This flat in Chelsea was a wonderful home away from home for us. Beautifully presented. Loved it!
The flat is in a lovely area, close to the river and underground station. The bed was very comfortable and the property in a very quiet area so great for sleeping. Also spotless! We loved the elegant furnishings - was lovely to come home to after being out and about all day. We would definitely love to stay again on our next trip to London.

A Gem in Chelsea !!!!!
I would highly recommend staying here. the flat is beautifully decorated and is just as comfortable. The brick courtyard was a great place to have breakfast and cocktails after a long day of walking through London. You can tell, the owner of this unit took great pride in the renovation of this unit. Just a short walking distance to the bus stop. I would recommend eating at pub around the corner called The Ram. This establishment has the BEST Sheppard Pie I have ever eaten. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS GEM!

Chelsea Gem
My wife and I are glad we booked this beautiful flat in a quiet street, away from the bustle of the city. Small in size but very charming. The bathroom is tight, but bedroom, living room, and kitchen, patio...very nice. Easy access to bus lines to take you around London. King St is close by with numerous restaurants and shops. Even close to the 606 Jazz Club, and the Le QuecumBar, Gypsy style jazz just across the river...loved that place. Great property if you want all that London has to offer, yet want a quiet neighborhood experience.

Lovely flat in posh quiet area
I loved my stay here and would return in a heartbeat. So clean so quiet and just as described. I’m so grateful for my choice in accommodation. Will not be my last time at this rental. So lovely and tranquil.

Great Flat in Quiet Neighborhood
My husband and I stayed in this flat for two weeks in May. It was well situated to bus stops, tube stops, and shops. London is such a great city to walk in so we took advance of being so close to the River and had regular morning walks there. (I would highly recommend a walk to Battersea Park, it's just across the bridge and is a wonderful and quiet retreat from the city.) Back to the flat..., we really enjoyed coming home to a quiet space at the end of our busy days. The bed is super comfortable and we easily slept through the night. The outside area is nice and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone looking to stay in Chelsea.

Lovely property in great location!
We were pleasantly surprised by the property. The pictures were an accurate representation of what we hoped it would be. The small patio was a joy to relax in on a sunny day and the design makes very efficient use of a small space. We used public transportation for the entirety of our stay and found it to be quite convenient.(approximately 45 minutes to Leicester Square by bus/tube). The cabinet doors require some work as some do not stay closed, but that was a minor complaint.

Small, intimate and very quiet
This place is small but cozy and cute. Perfect for a couple (but probably not more than two adults), and a great location from which to explore London. We loved the fact that it was so quiet, both during the day and all night, and that it was within easy walking distance to all sorts of public transportation (river taxi, tube, hop-on hop-off bus tours, etc). The only possible drawbacks are that there is no in-house thermostat, so the heat has to be adjusted by the owner upon request, and, if you are a big guy like me, the bathroom is truly tiny. But actually, once you get used to it, the smallness sort of adds to the intimate feel. Ann and her crew are great hosts, and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will be in London again next year and will definitely be looking to stay here again.

A lovely flat in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here The flat was well located for all our needs with the Kings Road and it's buses within a few minutes walk and a great local pub the Chelsea Ram less than 5 minutes away. There is also secure parking outside the zone available in Edith Grove. The next few comments are suggestions not criticisms We would have liked bed side tables in the bedrooms, the mugs provided were a little to large and smaller cups and saucers would have been ideal We did struggle with the size of the bathroom and the closing of the fridge door to ensure no frosting. The light in the fridge should be renewed and some of the kitchen doors were difficult to secure. There were no scissors in the kitchen. We stress these are minor items for us but the property is offered at the top of the rental scale. Finally and this was a big problem for us the folding doors to the patio and outside eating/relaxing are we did not use due to the screaming and shouting of two children close by.we could not open the doors due to the racket which went on sometimes until 11 at night.Children do of course make noise that we accept but this was a disgrace and no attempt was made by the parents to take control This must be a terrible problem for the residents particularly the nice lady living in the flat above Beware any future tenants !

