Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to stay in silence and nature with all the comforts, in fact in front of the flat there are 2 grocery stores and 2 restaurants.

Nearby you can go hiking and cycling. By car you reach the beaches of Lido di Camaiore (about 10km) and Lucca and Pisa (about 32km) and Florence (about 100km).

Wunderschön

Wir habe zwei Wochen in ein tolles Ambiente verbracht! Die Wohnung ist einfach, etwas älter. Aber! Sie hat soviel scharmann mit ihrem GROSEN eingangs Sahl wo mann sehr schön Speisen kann. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, mann schaut ins grüne und genießt die Ruhe. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Schlafräume können klimatisiert werden. Aber die erbauer wußten schon damals was sie Taten und die Wohnung so angelegt das immer eine frischer wind durch sie zieht. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, und das Bad ist neuen Baujahr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's zu Fuß in zwei kleine Lebensmittel läden vor ort 3min, so wie eine Pizzeria, die Pizza ist lecker. Weiter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Camaiore, mit dem Auto 5min. Wir haben den Freienstrand in Torre del Lago vorgezogen mit sehr feinen sand und morgens meistens klaren Wasser, diser war 30min entfernt mit dem Auto. Nun zu den Personen die das Haus verwalten, sie sind alle sehr bemüht einen alles so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Insbesondere aber möchte ich wir uns bei Giovanna bedanken so ein lieber Mensch und es hilft nicht zu beschreiben wie net toll...... sie ist mann würde ihr Auftreten nicht gerecht werden! GRAZIE di cuore. Wir haben schon viele Wohnungen in Italien gemietet diese kann ich an allen ans Herz legen. Natürlich ist das meine Objektive Meinung. Euch allen schöne Urlaub in Camaiore.

Freundlich, großräumig und aussergewöhnlich

Wir würden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich im alten Pfarrhaus begrüßt und eingewiesen. Tolle Veranda, schönes altes Haus stilvoll eingerichtet und alles sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet und alles zweckmäßig. In direkter Nachbarschaft zwei kleine Geschäfte und zwei gute Restaurants, wobei wir das etwas weiter entfernte viel freundlicher und familiärer gefunden haben. Einziger Wermutstropfen, der uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat, war der Lärm des Restaurants direkt darunter bis weit nach Mitternacht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr entspannend - auch mit Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pieve sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist noch großzügiger als man es von den Bildern her erwarten würde. Abweichend von den Angaben im Inserat gibt es mittlerweile einen Kicker und eine Waschmaschine - für einen mehrwöchigen Familienurlaub unerlässlich. Einzig die Spülmaschine fehlt noch (-; Es gibt einen Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus - super! Das Interieur des ehem. Pfarrhauses ist echt abgefahren (z.B. steht der antike Altar aus der Kirche nebenan im Wohnzimmer) . Einziges Manko: die Betten /Matratzen sind leider unbequem und quietschen. Die Entfernung zu den Stränden (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, etc.). beträgt mit dem Auto 20-30 Min. Radfahren insb. mit Kindern in der Umgebung ist leider keine gute Idee (steile Berge, enge Straßen, keine Radwege). Besonders schön fanden wir, dass es für den Vermieter kein Problem war, spontan unseren neuen Welpen mitzubringen. Die Toskana ist mit Hund anscheinend sehr gut zu bereisen. In der Umgebung waren an allen öffentlichen Stränden Hunde an der Leine erlaubt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat Charme, und das Restaurant direkt vor der Tür ist toll. Giovanna hat uns einen super netten Empfang bereitet und war immer da, um alle Probleme und Problemchen zu lösen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre noch, in den Schlafzimmern Fliegengitter zu haben.

