About this property

Located in the town of Monaccia Aullène in southern Corsica, halfway between the mountain and the sea. This property about 70 m2 area is located in a quiet area, close to nature at 5 minutes from the village.

the village is 10 minutes from the sea and the mountains with the possibility of hiking, 20 minutes from Boniface and 30 minutes from Porto-Vecchio without the inconveniences (noise, overcrowding .....).

This recent hire (July 2010) fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, wireless internet, air conditioning, kitchen, ....) is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a dining room with seating area, and its American kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace of 30 sqm with possibility of lunch outdoors.

Super adresse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour début août dans cette petite maison au coeur du maquis Corse. La maison est moderne, bien équipée (avec climatisation) et très propre. La propriétaire est très gentille et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons !

Toller Korsikaurlaub zu zweit

Das Haus ist super schön. Alles perfekt. Es ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat mit Abstand zum Boden, weil der Weg zum Haus und zu wunderschönen Stränden sehr natürlich ist, mit vielen Löchern und Bodenwellen. Wir haben einen Tag gebraucht, um zu verstehen, dass das Wasser im Haus immer nur zu einem Hahn fliesst, also erst Hände waschen, dann spülen zB.

La maison est très propre, tranquille et très agréable. Conforme à la description. Localisation idéale pour rayonner en Corse du sud. Sartène, Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio... Je recommande cette location.

Calme et bien être

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location que nous connaissions déjà. La maison récente est très bien équipée et se situe dans un petit village typique loin de l'agitation des lieux plus touristiques. Les plages proches sont magnifiques et il y a beaucoup de possibilités de ballades ou visites. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique

Très belle maison aux pieds des montagnes, calme absolu pour un dépaysement total. Un sentier au départ de la maison, la mer à 15 minutes (mer turquoise) Sans parler des petits villages aux alentours. Gentillesse des propriétaires Tout était réuni pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen

Viel Platz im Haus und auf der Terrasse, sehr gut ausgestattet und es liegt direkt an einem interessanten Wanderweg. Zum Essen gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten im Ort. Die Buchten sind teilweise etwas schwer erreichbar, aber traumhaft schön.

Leider konnte die Reise nicht stattfinden da Korsika zum Risikogebiet erklärt wurde. Leider verursacht diese Entscheidung für uns nur Kosten. .... daher ist die Bewertung nur ein FAKE, weil diese Information sonst nicht möglich ist.

Un petit coin de Paradis

Logement idéalement placé pour les visites. Situé a flanc de la montagne lieu très calme avec une superbe vue. Une magnifique plage a moins de 10 minutes. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et très propre . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Encore merci a Christophe et Céline. Lieu et logement a recommander ++++

Ruhe und Natur

Wir genossen die Tage im excellent ausgestatteten Haus von Celine, die uns sehr freundlich empfing und uns mit zahlreichen Infos über die Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung versorgte. Total ruhige Lage, das letzte Haus am Rande der Macchia mit Blick auf die Berge und aufs Meer. Für Naturliebhaber, die Ruhe suchen, ideal. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man auf einen Wanderweg einsteigen, und sowohl zu einem sehenswerten Rundweg um Monacia als auch zu dem einiges höher gelegenen "Orii" (phantastische Steinformationen mit einem Wahnsinnblick auf Monacia und das Meer) gelangen. Letzteres ist mit einem nicht unerheblichen Aufstieg verbunden, empfiehlt sich deshalb frühmorgens, wenn es noch nicht allzu heiß ist. (etwa 1 1/2 Std. Gehzeit einfach). Auch ein Aufstieg auf den L`omu di Cagna ist vom Nachbardorf Ghianucio leicht möglich. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt, und alles hat sehr gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Zum Einkaufen in´s benachbarte Dorf (Supermarkt) sind es kaum 10 Min. Zu den nahegelegenen Stränden ca. 15 Min. Eine traumhaft schöne Ecke in Südkorsika. Exkursionen nach Bonifacio oder Porto Vecchio leicht in etwa einer halben Stunde möglich. In Monacia selbst eine Pizzeria, in der man sehr gut essen kann. Würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Une maison très agréable et un accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Céline et de Christophe très agréable et bien située et dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme du site, ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de Céline qui a tout mis en œuvre pour notre confort. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir en vacances.

vacances réussies

Nous voulions un séjour agréable dans un cadre calme et reposant: objectif atteint ! la maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, on est heureux de la retrouver après des journées bien remplies. Situation géographique idéale pour rayonner sur la partie sud de la Corse. Les petits cadeaux de bienvenue et le sourire de Céline et Mario font de cette location un endroit parfait pour de bonnes vacances.

Perfect holiday Home

Zeer compleet ingerichte en comfortabele vakantiewoning. Goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Ruim terras, met uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Wandelpad naast de deur. Rustig gelegen net buiten het dorp. Voor de vliegreiziger zou het handig zijn als er ook handdoeken aanwezig zouden zijn. Kortom: Een aanrader.

Mooie vakantiewoning met groot terras. Woning is goed onderhouden en schoon. De inrichting is compleet. Wandelpad naast de deur. Kortom, een aanrader. Tip: Voor de vliegtuigreiziger was het handiger geweest als er bad - en handdoeken aanwezig waren.

Super séjour

Très bon accueil de Céline et de sa maman. L'endroit est super, très calme et en pleine nature. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très lumineuse. La terrasse est spacieuse, les fauteuils très appréciés. Le resto du village est à conseillé. il y a un Spar à quelques KM pour les achats divers. La situation est super également proche des belles villes de Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio ou encore Sartène. Un conseil pour les marcheurs: empruntez le petit sentier qui passe près de la terrasse afin de vous rendre en 1 h-1h15 à l'œil de Sainte Lucie, un magnifique rocher ruiniforme qui surplombe toute la vallée et le village. Cette location est à conseiller sans réserve. Nous reviendrons.

Maison très bien meublée, dans un coin tranquille : tout rélax avec tous les comforts. A quelques minutes plage de Monacia, Roccapina, Erbaghju e Bonifacio a 20mins. Sans doute une bonne adresse
