Cozy Gaudí Apartment:
This cozy apartment, very bright and sunny, is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Gracia.

Five minutes walking away from the metro stop Joanic, it is very well connected with the the city.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and a small terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast while sunbathing.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a small desk.

The second bedroom has a double bed.

Both bedrooms have a lot of natural light.

The kitchen is brand new and equipped with every comfort:dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker. From the kitchen there`s an access to a small gallery which houses the washing machine and clothesline.

The bathroom with shower is also newly renovated.

In the lounge, there is a comfortable 4 people sofa and a table for 6 person.

As entertainment, it has a 32" TV and a DVD.

The apartment, due to space, is recommended for 4 person. However, under request, the sofa can be converted into a double bed, so in the apartment could sleep up to 6 people.

The building has not lift, although there`re no more than 15 steps to reach the apartment.

Metro stations: Joanic (L4) and Lesseps (L3).

Few steps away is the picturesque district of Gracia, great place to wander through its narrow streets full of charm. At Gracia district you can find many restaurants of all kinds, and curious bohemian locals.

Barcelona`s Gracia neighborhood is located north of the Eixample. Visualizing how to get there from the harbor, you`d go up las Ramblas to Plaça de Catalunya, cross the plaza and follow Passeig de Gràcia all the way to the end. Parc Güell lies north of Gracia and it`s one step away from the apartment.

Gracia is immediately recognizable for its narrow streets, a stark contrast to the wide, modern boulevards of L'Eixample. It`s known as a hip area with an active and politically-conscious community. Here you`ll find a number of lively plazas, bars and restaurants, but it`s a little more subdued other cultural hubs like the Born or El Raval, with a slightly more mature crowd.

Barcelona`s Gracia neighborhood is worth exploring for its unique personality and Park Güell, Antoni Gaudí`s awesome modernista playground

Clean apt in great location

Had a great stay. Dani & Viktoria responsive if required. Close to main road and shops as well as tourist landmarks within walking distance. Had a lovely time. Wish I had stayed longer, but will next time and would certainly book here again. Thanks all 👍🙏

Gracia Vecindario/Neighborhood Perfecto

This was a great little apartamento for a number of reasons but principally the location. It was so easy to walk to La Familia Sagrada, Casa Battlo, Casa Mila and the gothic quarter. Hay muchos bueno, bonito y borato restaurantes cerca del apartmento. The grocery stores nearby are also open late. There is a hotel nearby for easy to find tour pick ups. The one suggestion I have for the property is to create a mount for the shower head. The space heaters were perfect for a winter stay.

Very small apartment thank goodness we were not 4 people. Check in was without any info or instructions just a matter of taking our money. We had pre requested late check out this was refused on site but not beforehand. Very noisy neighbours.No information pack or helpful info given no instructions on appliances no mattress or pillow protectors - pile of dust under bed. Would not book again. We wanted to leave and rang Vrbo - and host - NOTHING! All in all would not re book

Perfect location- Tired apartment

The apartment is perfectly located near cafes, grocery stores, bakeries and is walking distance(10 minutes) from Metro. The inside of the apartment needs attention. Walls and curtains are dirty, there is a bare light bulb in one bedroom,the overhead light in second bedroom does not work, the hook for the shower head is broken. Only salt was provided as a cooking spice. This did not meet VRBO standard. With a little attention, this could be a lovely apartment.

I gave this suite 2 stars only because of the location. The description of recently renovated kitchen and bathroom is quite exaggerated. I think from the reviews it must have been in 2015 and they have done virtually nothing in the way of upkeep. The worst being a shower head bracket that was broken so you're forced to use it as a hand held. I would not recommend this unit to anyone I cared about.

Abbiamo trovato il pavimento molto sporco,capelli un po’ ovunque, una parte della doccia danneggiata, il contenitore del sapone per le mani era vuoto, c’era un solo cucchiaino in tutta la cucina (eravamo in 6). Nonostante abbia segnalato al proprietario alcune di queste cose, non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.

Great little apartment in a safe location with easy access to many of Barcelonas best highlights

We would definitely recommend this apartment. However, it could do with freshening up with a lick of paint and some new crockery - most large plates were badly cracked - and the shower’s sliding door comes off its tracks so it is difficult to get into and out of the shower . I gave the check - in process 4 stars because although we called Viki from Barcelona airport and then took a half hour taxi ride to C Argentina we had to wait 20 minutes in the street at night for her to arrive to let us in to the apartment.

Appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Terrasse petite mais appréciable Commerces à proximité et station de métro à 5mn. Plein de bons ingrédients pour un bon séjour
