Our apartment is located 5 minutes from Bastille and 10 minutes from the Marais on foot.
The apartment is perfectly equipped and very comfortable, you will find everything you need. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has a single bed. The separate kitchen is very well equipped.
The building is located in a quiet street, with elevator.
We are located near very lively areas where you will find lots of restaurants and shops: the marsh, oberkampf, etc ... we will be happy to show you good addresses of Parisians.

A comfortable place to stay
From the moment we booked this 3bedroom apartment Richard, our host, was there for us. He met our taxi on arrival and gave a very comprehensive tour, not only of the apartment, but also of the neighbourhood. The fridge had been stocked with the basics and we wanted for nothing. The Apartment itself was very clean and tidy? I cannot recommend it highly enough! Paris is a fabulous city!

A week in Paris
This apartment is beautiful with high quality amenities. Richard met us at the property, and he and his wife made sure we knew how to use all the appliances and where everything was located in the house. The house was well stocked and there were even a few groceries. It was extremely clean. Richard gave us a tour of the neighborhood that was so much fun. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Great Stay in Paris
Richard was a wonderful host and was at the apartment when we arrived. He gave us tour of the neighborhood and pointed out several restaurants and shops. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, cheese, yogurt and wine. He was very responsive to our questions and quick to respond to my texts. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a metro station within in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family or group traveling together.

Paris Lifestyle Experience
The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood tucked away from the main street. It is between 2 Metro stops, Richard-Lenoir station and Saint-Ambroise station. The Metro is 7-minute walk from the apartment. Outside the apartment, a 1-minute walk, there is a handy bus stop that goes directly to the Louvre and Museum D’Orsay. It was a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Marais, an excellent, trendy district. When we arrived, Richard and Jeanette gave us a thorough apartment tour. They showed us how to use their European appliances (you can also look them up on YouTube). They left us drinks and snacks and answered all our questions. They also gave us a walking tour of their neighborhood, which was very helpful. We went to the local grocery store, half a block away, and the local coffee shop. We also went to the local restaurants, 1 block away, they recommended. The apartment is on the first floor (above the ground floor), so even if the elevator breaks down, it is only one floor up. The elevator did not break down. The elevator is large and can hold three adults and luggage. The apartment was very secure and nicely designed. I especially enjoyed the living room. With the windows closed, it was very quiet. With the windows open, you could hear local children playing, dogs barking, and the occasional traffic. The apartment building is small and secure. It was great that there was a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer in the apartment.

Comfortable, well-located, well-equipped 3-bedroom apartment in Paris
My group of four loved this property. It was conveniently located to Bus and Metro access and we walked to street markets and restaurants. The host was immediately responsive and even welcomed our group on arrival. Information about the apartment and the area was provided. I would love to stay here again.

Quiet, convenient, well equipped apartment
We had a wonderful stay with our 14 year old granddaughter. We didn’t use or need the third bedroom, which had a single bed. Richard, our host, met our taxi and showed us everything In great detail. He took the time for a walk around the neighborhood to point out the highlights. The apartment was well equipped, including everything needed in the kitchen. Richard was kind enough to put in a small stock of food, enough for a breakfast. The place is on a very quiet street. We heard no noise during our stay. It’s convenient to metro stations, and even closer to the line 69 bus route, which heads right downtown to all the main attractions; we used it almost every day. Don’t miss the Bastille market on Sundays and Thursdays. Great fresh food and quirky artisans’ stalls. A great find!

Christmas in Paris
The apartment and owners are wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was close to attractions yet far enough away to make for quiet evenings. Public transportation via bus and subway is close. There are several grocery stores along with a great wine shop around the corner. Great place to stay with a family.

A five star apartment
This apartment in the saint Ambroise area of Paris met all expectations. Spotless, comfortable beds, and quality furnishings and appliances. We were met on arrival and our hostess explained the amenities of the apartment and pointed out key features of the surrounding neighborhood. Minutes from the metro and grocery made our stay most agreeable. The location in a “real” Paris neighborhood gave us a true sense of Parisian life. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this apartment.

Paris 2023
Richard was a terrific host. He walked us around the neighborhood and had lots of suggestions for our stay.We were in Paris during a tremendous heat wave so sleeping was a little uncomfortable but Richard supplied fans in each room. Leaving the refrigerator supplied with some basics was appreciated. The home is in a very convenient location near the Bastille and public transit was easy to use. I highly recommend Richard’s rental flat !!!

Fun Paris Stay
Three of us friends stayed here for a week visit in Paris. The property was in a convenient location, close to two metro stops for easy access to anywhere in the city. There were plenty of local bakeries and restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of amenities including basic kitchen staples such as coffee, butter, and water. Our friendly host gave us a thorough tour to familiarize us with the place and was very responsive to any other questions throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Richard is a wonderful host
Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens. Living room for folks to gather. Very convenient to groceries, boulangeries, restaurants and three subways. Richard brought us two fans to help cool the apartment in the unusually hot June weather. He will take good care of you.

