Very spacious house of about 90 square meters located in a very quiet neighborhood a few meters from the sea.
The house has 3 bedrooms with fans (2 double and 1 with 2 singles), bathroom, large living room with corner sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace and air conditioning equipment with hot and cold.
Good equipped kitchen and access to the patio with washing machine and clothesline.
There are 2 terraces with great views of the sea, terrace furniture and own parking.

Distance to Las Negras beach, restaurants and bars and super market are about 400 meters, but there are plenty of beaches and coves very close to Las Negras that are worth visiting.

Un Luger tranquilo con vista al mar

Very nice and caring housekeeper. The house has a nice big terrace to see the sunrise. Full equipment in the kitchen. Short way to the town center and beach.

Maravilloso!

Petra es un encanto de persona. La casa es maravillosa con una terraza con vistas al mar magnífica. La zona es muy sitiada para ver Cabo de Gata y sus playa ya que se encuentra a la mitad. Gracias por todo !

Tolle Lage aber Renovierung notwendig

Wohnung und Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage der Wohnung zentral aber ruhig (Vorsaison) mit wunderschöner Aussicht von der großen Terasse. Parken auf Grundstück vor dem Haus ideal. Nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Klimaanlage nur im WZ. Einrichtung bräuchte insgesamt mehr Pflege und müsste an einigen Stellen renoviert werden.

De l'espace et une belle vue

La maison est grande et la terrasse vraiment belle. Petra est une gérante charmante et très professionnelle, elle a rendu notre séjour très agréable. La maison est bien équipée (vaisselle, lits confortables) mais l'électroménager gagnerai à être amélioré (pas de sécurité sur la gazinière , pas de lave vaisselle ).

Angenehme Mischung aus Natur, Ruhe und Anbindung an zahlreiche Strände

Petra ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, Da ich Allergikerin bin, hat sie Alles mögliche getan, Allergene vor unserer Anreise im Haus zu beseitigen. Das war spitze! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Muy buena ubicación

Hemos pasado cuatro dias en la casa de Petra. La recepción muy amable, y la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las Negras es un pueblo con encanto, hay restaurantes, bares, y supermercados a poca distancia de la casa. Para llegar hasta la playa, se tarda unos 5 minutos andando. Tabernas, Almería Capital, y otros destinos, no están lejos. Hemos estado con nuestra perrita que fue bienvenida sin problemas. Aunque la casa no tiene jardin, tiene un patio y una terraza grande, y a pocos metros de la casa una rambla donde pasear hasta la playa o hasta el monte. Eso si: se permite fumar, y a algunos les puede molestar el olor a tabaco. A nosotros nos daba igual.

Muy recomendable

La casa está en la mejor zona para mí de Las Negras, a 10 minutos del pueblo andando pero alejado a la vez. La joya es sin duda esa terraza espectacular donde se podría estar horas, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad dónde desayunar y cenar. Se aparca en la propia finca, muy cómodo para cargar y descargar equipaje. Sofá y camas cómodos. Necesita un poco de puesta a punto o mantenimiento en algunos aspectos pero nada que no tenga solución. Yo repetía. Gracias Petra y Emilio.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Der Vorabkontakt mit Petra war bereits sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie und Emilio tun alles, damit es den Gästen gut geht. Schon bereits vor unserer Anreise durften wir Pakete an ihre Privatanschrift schicken lassen. Auch während des Aufenthalts waren sie stets für uns da. Tolle Verwalter!!! Das Haus selber war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, an der ein oder anderen Stelle wäre allerdings eine Reparatur bzw. ein Austausch wünschenswert.

Casa estupenda!

La casa está muy bien. Es una sola planta lo que resulta muy cómodo. La terraza es espectacular, allí desayunar viendo el mar es lo mejor de la casa. Aparcas el coche en un patio que pertenece a la casa lo que es muy cómodo y seguro. Petra es encantadora.
