The "Royal Sea House" is an elegant design with attention to detail. It is centrally located - just 50 meters from the beach and between the old and new parts of Cefalù.
The penthouse apartment “ATTICO” has breathtaking sea and town views. One minute from the beach by foot, and five minutes from the historic centre, it is tastefully furnished, completely private, and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, Satellite TVs, air conditioning, hydro-maassage shower, free WiFi, and wrap-around terrace with deck chairs for lounging, and tables and chairs to enjoy a meal together. There is one double bedroom and a living room with 2 double sofa beds. Should you need a baby crib and high chair, we can accomodate you! Free parking space onsite per apartment, with video surveillance.
Our guests have the opportunity to wonder the shopping district, especially in the old town where they can admire local craft products and make use of the excellent restaurants, pizzerias and cafes - many of which can be found directly outside our building.
Just a few minutes walk from our residence, guests can find the most impressive monuments and sights, including the basilica-cathedral which in 2014 was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
