten liebevoll mit verschiedensten Pflanzen und Blumen angelegt. Der Pool sehr sauber, täglich hatten wir unseren größten Spaß. Auch die 4 Liegen wurden reichlich genutzt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, Lavendelfelder und Weinfelder mit im Hintergrund das Massif-Central Bilden das schöne Panorama. Für Liebhaber vom Party-Treiben ist die Gegend nicht besonders geeignet. Vielleicht eher im 4 KM entfernt gelegenen Ort Barjac, dort konnte man schon eher den Tourismus erleben. Allerdings ist es mit 2 Kindern essen zu gehen etwas problematischer. Schnitzel mit Pommes sieht man seltener.  Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und der Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und Freundlich! Viele Grüße