Family trip in Paris
The apartment was bright, with all the windows, modern and immaculate. Three bedrooms and a large 2 sink bathroom and a smaller full bath. A galley kitchen fully stocked, for cooking. Host left us breakfast foods for morning. It’s in a quiet neighborhood- but close to grocery store, bakeries and cafes! There are 2 Metro stops approx. 10 minutes away. We easily were able to get all over Paris. I would highly recommend this host and his home! We had a wonderful time!!

A home for all ages
We enjoyed all the comforts of this clean, well stocked and lovely home and the hospitality of Richard and his wife. An older couple, a young couple, and a two-year-old all found this to be the perfect place to relax after a wonderful day in Paris. The surrounding neighborhood had lots to offer and the nearby bus and metro stops made sightseeing a breeze. This comes with our highest recommendation and thanks.

Excellent in every way!
I spent a week with friends and family while exploring Paris. The apartment was ideal: close to the Metro and a bus stop, comfortable, very quiet, and with a truly excellent (and reasonably priced!) bakery very close. In addition there were great wine shops, a very tasty pizza place and a supermarket in the neighborhood. Despite being off the usual tourist track, there were plenty of people in all the shops and restaurants nearby that spoke English, and they were all super helpful and friendly despite our very limited (or non-existent) French. Speaking of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and it feels very safe. It's not too far from the major tourist sites and lots of other places we went to in Paris. Also, the building is very secure, so we had no worries about safety at all. The bedrooms in the apartment have blackout curtains which make the rooms pitch black and very quiet. This is helpful when recovering from jet lag. You can also easily open them, which makes the rooms bright and cheerful. The owners were great to work with, and they left us with some welcome supplies when we checked in. This was super helpful for a bunch of tired, disoriented and jet-lagged people on the first day. They also supplied a tour of the apartment and the neighborhood on check-in, which was excellent. I would happily stay there again without any hesitation. It was worth every penny.

Un Magnifique Appartement
Richard and Ginnette were so lovely. They provided a baguette, croissants, eggs, juice, cookies, coffee and chocolate for our breakfast when we arrived. The apartment was spotless. We had a house phone which we could have used to make calls in France and to the US. We had our own cell phone plan and so we didn't need to use it. Since we were four seniors we used Uber to get around Paris rather than the convenient bus and Metro. The major sites we wanted to see were not close by and so we gave 3 stars for location. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the Kaim's apartment.

Quiet and clean
For our first stay in Paris, this apartment was perfect. Plenty of room for the four of us, very clean and well organized. The street was very quiet and away from the bustling of the city. The location is extremely convenient with lots of restaurants, stores etc very close by and two metro stops. Owner was very helpful and the apartment was well suited to us as a family of three with grandparents. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have laundry available as well.

We loved our stay and felt like 'locals' here
We stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 kids and really enjoyed it. Richard and his wife are incredible hosts. Make sure to take advantage of Richard's quick tour of the apartment and neighborhood to get a handle on the codes and local shopping options. It's about an hour but very much worth your time. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens are very nice. Loved all of the towels. One bathroom is really large, the kitchen and second bath are small but very efficient. The kitchen has everything you can ask for! So well stocked and they left a very generous grocery basket for us too. Probably the best host gift basket we've ever had. Wine, baguettes, eggs, cheese, coffee, it was incredible. Bedrooms are comfy and very quiet. We slept well! A few things to note, there are lots of personal items from his daughter's family who must live there when they don't rent it out. It's also the reason why the kitchen cabinet has every spice and seasoning you can imagine, so I like that, but know that you should take extra care since it's definitely a home. The neighborhood is close to 2 metro stops and so easy to get to all of the major sightseeing areas. It was an easy walk to Bastille and Marais neighborhoods. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. But when we were at restaurants we had comments that they were surprised to see us as tourists -it's not touristy in this area at all. It's a young person's neighborhood. You still get all of the cafes and amenities. But if you want to be in the heart of touristy areas, this isn't it. However this is one of the things we liked most about the apartment. You really are living like a local and not in a corporate rental. Richard is a gracious and responsive host. We had no issues at all but I'm sure if we needed him, he would have responded immediately. I highly recommend this great little apartment.

One of the best VRBO's
Staying at Richard and Jeanette's apartment was one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in. It is located on a quiet street away from noise but close to shops and restaurants. The ones Richard recommended were the best. It is secure, behind a locked gate and locked foyer. It was immaculately clean. It is a large apartment for Paris, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is nicely furnished and includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and even a piano. Richard and Jeanette met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked and even had some groceries to get us started. When we arrived in the taxi, the driver wouldn't take a card and we had no Euro's, Richard was so kind and paid the driver for us and allowed us to pay him back in U.S. dollars. He and his wife were so very kind and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. After long days out in the city returning to this apartment felt like an oasis. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
