Two floors apartment belonging to a residential complex known as San Xuxim, located in the upper part of the old town that offers a unique atmosphere.
Bright lounge with a private terrace. Communal pool, tennis, parking. Very comf and quiet.

Old town chic

A good property well positioned for both the old town and beach promenade despite step hills and numerous steps. The property provides comfortable accommodation with a lovely shared pool that was never busy. The owner was accommodating answering all questions promptly and making relevant bookings on our behalf.

Nice and central apartment

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped, located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the old town. The pool area was great and well maintained and the hosts, who lived next door, were very sweet and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Muy satisfactorio

La propiedad nos ha gustado mucho, espaciosa, muy luminosa con un jardín muy agradable que cuenta con una puerta privada al acceso a la piscina que es una zona muy bonita, amplia y con mucho césped y árboles En cuanto a limpieza un 10, todo súper limpio y sin faltar nada.Por supuesto recomendaría la propiedad a familiares o amigos Finalmente un sincero agradecimiento a los propietarios que han sido encantadores , muy atentos y aconsejando en todo momento sobre los lugares que visitar que por cierto son muchos empezando por Altea que es precioso o la playa del Albir en Alfaz del Pi con una merecida bandera azul o el pueblecito llamado Guadalest muy típico y con un museo de miniaturas que merece mucho la pena ver. Mil gracias!!

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the center. We are 5 minutes drive from the sea. You can find supermarket, bar and restaurants a few steps away.
Just 7 km away is the popular resort of Benidorm with its 7 km of sandy beach with blue flag. There are plenty of good amusement parks for the little ones as Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and TerraNatura and just 15 minutes by car.
