Beautiful villa located on a farm 6 minutes walk from the center of Sóller in a very quiet area, where you can breathe peace and tranquility with unbeatable views of the Sóller Valley with its orange, lemon and other trees, wild fruits that will have the opportunity to Take and drink during your vacation.

The villa has been recently renovated and well equipped, all the furniture is in perfect condition because it is brand new. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, outdoor kitchen (bbq), terraces, garden, pool and jacuzzi. The perfect and comfortable equipment to spend an unbeatable holiday both as a couple and as a family.

Our property has all the necessary services for our customers to enjoy their stay as if they were at home, for us the comfort of our customers is something essential and for this we want to offer: Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV (international channels), cleaning services, nursery, massage, wellness, etc.

Our property has a large private parking where you can leave your vehicles, although the truth is not necessary to take a car since the property is located a few meters from the center. It has supermarkets 500 meters away, restaurants, bars, taxi stops, train, etc.

About Soller ..

We are lucky to be in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, and to enjoy what this privileged natural paradise is giving us. In Sóller we have a train and tramvia centenarians that make idyllic routes connecting with both Palma center, and the Port of Sóller. Soller also offers hiking trails through the magnificent mountains connecting with several points of the Sierra de Tramuntana (Deià, Valldemossa, Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra).

The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car (in the Port of Sóller) where you can bathe enjoying this emblematic site called Sierra de Tramuntana.

Fabulous villa in great location.

Six women stayed for 8 days an absolutely loved the property. When we arrived we said we could spend the whole time right there. The views were fantastic and there was so much outdoor space we never felt cramped. Our only complaint was the lack of communication with the host. We were told to read the booklet and basically had to figure things out for ourselves. The hot tub was only working 4 out of the 8 days. We contacted the host and did not see her for 2 days.. We had other questions, like the heat and the stovetop and outdoor lighting but had no response . We were very surprised by the lack of help after the reviews we had read. This did not spoil our time as we loved everything about the villa and would go back again.

Winterurlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen tollen Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Wir konnten jede Menge Orangen, Clementinen, Zitronen und Grapefruits ernten und hätten auch im Pool baden können, wenn es ein bisschen wärmer gewesen wäre. Was uns gefallen hat war, dass wir mit einer sehr guten Flasche Wein und Sekt begrüßt wurden. Es gab auch Spülmaschinen-und Waschmaschinentaps, Spülschwämme, Öl und Gewürze, die wir benutzen konnten, was wir aus anderen Ferienunterkünften nicht kannten. Die Zimmer sind mit vielen Plastikpflanzen und Blumen liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen bewohnt, was ok war, da wir uns sehr gut verstanden und auch den Garten mitnutzen konnten. Von der Größe ist es besser geeignet für 4-5 Personen. Was ein bisschen gestört hat war der Hahn, der immer sehr früh in der Nacht gekräht hat, da hätten Ohrenstöpsel geholfen. Aber ansonsten waren wir glücklich und die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett.

Lovely stay in a beautiful property

Really enjoyed our holiday - relaxing with wonderful views. Generous hosts with gifts of fruit and eggs and quick to respond. Cot, high chair and even a baby seat for the car loaned kindly. Never really worked out how the hot tub worked though- would have liked to use it more but couldn’t manage the settings. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning villa with great pool. Excellent views. Luxurious fittings and very well appointed. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Definitely recommend this. A short 5 minute stroll to town and the host was very helpful.

A tranquil villa close to town

We had a lovely week at this villa which is located close to the town up a fairly steep, narrow road. Taxi transfers can be a little tricky on a Saturday when roads are closed due to market. We were very grateful that we were able to drop our suitcases off at the property whilst it was being prepared for check-in. First impressions were very positive but a couple of things were missing that I would have expected - there were no wine glasses so we had to purchase these ourselves, and no oven gloves. With only 2 small tea towels, which we used a lot because the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly, this was a little irritating. Unfortunately, the property manager was unwell and didn't make it to the villa so there was very little communication with her and no check-in conversation or welcome pack. The pool area is stunning and the 6 sun beds are comfortable. The utility room, which is accessed outside the main part of the house, is very useful as it has an additional shower and toilet along with a washing machine. There is one bathroom inside the house with 2 sinks. The shopping trolley came in very handy - the Prop supermarket is a short 6 minute walk and the larger Eroski supermarket about 12 minutes away. With a few small additions to the inventory, servicing of the dishwasher and air conditioning, repair of the cracked sink in the bathroom and better communication with the manager, this villa holiday could be perfect as the setting is absolutely beautiful. 👍😀

Perfekte Lage, wunderbarer Blick auf die Berge und den Ort

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben, sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Es sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Geschirrspüler ist nicht besonders effektiv, aber mit Vorspülen wird es dann doch sauber. Mar hat aber nach unserer Meldung sofort einen Mechaniker geschickt, sehr aufmerksam! Die frischen Orangen aus dem Garten waren dann noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist allerdings abenteuerlich, das nächste Mal nehmen wir die Öffis- was problemlos geht.

