Beautiful villa, 1 km from the sea, 5 km from the airport and 5 km from the city center and close to the highway to Palermo / Mazara del Vallo where you can reach in just over one hour, Cefalu, Selimunte, Monreale. Near the island of Mozia, Segesta, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, the Egadi. At 15 minutes, the center for kite surfers. The beautiful beach of Marausa, with its free or equipped beaches, is 1km. Villa, surrounded by farmland on all 4 sides and fenced. Privacy guaranteed. there are no nosy neighbors and you can move freely. The villa stands in the middle of WWF oasis with birds, flamingos and other species that will wake you up in the morning and will accompany you throughout the day. It surrounded by salt flats where you can go addentrandovi walks through the channels of the tanks, with bikes, of which no. 2 are supplied to the villa. Nearby, various shops, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, post office, tobacconist. If you want relaxation, privacy, entertainment, sun and above all sea and clean air, this is the villa for you.