Charming Chelsea flat
The flat is stylish and comfortable, with good quality fuurniture and fittings. It is also very light and sunny, with large folding glass doors from the living room and kitchen into the small private patio. It is situated on a quiet street close to the river. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby.

nice, but off the beaten track and quite small
the apartment was cozy, but the bathroom was really almost claustrophobic, literally the size of two phone booths. Difficult to reach items on the upper shelves of the kitchen. The nearest tube station was more than a mile away. The neighborhood was quiet, but not very convenient to grocery stores, etc. I'm afraid we expected more for the price we paid.

Exactly as described...
My stay here was exactly as expected. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but close (walking or transit) to the hustle and bustle of the city. The flat is comfortable and clean. It's small, but so functional. I was the only one there, but it would easily accommodate two people. My favorite part was the deck. I spent every chance I could out there. Communication with this host was great. If you're looking for something that will give you a bit of downtime while in the city, I highly recommend this flat.

It was a fantastic place to rent. Really enjoyed staying there!
Everything on the listing was just as expected. No surprises. The appartment had everything we needed. It is very cute. We were lucky to have great weather and had breakfast everyday with the doors all open on the patio. What a nice way to start the day. As I said, the appartment was perfect but, the equally important part was that the owner and contact people were just great during the whole aspect of the renting and staying there. They were extremely accommodating. They had great communication and customer service. We would highly recommend renting to others and for sure would stay there again ourselves.

It was everything we wanted. Great location, cosy, everything works, elegant, tiny but sunny patio. We found the responses to a few little issues (we locked the keys in the flat) to bequick and friendly. We hope to come back soon.

Lovely comfortable property
The flat is well located close to public transport, Shopping and restaurants. With this it is very quiet area and safe to walk around. It is easy to feel like a local. There is a hospital close by for emergency - if you ever need one. unfortunately we did need this. The booking process was good and any concerns we had while we were there were sorted very quickly. It is comfortable and lovely when the sun comes out. Could have stayed longer. would definitely go back.

Great Flat Near Kings Road!
We had such a great stay in London, partly because of this property. It is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed and more! The outside courtyard was the perfect place to drink our morning tea and coffee - we were lucky to have warm sunny weather for our few days there. Very walkable to transportation and Kings Road. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay at again next time we're in London!

Cozy and SUPER convenient
After an amazing Rick Steves' London tour we wanted to stay in London and wind down to revisit spots we thought we needed more time to explore or take a day trip outside of London. This was the perfect place to do all that! This flat was conveniently located to multiple bus stops, the Thames, a food co-op (open to the public), and a neighborhood park. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room areas had wonderful, cozy and functional touches that mades us feel welcome and at home immediately. The kitchen was well appointed with appropriate utensils and extras (spices, oils, tea, coffee, etc.) that made it easy to prepare meals there w/ groceries from the food co-op. The living room had sliding windows/walls (they lock!) that would have been nice to use in warmer weather and would have created a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The bedroom was spacious and very quiet despite facing the street as the building is on a quiet street. One point worth noting, as another reviewer mentioned, is the bathroom. It IS small, but well designed; the toilet and sink are a little tight, but the shower had no issue accommodating my my 6'2" husband. We spent the least amount of time in that room, and didn't really affect our experience. Ann Louise also had some great information about the area and was very attentive to our needs (super easy to communicate w/ if we had questions before and during our stay). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in London. Further, I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend.

Our stay was very comfortable and met (exceeded) our expectations.
Ann Louise and the service team were responsive and made our stay a pleasure. The location is perfect for walking and commuting around London. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Buying the groceries we needed was easy and a short distance from the flat. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept comfortably on the king sized bed. The living room provided plenty of space to relax and the high speed internet was super-fast. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the outside terrance was a nice connection to the outdoors. The bathroom is on the tight side but did not present any problems. It is well-fitted and the shower quite large. We don't spend a lot of time in the bathroom and all the other rooms were spacious and comfortable for us. We recommend the flat and plan to stay again on our stays in London in the future.

