Make memories to last a lifetime at this picturesque two bedroom cottage located on the “Gold Coast” of Higgins Lake, which is considered the most ideal location of the lake. Featuring a large loft bedroom upstairs, with two double beds and a private downstairs bedroom with one double sized bed, it is ideal for families, friends and couples alike. The open kitchen/living room/dining room space with separate seating area offers plenty of space for entertaining and cooking.

Outside of the cottage, guests can find a large patio with lounge furniture, two large patio tables, grill as well as over 50 feet of private beachfront on the lake with sand, a fire pit for bonfires and a dock that makes the lake easily accessible, for swimming, boating, etc. The property faces the north and offers the picturesque sunsets of Northern Michigan nightly.

A private family owned cottage, the space is consistently updated with newer furniture and decor each year. It is located close to gas station, grocery store, marina, etc.
