Traditional Holiday Home with Sauna in Niedernsill

The lovely apartment features a kitchen with all cooking essentials, so that you can cook easily. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining is a separate living room with a spacious lounge area and direct access to the sunny terrace, which offers splendid views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Carport is on-site. There is floor heating for your convenience. Ski storage is available for your skis.

Perfect Austrian experience

Absolutely loved the house and location. Very spacious and clean with excellent facilities. Great games room, supermarket next door, walks and swimming lake on the doorstep…. We would definitely love to come back!

Innen OK. Außen Baustelle

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Baustelle direkt angrenzend beeinträchtigt. Zudem renovierte der Vermieter der darüber liegenden Ferienwohnung rundherum seine Veranda. Wir haben eine Kompensation erhalten aber können nur mit Bedauern sagen dass die grüne Wiese die auf den Bildern noch falsch gezeigt wird, verbaut wird und so nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Aktuell so sagten uns die Nachbarn wird alles an Wiese und Grundstück rundherum verkauft und bebauet. Je nach Reisezeit dürfe man sich in Zukunft also auf Krach einstellen. Danke, aber wir kehren nicht wieder zurück. Schade um das großartige Haus, denn das alte Gemäuer hat seinen Charme und gefiel uns sehr…

The house was perfect! It was really big and clean, rooms were perfect! Kitchen had all the utensils we needed, losts of card and board games, ski storage and sauna was the the best part of the day! Eight of us had the best time ever! Tip: basement has soundbar system and games so we could party! Can't wait to come back! Thank you Nadine for everything :)

Fantastic property - really spacious, fully equipped, nice decor. Loved the deck at the back with views over the mountains. Kids loved the games cellar with big tv, table football, computer game etc. In fact they hardly came out when we were in the apartment. Convenient for shops and short walk into town for swimming lake, bank, bakery etc. Convenient for all activities in the Zell/Kaprun area. Thoroughly recommended. Minor negative was neighbour doing building works which started at about 7 and often carried on til 8/9 in evening but this didn’t spoil our stay.

Ik denk dat dit het mooiste huis is waar ik ooit gezeten heb. Alles was top geregeld. Bedden waren goed, mooie keuken waar alles aanwezig is, fantastische centraal gelegen locatie zodat je veel uitstapjes kan doen. Ook was de WiFi weg goed wat tegenwoordig gewoon nodig is met kinderen. Ik zou iedereen deze vakantiewoning aanbevelen!

Een prachtig en ruim huis in een schitterende omgeving. De inrichting is hoogwaardig en luxe. De schitterende woonkeuken is van alle gemakken en toebehoren voorzien. Voldoende uitstapjes mogelijk in de omgeving (kasteel Hohewerfen, Salzburg, Zell am See, badesee Niedernsill, Grossklockner Hochalmstrasse). Dat er een supermarkt naast het huis is, is natuurlijk erg makkelijk. Tip vermeld de BBQ en Nespresso machine in de omschrijving zodat gasten die niet meenemen.

Prachtig huis, ruim en van alle luxe voorzien. Fijne bedden, mooie badkamers. We hebben veel plezier gehad van alle spellen. Het ligt centraal ten opzichte van de grotere plaatsen en is op loopafstand van de supermarkt een aantal lokale restaurants en het zeer mooie zwemmeertje BadeSee. Voor verbetering vatbaar we vonden het niet heel erg schoon bij aankomst, koelkast was niet schoon, haren in de badkamer, kruimels tussen de bank. De schoonmaakkosten zijn veel te hoog als je ziet wat je er voor krijgt. Verder een topweek gehad.

Prachtige accommodatie, schoon en een zeer complete keuken. Dat komt mede doordat mensen een specerijen, olie etc achterlaten. Super fijn. Wat wij hebben gemist zijn lekkere badjassen voor als je uit de sauna komt. Verder hebben wij enorm genoten van de ruimte en luxe, het huis voelt echt als een warme jas.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall were very impressed with the accommodation. It's very modern and I believe newly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. We did need to sort a couple of things out with the property manager and he was on hand quickly to put things right. The only extra things we could have done with was tea towels and perhaps small hand towels in each toilet. I would say the only negative comment we had was the cost of cleaning which at €250 seemed steep - perhaps for a longer winter rental it's necessary but for a 5 day stay it seemed excessive.