Incredible Location

This house was a quick walk down to town and had incredible views of the valley. Excellent experience to feel part of the community. The road getting to the house is a little narrow but completely passable and part of the experience. Overall I would stay here again.

Relaxing Break

We spent a relaxing week in this villa with two families sharing the space. It’s well-equipped and comfortable, with beautiful views over the mountains. A thoughtful gift of fruit and eggs was left for us and very much enjoyed. It’s a short walk into Soller and really nicely positioned so you can enjoy both mountain views and the close proximity to the town.

Tranquil stay

Peaceful location. The property would benefit from some updating. The poolside furniture was rather tired & the outdoor kitchen also requires some TLC. If the area at the front of the outdoor kitchen was cleared & terraced this would make for a lovely spot to sit, relax & enjoy a family dinner. The other outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and should be replaced to comfortably sit 6 people. The area is ideal if you want a peaceful holiday & also offers the amenities of Soller close by. On the whole nice area but a rather tired property.

Beautiful spot

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spot. Small private pool with fabulous views in a peaceful location above Soller. About 10-15 mins walk into town up a sloping hill. Nice well-equipped accommodation. Didn’t get much communication with the owner but didn’t need for much either.

Perfect location just quiet enough for relaxing but only a few minutes walk to everything in Sóller.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and even better than advertised. Beautiful gardens, orange trees in bloom and peaceful private outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi. The owners are so kind and welcomed us with fresh eggs from their chickens, vegetables from their garden and local wine. Beds are comfortable, individual heating and cooling units in each room and an additional larger kitchen for cooking in the ‘summer’ kitchen which we used in April. Absolutely perfect location, just above town and quiet enough to relax but only a few minutes to walk into town. We also accessed trailheads right from the house - no need for the car. Highly recommend, book this place now!

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay in this little villa despite the moody weather. The location is spectacular, you feel remote and are close to the city at the same time. The orange picking in the morning is a big plus. And the lovely host always helped if we needed something.

Perfekt für Individualisten

Eine fantastische Location im Herzen Sóllers, trotzdem ruhig gelegenen und eingebettet in wundervolle mediterrane Gärten. Sehr nette Vermieter, großzügige Gaben aus dem Garten, toller Pool und gepflegte Anlage. Wir werden wiederkommen. PS: Die einzige schlechte Bewertung dieses Hauses sagt mehr über die Rezensenten aus als über diese traumhafte uns SEHR SAUBERE ! Finca.

Enttäuscht!

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an das Objekt nicht erfüllt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir zwar freundlich begrüßt, aber keinerlei Einweisung z.B. für Whirlpool . Auch die Ausstattung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. So war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, nur eine Müll erzeugende Kapselmaschine. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde uns dann nach 10 Tagen eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Kommentar in die Wohnung gestellt. Auch den Fernseher hatten wir schon bei der Ankunft reklamiert, da man fast alle Sender nicht empfangen konnte. Auf den Monteur der dienstags kommen solle warteten wir vergebens bis Urlaubsende. Auch der allabendliche Besuch einer Ratte die vom Dach auf den direkt an die Terrasse angrenzende Zaun sprang und von dort in den gegenüber liegenden Garten lief um zwei, drei Stunden später wieder zurückzukommen, steigerte unsere Urlaubsfreude nicht unbedingt. Auch die Umwälzpumpe des Pools lief nur morgens früh und dann nochmals nachmittags für je ca. 2 Stunden. Wir sind keine Fachleute ob das in Ordnung ist, wir kennen das aus früheren Urlauben in anderen Objekten anders. Selbst unsere Nachfrage per SMS am Vortag der Abreise wo der Schlüssel deponiert werden soll blieb unbeantwortet. Alles in allem ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt. R.B.

Vacker underbart miljö och bra hus det fattades dricksglas korkskruv värden rätt nonchalant och oengagerad. Lämnade kvar en värdefull swish knife kniv som vi skrev till värden om utan att få ett svar.

Fabulous villa and surgery hosts

The villa is immaculate with everything you could need and the decor really tasteful, someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make a beautiful interior. The second toilet and shower in the laundry space is useful as there is one main bathroom but it has 2 sinks and lots of storage so our group of five near adults managed just fine. The pool is a great temperature and the views from the pool area breathtaking. 5min walk into Soller but bring as small a car as possible as driving in Soller on market day is hard work due to tiny street and changing one way systems. Our hosts were so kind, leaving us fruit, veg and eggs from their farm which were all so delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough !!

Great house in beautiful town.

Lovely house with great view surrounded by orange , peach and lemon trees. Very well specified and immaculately clean with modern fittings. Access road is not for the faint hearted - very narrow. Will definitely return.

Fantastische Auszeit

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Soller. Das Haus und die Gastfreundschaft von Mar mit Familie toppen alles, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Die Finca ist sehr durchdacht, hochwertig und gemütlich ausgestattet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt den Verhältnissen. Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre, dennoch konnten wir sicher sein, dass sich unverzüglich jemand kümmerte, falls dieses notwendig war. Das absolute I-Tüpfelchen waren die Geschenke der Familie Darder aus dem eigenen Garten! Vielen, vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
