Fantastic and cute-designed 2 bedroom apartment located in Avinguda Gaudí, next the Sagrada Família.

The location of this apartment is privileged.

It is located in Avinguda Gaudí, beautiful avenue that connects two of the most important symbols of modernism.

The well-known Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi's masterpiece and the Hospital de Sant Pau, designed by architect Domènech i Montaner.

This pedestrian avenue is full of life. The balconies in the living room allow people to enjoy the views of the Sagrada Familia while taking a coffee or while simply sunbathing.

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms.

The first one has a double bed and a dress room that has enough space to store the belongings.

The second bedroom has two single beds. It also has a lot of storage space.

Both bedrooms face the courtyard, so it means zero noise.

The living room is spacious, bright and very comfortable.

It consists of a table where 6 people can sit and a comfortable sofa.

The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed, so the apartment can fit up to 6 people. Anyway, the apartment is strongly recommended for maximum 4 persons.

Great location, comfy bed but a bit lacking in maintenance

Great location, comfy bed but a bit lacking in maintenance. Nice to be met at the apartment by Viktoria who kindly helped us with all our obscure questions. Really close to La Sagrada Familia. Amazing building! Fair distance though from La Rambla and Cathedral and Barri Gotic area. Unfortunately, a bit of maintenance was lacking. Basin and shower did not drain, airconditioning units did not seem to work, bedside and basin lights not working, no tea towels in kitchen. No kitchen bin. Salt left outside from previous guests, sock left under bed also. A handyman was ordered for next day. Fixed aircon but not drains or bedside lights. Served a purpose but a little expensive for what it was.

Très bonne localisation

Appartement bien situé, à 400m de la Sagrada familia et de la station de métro. Rue piétonne donc calme, mais l'insonorisation de l'immeuble laisse à désirer (vitres avec simple vitrage côté rue!), nous entendions les voisins parler. Nous avons néanmoins passé de bonnes nuits. Propreté générale correcte, même si présence de quelques poussières. La pomme de douche était cassée. L'équipement de la cuisine était limité si besoin de cuisiner.

Notre séjour à Barcelone

Une belle ville, propre, bon accueil.De belles visites Sagrada Familia Sant Pau Recinte Modernista Casa Battló et Pedrera Park Güell Montjuïc Aquarium Port Vell Quartiers Barri Gotic La Rambla. De bons petits restaurants à tapas. Métro facile à utiliser.

Très mauvaise literie, manque de propreté, vaisselle (verres) pas de sèche linge sèche cheveux comme indiqué sur l annonce pas de torchons eponge ect... Donc prix élevé pour cette location Bon emplacement

Prima Location mit kleinen Mängeln

Großartige Lage, tolle kleine Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sie entspricht auch nicht ganz der Beschreibung. So fehlten viele Dinge, wie z.B. der beschriebene Trockner (außer damit war der Geschirrspüler gemeint) und der Fön. Die Waschmaschine wollte nicht schleudern. Das äußere Bullauge war zudem kaputt. Es gab nur einen einzigen Teelöffel, keinen Wasserkocher und nur drei vernünftige Stühle am Tisch. Da zweite „Bett“ im Kinderzimmer war lediglich so ein Unterbettgestell zum Ausziehen. Das „Hauptbett“ im Kinderzimmer quietschte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Das Sofa hatte doch einige Flecken, im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in der Dusche, so wie ein schmutziges Handtuch in einer Schublade. Im Haus wohnen einige laute Mitbewohner, die das Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster fast unmöglich machen. Am besten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung okay, für länger wurden wir sie eher nicht buchen.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Die Wohnung befindet sich fussläufig zur Sagrada Familia und ist sehr gut gelegen um die Stadt und die Strände zu erkunden. Es gibt einige Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, empfehlenswert!

First time in Barcelona

First I would comment on the most compelling trait of this apartment - the location. It was very close to la Sagrada Familia and is located on a tree lined street with shops and restaurants below. I enjoyed having a cappuccino each morning outside while planning our day and doing a bit of people watching. With the proximity to la Sagrada Familia, we were able to use the Hola Barcelona transportation card and travel everywhere we wanted to go. The subway station is right next to the cathedral and was super convenient for our visit. Also located very close are numerous bars, restaurants and shops so the location was really quite excellent. The apartment itself was good enough for our needs but I think the location is what sells this place and not the apartment inside. There was AC but it was a unit in the hall and being very hot while we were in Barcelona did not actually cool the bedrooms very well. The kitchen seemed to be functional but showed its signs of age but tbh we did not cook there so that was not really important for us. There was a washing machine but you will have to bring your own cleaning pods (we did not need to use however). There were no paper products for the kitchen and no garbage bags so we had to provide this. The place was clean enough but seemed tired and could be updated to be truly a fantastic property! If I were to come to Barcelona again I would likely try to find a similar location with a more comfortable / updated interior.

EMPLACEMENT TOP !

Bon échange avec le propriétaire, Victoria nous a très bien accueilli ! L’appartement était très propre et les balcons étaient vraiment un plus !! Cependant la literie des chambres demande à être remplacée, l’électricité laisse aussi à désirer ( il manque pas mal d’ampoules dans tout l’appartement) et le mitigeur de la douche a fait son temps .. Par contre l’emplacement est vraiment TOP !! A deux pas de la Sagrada, du métro…dans une rue piétonne avec plein de restaurants au pied de l’immeuble, c’est très sympa comme quartier !!

Great location

Apartment is in fantastic location and we had a great time exploring. Really easy to use metro and buses to get anywhere. Wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped and some of the interior is in need of refresh, but we spent little time inside.

Bel appartement près de la Sagrada

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable dans une rue piétonne animée. Les balcons sont appréciables. Chambres au calme à l'arrière. De nombreux rangements. Propriétaire réactif au moindre problème.

Sagrada Familia

Nice place to stay. Close to metro stations and the Sagrada Familia, but away from the other major sites. Taxis are very easy to use. Apartment is comfortable. Although there is an elevator, you still need to walk up a flight of stairs to access it. Our shower and bathroom sink did not drain well, and risked overflowing. I contacted the host but they never sent a handyman, as promised. Otherwise it was a very good stay.
