Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour pour une première fois en Sardaigne: le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Gino est un hôte merveilleux: il a fait le maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable tout en restant discret.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances géniales ! Gino et sa femme nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec un grand parking et à 5 min à pied de la plage. Il est lumineux, très bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables, sans oublier la terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur l'île de Tavolare très appréciable. Gino a été aux petits soins avec nous, soucieux de notre confort. Je ne peux que recommander cette location de vacances les yeux fermés !!

The best spot at Pittulongu!

We (2 adults and boy of 15) can warmly recommend this lovely and calm place! The host Gino and his wife Claudia are very positive, friendly and helpful. They help with any questions you may have. Our flight was delayed on arrival and we were therefore unable to get our rental car. But Gino picked us up even though it was midnight and drove us to the car rental the next day. The apartment is cozy and practical, and there is everything you need. Most beautiful view from the balcony. A supermarket, restaurants and lovely beaches close by. We will definitely choose this place another time.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern

Wir haben ab Ende August 3 Wochen in der schönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Sie liegt zurückgesetzt von der Strasse im ersten Stock, unter dem Dach. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt, die Temperatur in der Wohnung war angenehm. Wirklich schön ist der Blick auf das Meer, auch vom Esstisch in der Wohnküche aus. Die Wohnung hat 2 schöne Schlafzimmer und ich habe schon ab der ersten Nacht sehr gut geschlafen, was selten ist (normalerweise brauche ich ein paar Tage zum Eingewöhnen). Die Küchenausstattung ist recht einfach, das Kochen auf dem Gasherd fand ich etwas schwierig, aber ich bin es auch nicht gewohnt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an Gino‘s wundervoller Gastfreundschaft lag. Sandalen kaputt? Ein Sonnenschirm muß her? Alles kein Problem, Gino schickte uns Adressen, wo man so etwas kaufen kann. Gino wohnt mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss, er ist immer sehr warmherzig und freundlich, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wer aber keinen Kontakt möchte, den lässt Gino ganz in Ruhe, man hat also die freie Wahl. Wir hatten in unserem Urlaub nur einen kleinen Wermutstropfen: die Auswahl der frischen Lebensmittel im Supermarkt war manchmal nicht so toll. Aber das hat mit der Ferienwohnung nichts zu tun, und wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Zu Fuß kann man 4 Strände erreichen, alle haben klares türkis grünes Wasser. Die Küste ist ein Traum. Lieber Gino, Danke für alles :) Roswitha und Rolf

Un beau logement spacieux avec vue sur la mer, à 5 minutes a pied de la plage. Propreté impeccabble ! Gino et Claudia sont discrets et très serviables. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande.

Soggiorno perfetto: vista, posizione e cordialità

Siamo stati accolti e trattati benissimo. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza di famiglia, la disponibilità e la cordialità di Gino e moglie ha decisamente reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La casa ha una splendida vista sul mare, il complesso è molto silenzioso e il mare è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Con la macchina siamo andati ovunque con facilità e il parcheggio è all'interno del residence. La casa è fresca, basta aprire le finestre per avere un bel venticello, non abbiamo mai usato l'aria condizionata. Ci ritornerei!

Fantastica esperienza da 30 con lode...Dalla struttura, all'accoglienza,dalla pulizia dell'immobile all incantevole panorama che si ha aprendo la finestra... insomma esperienza da ripetere...Non vorrei trascurare il mare sempre incantevole come solo la Sardegna può avere. Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Costa Smeralda entdecken

Luigi ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ob bei Reservierungen oder Strandtips. Die Wohnung im OG ist geräumig, sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer mit der Tavolara Insel von der kleinen Terrasse aus. Mit bequemeren Terrassenmöbeln wäre es fast vollkommen 😉 Das Auto parkt innerhalb der Anlage und ist save. Restaurants und ein einfacher Badestrand gab es fussläufig in der Nähe. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir waren zu zweit vom 3.-10. September 2022 hier in Pittulongu und verbrachten eine tolle Woche. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terasse zum Meer traumhaft. Gino der Gastgeber kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste und gibt gute Tipps für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Fazit: Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und außerordentlich sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist einfach nur phantastisch. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort heimisch gefühlt. Außergewöhnlich ist auch die Gastfreundschaft von Gino und seiner Frau. Gino steht wirklich durchgehend mit guten Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und es war als würden wir die Beiden bereits seit Jahren kennen. Dabei waren sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt aufdringlich und haben ihre Freundlichkeit wohl dosiert. In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen kleineren und auch sehr schönen Strand. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten alle schönen Strände der Costa Smeralda. Auch Olbia ist gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, Supermarkt und auch einige schöne Bars und Restaurants. Man hat im Hinterhof einen eigenen und gesicherten Autostellplatz. Die Lage ist insofern sehr gut und auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Hervorragend, super nette Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend, immer wieder gerne

Liebe Claudia, lieber Gino, erst einmal vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, alles was man brauchte war da. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren unschlagbar, sei es beim Check in, das war super unkompliziert, bei sämtlichen Fragen stehen sie mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Am Tag der Abreise durften wir bis abends im Appartement bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst nach 21 Uhr abgefahren ist. Das war wirklich toll. Wir können die Vermieter und das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen. LG Fam. Metz

Schöne Ferienwohnung und wunderbare Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung war tiptop und Gino und Claudia sind sehr nette und vorallem hilfsbereite Gasgeber. Gino war sogar so nett mit uns zu einem Geldautomaten zu fahren, da die Bank etwas schwer zu finden war. Wir werden wieder nach Pittulongu kommen, das steht fest.

