Nice villa with beautiful view

Awsome view every evening for the sunset is the absolute highlight of the villa. Rooms and Pool were perfect fit for our family. We had a perfect spot to explore the island.

Goegeous house, perfect for four people, great location

We, family of four with almost grown kids, had a wonderful experience in that house. We enjoyed the vicinity to lots of places and the city of Ile Rousse, but we enjoyed it also the elevated location of the house and with its wonderful view to the ocean and the sunsets. It's a very nice host and lives right next to the house, so if anything is in this where you need help, she's right there. Everything necessary in the house was there and it is very tastefully decorated. The pool area in the backyard it's just a gem and made for beautiful afternoons after a day somewhere. I can't Think of anything missing or any to be criticized. Just lovely, we would come back anytime.

Villa Marie

Fantastic location once you find it! Driveway is not tarmaced but low gear, high revs and take it steady and you will be fine. The villa is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated with exceptional views. It was just a pity that a nearby house was having construction work during the week. We would have preferred to have been made aware of that prior to our trip. However by the pool the noise was much less audible but the work started early each morning and was more audible from the bedrooms. We also did not get the opportunity to meet Valerie during our stay but ere ably assisted by her sister and Marie. Overall a beautiful villa in a fab location on a spectacular island.

Eine unglaublich schöne Woche für die ganze Familie

Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet, ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung, der Pool war viel genutzt und sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieterin und die Strände sind traumhaft schön und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder. Danke für die schöne Woche, Valérie.

Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine en Corse. Cela en partie grâce à cette maison. Elle est en tout point conforme aux photos de l’annonce, bien située, bien décorée et avec une jolie vue mer. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons !

Merveilleux

Maison très agréable, très bien placée et très bien agencée avec vue sur le maquis d'un côté et l'Ile Rousse de l'autre, dans une région très belle d'où l'on peut partir pour des nombreuses excursions (Cap Corse, Corte, les gorges de l'Asco et faire les calanques de Piana au départ de Calvi ! Notre hôte Valérie est très sympathique à l'instar de tous les corses que nous avons rencontrés durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Magnifique et exquis

Un rêve de vacances en famille avec nos ( grands) enfants. Cette villa particulièrement calme et accueillante si agréablement décorée, nous a fait tout de suite nous sentir chez nous. Des pièces spacieuses et confortables, où chacun peut y trouver tranquillité, ou tout le monde s'y retrouver.Un grande terrasse plongeant sur la mer, et des odeurs de maquis a n 'en plus finir. En ajoutant la beauté de la Balagne et la gentillesse de la propriétaires, nous envions déjà les heureux futurs locataires. Comme dit si bien Baudelaire: "Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, Luxe, calme et volupté."

Semaine de rêve dans une superbe villa!

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette villa à Monticello en juillet . Toute la famille est tombée en amour avec cette villa. Il faut dire que les photos ne lui rendent pas justice: elle est encore plus belle lorsqu’on y arrive en personne. Elle est très spacieuse, décorée avec goût, confortable (avec plusieurs endroits pour relaxer) et bien équipée. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans la piscine. Et que dire de la vue qui s’offre à nous: la mer, l’Ile Rousse à nos pieds et les couchers de soleil. Trop beau pour être vrai! Nous avons visité Calvi, l’Ile Rousse, les villages de la Balagne, le parc Saleccia et les plages tout près. Merci à Valérie pour l’acceuil chaleureux. A noter: il y a une unité à louer sous la villa (avec leur propre stationnement) mais cela ne nous a pas du tout importuné . Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et la recommandons fortement à quiconque souhaite découvrir cette région de la Corse.

Villa adorable pour se reposer à son rythme

Le descriptif de la villa était conforme à l'annonce et la villa très bien équipée Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Valérie la propriétaire de cette villa qui nous a donné toutes les explications pour profiter de notre séjour et des alentours Nous avons passé une agréable semaine Chambres spacieuses et villa décorée avec beaucoup de soins et de goût et très pratique. Certains espaces aménagés nous permettaient de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle soit sur la baie de l'île Rousse ou doit sur la montagne corse Nous avons hâte d'y retourner et de retrouver notre hôte Valérie Patricia de Dijon

Très bonne situation pour découvrir la balagne .

Accueil très chaleureux de Valérie dans une vaste villa pour 6 personnes . Grands espaces . Chambres confortables. Cuisine bien équipée. Grande terrasse avec vue sur l'Ile Rousse . Très calme . Piscine très agréable . Grande discrétion de Valérie . A recommander pour découvrir la Balagne et le nord de la Corse et même y rester pour farniente...

Lovely villa in ideal location

The photos do not do justice to this villa so it surpassed our expectations. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, great view and ideally situated away from the peak-season bustle of Ile Rousse but near enough to get everywhere quickly, including beaches east of Ile Rousse. Big, well equipped open kitchen and plenty of inside and outside space for eating. Ideally suited to a family as the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the second and third bedrooms share an interconnecting bathroom. The owners make a great effort to keep the villa pleasant and comfortable. If going to Ile Rousse we would without hesitation consider it again.

3ème année de séjour sans fausse note !

Une maison magnifiquement conçue , à flanc de montagne et vue sur l'île rousse , calme et sérénité, prestations de haut niveau et décoration intérieure de goût ! Valérie Canava, qui est devenue une amie , est d'une grande gentillesse et d'une appréciable discrétion . Le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine, draps et serviettes de bains sont changés toutes les semaines . Les espaces de vie, couchage, cuisine , salon, piscine ,terrasse sont bien agencés et chacun peut vivre à son rythme sans perturber les autres. A 5 mn de l'île rousse, à 1/4 heure de la plage de Bodre, cette maison vous permet de rayonner dans toute la Balagne, mais l'on s'y sent si bien que l'on peut aussi y rester paresser et profiter de la piscine et du soleil. Une adresse que l'on ne peut que recommander même si on préférerait la garder jalousement secrète !
