Beautiful property and view

On arrival, the property was immaculately clean. Jane, the host was efficient and walked us through the property. The pictures are entirely accurate and the view is even better. We especially loved hearing the surf. Alas, the weather did not cooperate but it certainly helped having a great place to stay, fantastic location where we walked everywhere including the grocery, and the ocean walk right outside.

Awesome ocean view

Feeling Lucky!

Our stay left us feeling lucky. Lucky to call such a beautiful condo in the perfect location home for 30 days. The views are the best La Jolla has to offer and the convenience of the parking is the icing on the cake. Great communication from owner and property manager. If you are considering staying here I highly recommend you treat yourself. It's top notch.

Perfect rental

Our third stay here; the property location is outstanding The condo is furnished with very nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect place for entertaining family and friends in the La Jolla area. Views ! Views! views!

This is the perfect place to vacation! LaJolla is a beautiful old town located on the shore!

We had a good stay! The location is great and the condo is clean and contemporary. The manager Jane and her husband Ray are very professional , honest and kind! The negative was the owners above us were doing construction for about a week out of the 10 we were there. We were there due to the fact that we had a leak in our home and needed to get away from construction so that was quite disturbing to us. Overall it was a good experience in a lovely town! The owner is very easy to deal with and the manager very responsive!

Fun in La Jolla

Loved this condo! Great view of seals, close to coffee shops, yoga, grocery store, coastal bike path. Was able to work in zoom mtgs till 1 pm or so, and then explore tidal pools or bike. Great time!

The perfect location for views and walking into the village.

Beautifully decorated and supplied with all you need to enjoy your stay. The sunset, seals , pelicans and cormorants, viewed while sitting in the comfort of this condo. Outstanding!

Owners of property worked with us as our condo windows were blocked with scaffolding and Boards.

We were in a great area with wonderful walks and picnics along the bluffs. With COVID-19 in San Diego we had to fix our own food or Uber Eats but this well equipped condo let us do it. It’s a beautiful condo. Will be outstanding when all scaffolding is gone. We did get to see out the front the last week in condo but still had workers and scaffolding on outside.

Great Experience

This is a comfortable, beautifully furnished modern and well equipped property with a spectacular oceanfront setting in one of the best areas of La Jolla. It is steps away from many galleries and restaurants and immediately accessible to an extensive walking path along the Pacific. The owner provided an unusually complete list of suggestions for local activities plus condo instructions which helped enormously with our orientation. She and the property manager (who provides an introductory tour and came by to answer any questions) went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. My wife and I highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful apartment, ideally located, with superb view.

What a great apartment! So beautifully maintained, comfortable and impeccably clean. We loved the kitchen, as did our guests, and now we all want to remodel our kitchens. We much appreciated the support offered by the manager, Jane, who was always available and helpful. Of course, the wow factor is the stunning view of the ocean and the Children’s Pool from the front windows. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Best Spot in San Diego!

My husband and I absolutely loved our extended stay at Lisa and Barry’s property. We were there for my husband’s surgery at UCSD and couldn’t have picked a better place to recover at. The property was amazing, view was astonishing and impreccably clean. We woke up to the ocean every morning, tough life! The property is close to the street so it did get noisy at times but overall was not a problem for us. Accomodations at the property were better than most hotels! Their property manager Jane was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in La Jolla.

LaJolla!!!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a month!!! The condo was so clean, spacious and so well decorated. Attention to details were everywhere you looked, from the knives in the kitchen to the linens. It was so nice to rent a place where you didn't have to run out right away for dish soap, paper towels..etc. So very kind of the owners to make sure you have all the essentials. Such a wonderful location!! Just walk up the hill to town, and across the street to the beach. We couldn't have been happier staying in this condo.

This condo is beautifully finished and in a great location right across from the Children's pool.

We are from San Diego, and have a home there, but had loaned it to a family member for a year so were in need of a place to stay for our annual Autumn visit. We had a wonderful stay in the Katz's condo. Barry and Lisa from the beginning, through check out, were easy to deal with, extremely responsive, and very friendly. The condo is very attractive, clean and modern. It was very comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen accommodated many dinner parties for us, our family, and our friends during our 3 month stay. It was fully furnished with all the kitchen gear you would need, and the appliances were very nice. The views were spectacular being directly on the ocean front and across from the Children's Pool. My grandchildren loved walking along Coast Boulevard and viewing the Seals and Birds. The bedroom was very comfortable and the master bathroom was beautiful. The linens, and towels were of excellent quality, and the truly had everything provided that we need. The condo does have a washer and dryer as well, which really is a necessity for a three month stay. This is definitely a lovely vacation spot, with great walking convenience through the Village, close to our yoga studio as well as shops and restaurants. We walked daily to the grocery store and errands. This condo was maintained and well taken care of. The property manager Jane was attentive to our every need, and checked in on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying our experience. You would not go wrong choosing this condo for your vacation needs. We highly recommend this property. If ever we choose to stay in La Jolla again this would be our first choice.

Wonderful Condo Overlooking the Beach

My son & I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the beach. The condo is updated & well equipped with everything you might need while away from home. The owners were a pleasure to work with...very kind & accommodating. It is obvious that a lot of thought went into their preparing their condo for their guests. They have a local property manager, Jane, who made sure the condo was immaculate upon us moving in & was easily reachable for questions & a delight to work with. In addition, the location couldn't be more perfect as you are situated in the La Jolla Cove area & can walk to countless restaurants & shops. We look forward to a return visit one day in the future. I can't think of a nicer place to stay.

We are a family of four from Texas. We came to La Jolla in the summer of 2009, and never wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home to the heat:) We spent summers renting different spots till we found our condo, and fell in love!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love instantly based on the views and open floor plan. Being across from the beach is a plus with kids. We love that you can sit on the couch and feel like you are in a beach cabana. We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal with an ocean view. We replace our linens often, and take pride in our cleanliness.