Traumapartment in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Meerblick

Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren nach Sardinien und waren von Lage, Zustand und Blick (Meerblick auf Tavolara und Schiffe) des gut geschnittenen Apartments mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern begeistert. Blick aus Wohnraum und einem Schlafzimmer aufs mehr klasse, nur getopt vom Blick von der hinreichend geräumigen Terasse. Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr nette Verwalter Gino, der jegliches Problemchen sofort und charmant gelöst hat. Wir hatten einen (inzwischen irrsinnig teuren) Mietwagen, haben aber vor Ort verstanden, dass wir gut ohne ausgekommen wären. Hoch mit Linienbussen frequentierte Bushaltestelle keine 200 Meter vom Apartment entfernt, zu Fuß unterv10 Minuten sowohl zum Strand wie zu einem kleinen Supermarkt (der auch frische Waren führt). Mindestens fünf Restaurants, darunter ein richtig gutes Fischrestaurant am Meer und ein gerade "in" besuchter Pizzaplatz mit toller Dachterasse, sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Dazu seht schöne Wanderung am Capo Figaro möglich, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus nach Golfo Aranci (dort auch viele gute Restaurants). Rund führt auf den Gipfel ( ca. Eine Stunde) und dann hinab zum Meer zur Cala Miroscu, einem wunderschönen karibikartigen Strand vor Figarolo. Schwimmen im klaren Wasser ein ganz besonderer Genuss. Fazit: Bestebewertung von uns nach zwei traumhaft schönen und entspannten Wochen.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, sicher mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz auf dem man ohne Bedenken sein Auto parken kann. Der nächste kleinere und saubere Strand ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend und haben uns mit vielen kleinen Gesten und netten Gesprächen sehr herzlich empfangen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder erfreut. Alle Räume im Apartment sind peinlich sauber. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere Küche gesehen. Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Kochutensilien wie neu. Die Betten waren auch in einem tadellosen Zustand. In einem Zimmer wäre noch eine Kommode zum verstauen von Kleidung angebracht. In dem anderen Zimmer befindet sich jedoch ein großen Kleiderschrank, in dem man alles unterbringen kann, besonders als Familie. Auch das Bad ist sehr sauber mit Bidet und Waschmaschine. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit und empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf wärmste.

Gino Is The Best!

Und das ist nicht übertrieben. Das Apartment war absolut sauber, der Empfang sehr herzlich. Da wir extrem früh vor Ort waren, hatte sich Gino um unseren Aufenthalt bis zum Nachmittag gekümmert, so dass unser Urlaub sofort beginnen konnte. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und der Ausblick auch von der Frühstücksterrasse traumhaft. Neben Waschmaschine ist auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden. Da Geschirr und Besteck etwas knapp sind, war das sehr nützlich. Gino ist immer ansprechbar und hilft sofort! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zahlreiche sehr schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und einige notfalls auch zu Fuß. Gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gleiches gilt für den Supermarkt. Ein kleiner ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt, ein größerer etwa 5 Autominuten. Das Objekt verfügt über einen verschlossenen Parkplatz. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Soggiorno ottimo

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. L'appartamento disponeva di tutto ed era in una posizione comoda al mare e ad altre spiagge e località da visitare vicine da raggiungere in macchina. La vista era spettacolare sul mare. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del Sig. Gino e della sua famiglia è stata eccellente, fantastica. Ci siamo sentiti di famiglia e per ogni nostra richiesta o bisogno ha sempre saputo accontentarci e consigliarci al meglio. Per qualsiasi cosa, a qualsiasi ora del giorno è stato sempre a disposizione. Da ritornarci sicuramente, lo consiglio vivamente.

Einfach fantastisch!

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche und das lag unter anderem an unserem Vermieter Gino. Er war einfach toll, hat uns in jeder erdenklichen Frage unterstützt und war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Familie wohnt im Untergeschoss, sodass man sich jederzeit an ihn wenden konnte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut (brauchte man auch, vor allem zum Schlafen). Das Meer ist nur 5 Min Fußweg entfernt und wir sind jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gegangen. Uns hat auch die Ruhe gefallen, kein Autolärm, keine Clubs. Super zum Erholen!
