Lake Dillon Condominiums 303 is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and amazing mountain and lake views. This very spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bath is filled with floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeps 6. The complex elevator makes it easy to bring in your luggage and shopping. Exposed beams have a great mountain feel. Fully equipped kitchen with granite tile and lots of counter space. Dining bar seats 4. Dining table seats 8. Enjoy the 60 inch flatscreen in the living room. Additional seating area for reading or conversations. Gas fireplace provides cozy warmth. Large deck with patio furniture that seats 8. Lake and lodge decor. Free private WiFi and cable. Three full baths.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Great Location and View

Huge unit, with a great view over Lake Dillon. The condo was well stocked with all amenities. Very comfortable, very roomy and the fireplace in the living room made for a very cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. My only suggestion would be to add a portable A/C unit as the condo was very hot even with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( none in the main living room) and the extra 2 fans. Overall great place to stay.

The refrigerator (very noisy) and stacked ovens (one door does not close completely) need to be replaced. Otherwise, furnishings are fine. Rec room with hot tub and pool table are nice extras.

Great site, but some items were missing

Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Dillon for Christmas for 27 years now. All but 2 things were great about this rental, the mattresses and the thermostat. You could really use an upgrade on all your mattresses, every morning it was back aches because of the mattresses. One of the beds was even missing a wheel on the frame and had to be propped up with books on site, just to be able to sleep on a flat surface and not a sloped bed. Also, It was so hot in the unit because you couldn't adjust any of the thermostats. We had them all in the off position and still had the doors wide open. Other than those factors it was an enjoyable stay. Please fix those problems and we will stay in your unit every year.

Labor Day get-away

Great location on the lake front. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, but nothing in the way of condiments/oils/etc. to assist with cooking, which was disappointing. Very spacious and plenty of room. We had wonderful weather and wish we could've stayed longer.

We love this unit but it is starting to show it's age. One of the toilets was plugged when we arrived. Fortunately, it was repaired the next day. The dishwasher leaked badly. I called to report it, and when I called later the same day, I was told it had been repaired which wasn't correct. It leaked the five days we were there. We like this unit because it sleeps all 8 of us and is convenient to the grocery store, shops and restaurants, and you can't beat the view.

The large open great room was perfect for our family of 4 to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot. The 2 bedrooms are very large. We hardly even used the 3rd bathroom but the add'l towels in there were nice. The fireplace warmed the room very well. There is a knocking/creaking sound that seems due to hot water being used in the building that is heard from the master bedroom that seems to be coming from the ceiling/walls over the master bathroom. Only an issue when trying to sleep but closing the bathroom door helped.Everything was clean, plenty of towels, plenty of starter items like trash bags, paper towels, etc.

No Laundry on site available, no hot tub available, no Rec. Room Available. We chose this condo for the Amenities. All closed off due to covid. These things should have been open and usable daily, and cleaned, or a partial refund offered for them not being available.Also, one of the two sliding doors in the room would not lock. Not an issue in this location, but not safe either...Also, no deadbolt key given...Only keys to the handles on the doors. Internet was horrible...Barely would open emails...Could not stream Netflix or HBO in the evenings during prime use times.
