Fantastic family holiday
The house was lovely and the owner & on site manager were very helpful and on hand with any advise that we needed. The owner had thought of everything that you may have wanted throughout your stay. The house was on a lovely golf course, and the restaurants on site were fantastic. The only this I would suggest if that you are aware that there are a lot of steps within the property, so if you do suffer with lack of mobility please bare this in mind. We did not have an issue with this and will be definitely booking again.

Belle déception !
Maison très propre,mais fort peu pratique : des marches partout au rez- de chaussée, non visibles sur les photos. Cuisine très sombre, "suite" parentale liliputienne sans dressing, dotée de l'unique penderie existante (minuscule pour une maison sensée héberger 8 personnes) et que l'on ne peut ouvrir complètement car les portes heurtent le lit. Toutes les prestations, du mobilier à l'électro-ménager - notamment la machine à laver conçu pour célibataire et vétuste - sont à minima. Pas de sous-taies d'oreiller (merci, l'hygiène !). Le jardin est agréable, bien qu'avec vis-à-vis plongeant, mais la piscine (-petite et mal conçue : seulement de l'eau jusqu'aux genoux sur plus de la moitié) est rarement ensoleillée. Impression générale : des propriétaires qui privilégient la rentabilité et l'amortissement de leurs investissements au détriment du confort de leurs hôtes. Impossible de se sentir à l'aise. Il y a beaucoup mieux dans Pont-Royal ! Toutefois, une mention à part pour Carina, la personne chargée de l'accueil, dont la disponibilité n'a d'égale que la gentillesse.

Enjoyable stay
Excellent house located on the Pont de Royal golf complex . Best feature was a small but attractive garden with a decent pool and good shade. Walking distance to the resort centre, book any restaurants. Not for those with mobility issues. Carina and her husband looked after us fantastically.

Wonderful!
We’ve just returned from a month’s stay at this property. It was superb! The kitchen is fitted with every gadget you could want, bedrooms spacious and good linen. Air con in kitchen, living room and upstairs landing. The pool is a godsend and lovely size with deep end. The whole property is relaxing, well proportioned, comfortable and well laid out. There are two toilets and two separate shower/bathrooms. There’s a small shop in the golf centre for essentials and a good selection of supermarkets short drives away (you do need a car as the location is within grounds of golf course and not possible to walk the distance ); we’ve had such a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend, thank you for having us, love Susan & Andy x

La maison est tout simplement parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien placé, pas loin du centre du P&V. Carina est très disponible et n’hésitera pas à vous conseiller des bonnes adresses. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt!
