Location ok but house needs refurbishment

The experience with the landlady were not the best which is the reason why we wouldn’t recommend to book the house. The house needs some refurbishment. The landlady tried to charge us with fantasy costs and costs for late check out. We left 10 minutes after the cleaning lady arrived for handing over the keys. In addition, when we arrived we had the „pleasure“ of removing a pile of dog poo from the lawn. The bikes were sitting nicely in the garage - locked - and couldn’t be used. Minor damages to an outdoor table and a chain of lights couldn’t be settled with the insurance company because the landlady refused to provide pictures and an invoice.

Maison très propre et idéalement située

Maison très bien située, à 3min de plusieurs plages. La maison est très propre, très agréable et très bien équipée. Nous gardons l’adresse pour revenir en saison et profiter de la piscine.

Haus an Le Cabellou Plage

Wir haben Anfang September zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und zwar fast nur im Haus weil das Wetter sehr schlecht war. An dem Haus ist nichts auszusetzen. Es ist sehr, sehr sauber (haben in der Bretagne ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht, hier aber war alles wunderbar sauber und gepflegt) Sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten auch sehr gepflegt und für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand in 3 Minuten Laufweg erreichbar und beim guten Wetter sicherlich sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe aber nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch unproblematisch. Wir haben uns trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt und empfehlen es gern weiter.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, entspricht den Bildern. Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Wir hatten tolle Ferien mit Kindern in den Sommerferien. Konnten viel in der Umgebung unternehmen und an die Strände gehen.

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und gut für einen Familienurlaub ausgestattet. Der Garten lässt genug Platz für die Kinder. Die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt und wurden von unseren Kindern geliebt. Es gibt viel zu Entdecken.

Sehr schönes, grundrenoviertes Haus in bevorzugter Wohnlage. Kompletteinrichtung mit bequemen Möbeln. Gute Internet-Verbindung. Großer, gepflegter Garten (1.000 qm). Entfernung zum Meer und Strand 150 m/3 Minuten. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent séjour

La maison est idéalement située, avec un accès au bord de mer à 150m. Très fonctionnelle et bien équipée nous avons passé un super séjour. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont simples et faciles. Merci à Isabelle pour sa souplesse sur l’heure de départ du 1er de l’an. Je recommande cette location.

Ferienhaus in direkter Nähe zum Meer

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem, schönen Garten mit Sonnenterrasse. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort; einziger Nachteil: nur ein kleines Bad im OG mit Dusche/ Badewanne, im EG nur ein kleines WC und ein Waschbecken. Vom Haus zur Bucht mit Strand ca. 150m Fußweg. Das schöne Städtchen Concarneau mit der Festung Ville Close ist in ca. 1 h gut zu Fuß erreichbar über einen schönen Küstenweg mit fantastischer Ausssicht auf die Bucht. Wunderschöner Teil der Bretagne! Uns war 1 Woche viel zu wenig.

Parfait

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Description conforme à l'annonce , maison très lumineuse , très bien équipée au niveau de la cusine et superbement située pour profiter pleinement du calme , des plages et du sentier côtier tout en oubliant sa voiture. Sans oublier le magnifique jardin qui permet quand le temps le permet de se reposer. En bref un très bel endroit.

Bouffée d oxygène bretonne

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour entre noel et nouvel an. La maison correspond en tout point à l annonce. Elle est très bien située dans un quartier calme et tout près de plusieurs plages. En ses périodes de confinement nous avons pu profiter de longues balades en bord de mer sur les chemins côtiers de la région.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr geräumiges, modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit riesigem Garten in toller Lage. Fußläufig sind gleich mehrere Strände erreichbar. Nach Concarneau führt ein wunderschöner Wanderweg (ca. 6 km). Wir haben in Le Cabellou eine fantastische Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Nutzung der in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführten Fahrräder und die zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom/Wasser und Reinigung waren nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich, bzw. im "Kleingedruckten" zu finden. Das sollte zur besseren Vergleichbarkeit und Transparenz etwas anders kommuniziert werden. Alles in allem aber ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Perfektes Domizil für unseren Familienurlaub in der Bretagne

Herrliches Haus, perfekte Ausstattung, riesen Garage, noch größerer Garten, fußläufiger Zugang zu gleich mehreren Stränden. Viele Tagesausflüge von dort aus möglich. Allein die nicht inkuludierte Bettwäsche wurde nicht klar kommuniziert.

Eine Insel zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus eine sehr entspannte Woche verbracht. Bestes Wetter, beste Rahmenbedingungen und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus (vor allem die Küche!!!) haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich gemacht. Das Bad ist neu und perfekt, die Küche (wie schon erwähnt) für Hobbyköche geradezu ideal und der schöne Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein! Sollte ein Hund mit dabei sein, dann hat er ein herrliches Terrain zum Stöbern und der Strand ist wirklich ganz nah. In der kühleren Jahreszeit müssen allerdings die Elektroheizkörper eingeschaltet werden, sonst ist im Haus zu kalt. Familie Pelletier hat uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Traumhaft

Ein wunderbares Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Es waren sehr erholsame Ferien. Die Lage absolut ruhig und wie beschrieben ein paar Schritte zu herrlichen Stränden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet sodass auch ein Regentag kein Problem ist. Der Empfang und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr herzlich und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Immer wieder Urlaub pur!

Wir konnten wieder 3 Wochen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verleben, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es empfing uns eine neue, praktische und geschmackvolle Küchen-/Wohnzimmereinrichtung. Ebenso neue Fenster. Man kommt an und fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Einmalig ist die Lage - wenige Meter zum Strand - direkt am Wanderweg an der Küste entlang - immer wieder kleine Strände und Buchten! Ausflugsziele wie Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan, Pointe du Raz ....und, und -alle Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Wer weder wandern noch das Auto bewegen möchte, kann den wundervollen Garten genießen. Für uns ist le Cabellou zu einer 2. Heimat geworden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön der Fam. Briand/Pelletier.