a short walk to the thames
First of all, prior reviews were very accurate so we knew just what to expect on arrival. This flat is in a neighborhood that is in the outer edge of Chelsea which has its pluses and minuses. On the plus side it avoids the noise and frenzy of Chelsea and has a wonderful and rare outdoor space which brings lots of light into the living area of the flat. On the negative side, busses require walking a few blocks and tube stations like Fulham Broadway took us around 15 minutes of walking. This posed no problem for us as we are walkers but it may be a problem for those who are a little compromised . Keep in mind that Uber cars and Taxis eliminate this problem. We did use them as well during our stay. The flat is well cared for and the property owner Ann Louise is exceptional to work with. You can be comfortable communicatiing with her about any of your concerns and be assured you will receive a quick response. The kitchen has spices and coffee , tea and various other items for your use. The grocery store is around a 5 to 10 minute walk. Very convenient. It has been mentioned that the bathroom is small but this should be no problem for most people. If you are a very large person this may be a problem. Also regarding the bathroom, there is a step down and up between the bedroom and the main living area and an additional step down to the bathroom. Ann Louise has installed lights that go on automatically when ever you enter these areas. These steps could be a problem if you are not fully aware of them when you get up on the middle of the night to visit the bathroom. They presented no problem for us. All in all we had a great visit. The Chelsea ram was a great "local". We used the app "open table " to reserve our dinners and Sunday Lunch. There is also a convenient Indian "take out" restaurant on the corner which we did not use. Just to again stress, Ann Louise is a great host who will look out for your welfare. I would have no reservations staying here again or recommending this flat to a friend.

This lovely apartment in Chelsea lives up to its online description.
Clever use of space and mirrors together with a rare private courtyard make this Chelsea apartment a wonderful home away from home. Stylishly well equipped and furnished, the apartment contributed to the enjoyment of our London stay and much to our surprise we thoroughly enjoyed being a little out of the way of central London. Although we never actually had the chance to meet the owner, nor her representative, all our needs were catered for and any question was promptly responded to via email or text message. I would readily recommend this apartment to friends and relatives with only one small warning to be very careful not to trip over the unusual change in level between the living room and bedroom.

Nice Flat in Chelsea
Pleasant, light and airy first floor flat in Chelsea neighborhood, of modest brick row houses, walking distance to buses and the London train system and a few nice local pubs and restaurants. Near the Thames, but unfortunately heavy construction makes it difficult to access for now. Initial "hiccup" on arrival, but resolved satisfactorily with friendly owner who lives in another country. Reasonably well equipped and tastefully furnished, but you need to be a basketball player or use a step-stool (provided) to access the cupboards in the kitchen and the washer-dryer. The bathroom has all of the necessities in a very tiny space, but the rest of the flat is quite nice. Private little outdoor dining area (pictured) is a plus in good weather. Get an Oyster Card to get around the city from this location.

Beautiful Chelsea flat
Beautiful flat. It was a lovely place to come back to relax after a busy day of touring London. It was very comfortable and the king size bed was perhaps the best bed we've ever slept on. Mirium, who met us to let us in, was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this well-designed and comfortable flat. Very quiet and private.

Wonderful Little Holiday Hideaway
We adored this little flat. It's exactly as pictured in the listing. It was bright and airy. (I'm sure the string of sunny days helped!) We loved being able to sit in the garden patio with a coffee and newspaper in the mornings. Access to museums and other sightseeing spots was easy; we quickly got a handle on the nearest bus and tube stops. But the flat and the neighborhood were just a lovely respite from the hoards of crowds at all the tourist spots this time of year. When we'd had our fill of large crowds, we headed "home" and walked to neighborhood restaurants and stores and found the whole experience to be wonderfully relaxing -- everything you want out of a vacation. One other bonus: I'm a runner, so I thoroughly enjoyed being able to jog along the Thames and across into Battersea Park. Everything about our stay was just lovely. We can't wait to go back!

Enchanting and serene Chelsea flat
Impeccably designed and impeccably tidy little flat - utterly serene and enchanting. A true gem of a getaway - and the patio is beyond lovely. A bit of a walk from the closest tube station and the bathroom is of the scale of a ship's facilities - two very minor drawbacks for an otherwise perfect spot. Quiet, soothing, comfortable and beautiful. Sure to be a real treat for most travelers.

Perfect, stay here!
This is an ideal location to stay when in London as it is safe, quiet yet close to everything. The Chelsea neighbourhood is quite affluent. The flat is immaculate fully equipped with a dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, and TV in the bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the private patio with this flat. The owner Anne was very attentive and professional during our booking and stay.