Außergewöhnlich

Dieses Appartement ist das alte Pfarrhaus der Kirche Chiesa San Giovanni Battista e San Stefano und ist tatsächlich durch eine Tür mit der Sakristei verbunden. Alte Fußböden und Balken an der Decke verleihen dem Appartement einen unverwechselbaren Charme. Die Terrasse ist wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer. Alte Möbel und uralte Gemälde an den Wänden sind wirklich besonders. Das Badezimmer ist zwar recht eng, dafür aber sehr modern. Die Küche verfügt über viel Zubehör und einen Gasherd mit Backofen, ideal für Selbstversorger. In der Küche kann man bequem mit 6 Personen essen. Abgesehen vom Bad ist das Appartement riesig und man steht sich mit den Anderen garantiert nicht auf den Füßen oder im Weg. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber man kann vernünftig schlafen und wohnen. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden . Der Ort bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für spannende Ausflüge nach Lucca oder Pisa. Wer einen freien Strand sucht, findet diesen in Lido di Camaiore ca 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Strand ist zwar schmal, aber wir hatten Mitte bis Ende Juli reichlich Platz. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser flach. Wer einen größeren freien Strand sucht, findet diesen in Viareggio. Dieser ist lang und dadurch nicht überfüllt. Gegenüber des Appartements befindet sich ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant, welches stark von Einheimischen besucht wird. Nicht nur die Pizza ist bemerkenswert. Gleich daneben befindet sich ein niedlicher Einkaufsladen mit allem, was man benötigt. Weitere Supermärkte befinden sich in Camaiore. Dort ist die Schlachterei Bunocelli für ihre Produkte und das Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Das war ein perfekter Urlaub für uns. Giovanna, die Gastgeberin ist die Herzlichkeit in Person. Sie hilft einem, wo sie nur kann. Sie spricht nur italienisch, hat aber bei An und Abreise eine Dolmetscherin dabei. Unser Geheimtipp: Unbedingt nach einer privaten Kirchenführung mit Turmbesteigung fragen. Grazie Giovanna per il meraviglioso soggiorno e il tuo sostegno.

Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi in una bellissima e silenziosa pieve. locali ampi e luminosi, ma il vero must è la terrazza. Consigliatissimo!

Un super séjour !

Un super séjour dans une location originale (un ancien presbytère) et très bien située pour visiter la côte de Ligurie et la Toscane. Pise, Lucques, Carrare sont proches, les Cinque Terre et Florence peu éloignés. Une magnifique terrasse où il fait bon se reposer. Merci à Giovanna, adorable dans l'accueil et les explications et à Patrizia pour sa grande disponibilité. Longue vie à elles !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Wir waren sehr sehr positiv überrascht, als wir angekommen sind. Man kann sich von den Bildern schlecht vorstellen wie toll das Haus ist. Es handelt sich um ein altes Pfarrhaus, welches neben einer 1000 Jahre alten Kirche steht. Durch einen riesigen Empfangsraum gelangt man auf einen überdachten Balkon. Dort kann man sehr entspannt frühstücken und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Das Haus ist liebevoll in Stand gehalten. Es gibt so viele Details zu entdecken, wie zb der Terracottaboden oder die originalen Schränke und Kommoden. Wir wurden von Giovanna begrüßt und mehr als herzlich empfangen und haben noch immer Kontakt! Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich nette Person und war immer zu erreichen falls nötig. Einen Katzensprung entfernt gibt es zwei authentische und nicht touristische Restaurant mit typischen preiswerten Speisen der Region, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir würden sagen, wir haben hier einen tollen Geheimtipp entdeckt und freuen uns schon bald wieder dort Urlaub zu machen!

FANTASTIC!

This was one of the best houses we ever had the pleasure of staying. This used to be a rectory which adds to the special atmosphere. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We felt very welcome and the owners were very helpfull and avaible in case we needed them. The location was perfect for us, away from the tourist areas but close enough to the beach and cities like Pisa, Luca and Genova. We will certainly visit again in the future.

Molto bella!

E' stato un soggiorno piacevole ed accogliente. Avvolti dalla storia millenaria della Pieve e dai volti gentili dei volontari che se ne prendono cura, ci siamo sentiti a casa! Abbiamo goduto del tempo, seduti in terrazza a riflettere, cenare in compagnia e a riposarci cullati dal vento che arrivava dal mare! La cucina e' fornita di tutto il necessario e vicino alla casa ci sono due trattorie che propongono buon cibo a prezzi economici! Un grazie particolare a Giovanna che ha reso questa vacanza indimenticabile!
