Spanish style villa for 6 people with a large private pool
Spanish style villa in a quiet area of Moraira, ideal for families with children. The villa is surrounded by flowers, palms, olive trees and buganvillas. The south facing private pool and terraces. A large swimming pool, 11m x 5m, means you can have a proper swim! The covered terrace is a nice place to enjoy the shadow or a barbecue in the pool area.
The villa is simple but well fitted. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwashers, a dining area and a balcony. In the living area are 3 sofas, 46 'smart TV, wifi, Radio, DVD. The bedrooms, the dining area and the living area are equipped with ceiling fans to assure cool atmosphere.
NO AIR CONDITION !!! The villa has no air condition, but only 5 electric ceiling fans (ventilators) on the top of all 3 bedrooms, 1 over the sofa in the living area and 1 over the dining table, to assure a cool atmosphere.
At the back side of the house are plenty of space for parking and for sports. The villa is approx. 5 minutes driving to the village and beach. Golf course and tennis courts also within 5 minutes drive, supermarket within 7 minutes in car.
The garage and the room next door to the garage (ground floor) The owner of the garage, because it is not included in the rental.
