'GREAT' views of the Gulf in a family friendly resort with numerous amenities.

This Gulf front unit provides magnificent views of the Gulf and beach from inside the unit or from the large deck. Great for that morning coffee, an afternoon siesta or the beautiful sunset. The master bedroom with king size bed, and on suite bathroom, opens directly to Gulf front deck. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed for added convenience. The tastefully decorated living room also opens directly to the Gulf front deck. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations if needed. The kitchen has been recently remodel. All new cabinets with 'Corian' counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dinning table accommodates six (6) people. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer and a full second bathroom. A flat screen TV and DVR are in the living room and a flat screen TV is also in the master bedroom. The master bath has also been recently remodeled. The second bedroom also has a TV and DVR. High Speed Internet service is available throughout the unit. Outside you will be able to enjoy the incredible amenities that the resort offers such as the beautiful beach, 7 outdoor pools including a children's pool, hot tub, two indoor pools and a complete fitness center. There are tennis courts and putting greens also on the grounds and you can walk to the championship golf course of Kiwa Dunes which is next door. If you enjoy outdoor cooking there are many grills provided on the grounds. We hope you enjoy our beach condo as much as we and our family do.

Great Family Vacation
The Plantation is a wonderful family spot. It's everything we were looking for. Easy check in process, clean pools, exercise room and indoor pool for the rainy day.

Overall great location
Overall I really enjoyed this place. It was clean, had everything we needed. Owners are incredibly organized and responsive. We discovered the water in the fridge was broken. They offered to have someone come repair it, we chose not to. Appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Location is right by ocean. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Fort Morgan is about 20 minutes from main Gulf Shores area. If you want a little more quiet this is a great location for that. Cons: The DVD players in the condo didn't work and the TV in the 2nd room wasn't great. Wasn't a big deal to us as we didn't spend a lot of time doing those things.

What more could you ask for?!
Beautifully decorated condo with such a homey feel! Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, large pans and even a small air fryer. Kids loved how the coffee table could lift up into a table at the couch. Adults loved the chairs on the larger-than-most 3rd floor balcony and shady spot to sit any time of day. Deck box had plenty of sand toys and a helpful beach wagon. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. Indoor pool was great to cool off in during the heat of the day; outdoor pool felt great on sore muscles at the end of the day. Found a Dollar General 2 miles down the road to stock the frig for the week. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a dedicated ice maker instead of just the one in the frig/freezer. Had such a relaxing vacation! Thanks so much!

Great location and wonderful owner
We had a great stay at this condo on Fort Morgan. There were a few housekeeping issues when we first arrived but Ted was quick to address them and they were remedied within hours. Condo has a great location and a great view. The tennis court/pool area can get noisy but it never bothered us when we were inside the condo. It was nice to have two full bathrooms for our family of 5. The balcony area was my favorite spot, it is always shaded and offers a fantastic view for drinking coffee and reading a book. Plenty of beach supplies are in the cabinet on the balcony.

JONES BEACH VACATION
We love Plantation, Fort Morgan is quite but this location has so much to offer for the kids. The condo was well supplied and Ted is a great host, he responded anytime I had a question. Absolutely loved chairs on deck!

Great family vacation
We love Plantation, we have stayed here before and plan to return. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We brought our son and daughter in law plus our two grandkids ages 1 and 4. Everyone had a great time, this community is for all ages. There is a restaurant on sight as well for convenience and their food is good. Pools are clean and grounds are well kept. Definitely recommend!

Family Spring Break
This property is great for families and is accurately advertised. We are return guests to the building but new to this unit. Ted was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages. The unit was clean, family friendly, and had everything needed (i.e. stocked kitchen, beach items to borrow, etc) for a great beach stay. Would recommend and stay again!

2022 Fall Break
My wife is a school teacher and she wanted to go to the beach for her fall break. She loves to go to the gulf coast specifically the Gulf Shores area. She and my daughter have stayed in several condos over the past six years mainly for my daughter’s state track meets and she really liked the quiet area of Fort Morgan. We selected this property based upon location and description of all the amenities offered. The owners were very involved from the moment we made the request for the dates of our visit. They provided all the information we needed and continued to stay in touch throughout the months before the visit. The check in was flawless and the condo was the cleanest place we have ever stayed - cudos to their housekeeping staff. The owners had everything you could need for a beach trip and more. The only thing left to say is awesome owners, condo, and location for a relaxing beach trip.

Perfect condo
We've stayed at the Plantation several times and this condo was perfect for our family. The owners have tried so hard to help families who are traveling. The extras like sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. we're so wonderful and our family appreciated having these items.

Place was cute with amazing view. loved how I could walk back from the beach to make lunch and not lug EVERYTHING we’d needed in one trip. Many beach accessories provided. We used the indoor and outdoor pools-both nice. Ted quickly answered any questions I had. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. It was a great trip.

Home away from home!
This property had everything we needed. Including a traditional coffee pot and a Kurig, extra blankets, pillows, and towels and a well as beach fun gear (ex: chairs). The patio had super comfy chairs which came in handy as the weather mostly rained. The on-site grill and the one for the Kiva Dunes golf resort was great so we didn’t have to trek into Gulf Shores too often. I’m addition, the owners were extremely prompt to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. 5 stars!!

Good times
We had a great time. The location to the beach is fabulous. The pool access was wonderful for kids at night time. We were about a 20 min drive from all the food and shopping. Ted was fabulous and help d guide us in when we got turned around and he also quickly helped us with a few other things. I would recommend staying here hands down!

My family stayed in this condo, it was perfect. Great location and included everything we needed. I loved the kitchen and the abundance of cookware available. The balcony was wonderful for sitting and drinking coffee. We truly loved it and communication planning with the owner was great as well! Planning on coming back!

July 2021 ESCAPE!!!
Condo is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the extra balcony space multiple times throughout the day. The space kept our family from being on top of each other. We sleep with a fan on year round at home so I was especially appreciative of the extra fans available. Having 2 full baths was an bonus when your kiddos are small adults. Thank you for taking care of our parking pass and allowing us to use your condo. We are ready to book same place next year!!
