Villa Aurelia is a large, luxurious and cozy house, located a few steps from the beach of Cala Murada. Its spacious and idyllic garden offers perfect privacy, either at the large, solar-heated pool with its sunbeds and "chill out" pavilion or at one of the many terraces and cosy nooks, offering relaxation in the sun or in the shade, according to your preferences.

Very pleasant stay

Lovely time spent with friends and family. Pool is great and the area is very quiet and family friendly.

Good standard and great house and outside areas.

The quality of the house and areas was good overall and is kept clean and tidy. We have rented several times in Mallorca and this was the best house so far, we did no miss anything during our stay. The only "downside" would be the location (which we chose ourselves :-)) as the beach is ok but not the best in Mallorca. But however, we spent almost all our days around the pool and that was great.

2024 - für uns ein verlorener Sommer!

Wir sind als Familie (2 Eltern und 3 Kinder im Alter von 11, 9, 7) angereist. Das Objekt sollte 6 Schlafplätze (3x 2) besitzen. Leider wurde nicht ausreichend darauf hingewiesen, dass das 3. Zimmer sich außerhalb des Hauses und daher ohne direkten Zugang zu den Sozial-räumen des Hause befindet. Der Hinweis, dass das 3. Zimmer einen separaten Eingang hat, wurde von uns als zusätzlicher, jedoch nicht aus ausschließlicher Zugang zu dem Raum verstanden. Folglich war es vor Ort keine Option für uns entweder als Eltern dort zu schlafen währen die Kinder dann alleine im Haus sein würden, noch eines oder zwei unserer Kinder dort allein schlafen zu lassen. Daher habe ich (Vater) die kommenden 14 Tage auf einer Matraze auf dem Fussboden des Wohnzimmers "verbracht". Dieser Raum hat leider weder eine Klimaanlage noch (ebensoweing wie alle anderen ca. 10 Fenster und Türen) Fliegengitter. Da sich direkt neben dem Grundstück ein stehendes Gewässer (ca. 1.000 qm) befindet, habe ich während der Nächte ob der notwendigerweise offenen Fester undendlich viele Mückenstiche erlitten, was meine Nächte zu einem echten Horror gemacht hat. Das Grundstück (Hanglage) ist für spielende Kinder unter 14 Jahren völlig ungeeignet, da es viele Stufen und enge Wege hat, welche von scharfkantigen Natursteinen eingefasst sind. Die latente Verletzunggefahr ist daher m.E. sehr hoch, so dass wir unsere Kindern stets angehalten haben diese Teile des Grundstückes nicht zu betreten. Positiv haben wir den Pool erlebt.

Sehr entspannte Tage trotz Coronazeiten

Wie im vergangenen Jahr haben wir auch dieses Jahr trotz Reisewarnung wieder die Villa Aurelia für unsere Firmenveranstaltung gemietet. Gerade in Coronazeiten haben wir uns dort extrem sicher gefühlt, und das Haus bietet sowieso alles, was man braucht, sodass man eigentlich das Gelände nur für gelegentliche Einkäufe verlassen müsste. Dennoch waren wir auch gerne am kleinen, ruhigen Strand, der nur ein paar Schritte die Straße runter ist. In der dortigen Strandbar fühlten wir uns ebenso nicht nur sicher, sondern auch gut versorgt. Alles in allem bedanken wir uns herzlich für die fantastischen, entspannten Tage und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Ein sensationell schönes Haus mit erstklassiger Betreuung, die man sich besser nicht wünschen kann!!

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, eine wahnsinnig schöne Anlage mit tollem Garten, viel Liebe im Detail! Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Freunde oder befreundete Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen wollen! Vor allem Rudi, der Agent des Hauses, ist einmalig zuvorkommend, immerzu hilfsbereit und das über alle Maßen!! Absolut liebenswert!! Tausend Dank - wir kommen wieder!

Fantastisk ferie!

Vi var 10 venner afsted, som nød at have så dejlig stort et hus med en skøn pool! Gå afstand til en lille hyggelig strand med fin strandcafé. Vores søde udlejer Rudy hjalp os med ALT og anbefalede os gode restauranter og steder at udforske. Alt i alt en perfekt hyggelig ferie.

Ein voller Erfolg

Wir haben die Villa Aurelia für unser diesjähriges Firmenevent mit 10 Personen gebucht. Das war ein voller Erfolg, besonders auch wegen dieses tollen Hauses: der wunderschöne parkähnliche Garten mit vielen Terrassen und Sitzecken, der türkisfarbene Pool (sogar beheizt!), viele Strände in der Nähe und einer sogar nur 300m vom Haus entfernt, haben alle überzeugt. Die 5 Doppelzimmer und Bäder sind in sehr gutem Zustand, überhaupt war das ganze Haus sehr gepflegt. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es gab ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser, und wir bekamen sogar einen Weber Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Ort Cala Murada gibt es einige Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte, man kann sich auch ohne Auto gut versorgen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit dort, wir würden auch mit Freunden oder Familie jederzeit gerne wieder hinfahren.

Great property for a family holiday

We enjoyed our holiday at Villa Aurelia, where we spent two weeks with 3 toddlers. The villa was ideal to share between two families and a nanny because of how it is designed, with the main part and three separate apartments which allow moments of gathering and privacy when needed. Rudi, the property manager, is extremely nice to deal with, always available, very responsive and very efficient. The property is in good condition overall, the only things that were missing were pool towels and a proper sound dock (there is an old stereo with CDs and music cassettes which is probably from the 90s :). The neighbourhood is very quiet, beautiful beaches are a few minutes walking distances and the garden of the property is nicely designed and maintained. Still, Mallorca is a big island and when we wanted to explore around we realized that distance to main attractions was too much to do it in one day with kids.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Die gesamten Einrichtungen und Ausrüstungen waren in Ordnung., ein spezieller Genuss waren der größzügige Pool und die Rückzugsmöglichkeit in getrennte Wohnobjekte. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Rudi war professionell und optimal. Einziges Problem, das wir nicht lösen konnten, waren die Stechmücken in der Unterkunft. Es war aber davon nicht jeder Mitbewohner betroffen.

Super Betreuung von Beginn an

Ich war hier mit meiner Tochter, Hund und Geshäftsfreunden. Jeder könnte hier Ruhe finden und alles war super organisiert. Rudi Du bist spitze immer da und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir freuen uns schon sehr Dich wiederzusehen. Herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland
