This recently upgraded townhouse is along the front row at Gulf Winds East! Amazing views of the Gulf are available from the front bedroom, patio, living room, and balcony! Gulf Winds East 4 sleeps 8. 2 Queen size beds, 2 Bunk beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental. Only one parking spot available per condo. Canopies or tents are not allowed on this beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the attendant.

Sit on your balcony and watch the Emerald Green waves roll in almost within reach. The smells and sounds of The Gulf will be ever present! Relax and enjoy in this property just steps away from the sand! Sunday to Sunday rental during the peak season.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Lucky for us Harmony had GWE #3 available for next year. I will only rent through a rental company like Harmony. If something happens to the unit or new owners come in, they will find me something comparable or better. Owners cannot do this because they usually have only one unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 15th year staying at GWE. It was our first year in Unit 4 and it is definitely our favorite. However, there were a couple of cleaning issues that were concerning. We found three roaches (one of them was crawling up the kitchen wall) and there was sand in the bottom bunk which is where my mother slept and she never went to the beach. There was also a disturbing brown stain on her sheet. We also were concerned about the shrubs alongThe fence between GWE and Beach Retreat. It was very hard to walk down that pathway with the vines from the bushes being so overgrown.
