Luxury is a useful word – but often ill applied.
Yet, I have no hesitation in describing the complex that this apartment is on as “the only affordable luxury serviced residential apartment development in Marbella”.
It is fair to say that, Marbella itself has played an important role in the success of the project.

The addition of the concierge service and 5-star onsite facilities, gives the apartment all the advantages of a first-class hotel with all the convenience of a private residence.
