The accommodation was perfectly located for us to explore exmouth. We were very comfortable and especially liked the step free shower! The welcome pack was really appreciated. We felt the co-axial cable for the TV could have been relocated around the kitchen area rather than under a rug and a hook and/shelf would be handy in the bathroom but we this did not diminish our stay and we would glady stay here again
A perfect property for a holiday, clean and tidy within reach of the town and beach, starter pack left by the owner to carry us over the first day, most unusual a off-road parking spot.
Would certainly recomend to all who are looking to the Exmouth area for a break
The property was ideal as a base to explore nearby sites. Ruth made us feel very welcome and on arrival had left us a welcome pack of groceries. This was very much appreciated after a long drive. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ruth.
An excellent location and nice clean property with a nice touch of providing essentials on arrival. Recommend this property and lovely owner who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
Really good property in great location for beach and shops. Everything there you would need. Immaculately clean. In peaceful location and parking is bonus. Enjoyed stay, would love to return for longer break.
My dogs very comfy in accommodation and so close to park and beach too.
The Studio was spacious, and the owner had kindly left us some breakfast items, milk, yogurt, bread etc. Only a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge but adequate for a few days as we explored the area and ate out mostly. The bathroom was bright and clean and electric shower good. Just a ten minute walk to the beach or town. We had a lovely stay and the parking space was a bonus. Definitely recommended.
Positioned well in a quite private road. Our host Ruth was very helpful and left welcoming goodies - Milk, Bread, Tea, Coffee and other food in the fridge.
Our dogs were welcome and allowed to use the garden (not enclosed).
The only draw back is there is only a microwave for cooking/heating food, no hob or oven. This is probably stated in the description and I must have over looked it.
Good location for easy access to major routes and of course Exmouth.
I would definitely return.
Clean. Pleasant studio apartment. 5 minute walk to main beach. 10 minute walk to Exmouth town centre. Under floor heating in the shower room. Simple but all you need for a few days away. No hob in kitchen. Overall very good.
Ruth was very welcoming. easy access to the flat. very self contained, everything you need. bathroom/shower is a high light, heated floor was lovely. stayed with our 4 pugs who were very at home. only concern was the garden out the back wasn't contained so had to run after the naughty pugs who wanted to say hello to the chickens!! I would highly recommend this property for a couple with or without dogs 🐕
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt um die Jurassic Coast oder Cornwall zu erkunden. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
We spent a wonderful week in this quiet and beautiful location. A short 15mins walk to the town or beach made it possible to go car free; which pleased us and our dog. Ruth is a lovely host made us feel welcome and even provided a welcome selection of milk, tea, coffee, bread n butter, jam, marmalade and biscuits. Would difinately recommend this holiday home and Exmouth has plenty to do most - of it is dog friendly, in high season you do have a dog beach area nr the harbour and nr the cliffs.
A nice little gem tucked away in quite area but within easy reach of the beach and town. Although the annex is part of the main house you are left to your own coming and goings there is a little seating area at back which is nice for breakfast and a table at the front to soak up the afternoon sun, the bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower. Ruth also provided a welcome pack which was appreciated the only one thing we missed was the fridge did not have a freezer compartment so not the end of the world. It was an ideal place for a short break holiday
This Studio accommodation gave us "wows" as we entered it. It was well designed and excellently decorated with beautiful pictures and a light and airy feel.
Ruth was an excellent host even picking us up from the railway station and showing us the property.
We loved the quiet situation and nearness to the beach.
Thank you Ruth.
