This lovely stone house is located very close to the Sóller main square, only 5 minutes walking from the bars and restaurants. Ha been completely renovated with a very good taste and preserving all the traditional elements of the building.
The house is divided into three floors and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with sofa bed possibility and a little patio.
It offers a smart TV in the upstairs lounge, plus an additional TV on the ground floor.
The house has air conditioning.
It is ideal for hiking lovers, as it is a great spot to start any mountain route, but also for families with children.

Stay in Sollér
Our stay was very lovely. The place was 4 stories, very nice, it was very hot during the summer so the air conditioning was really good, but some fans would have been great for night time so you don’t get dry sore throats as we did! The location was amazing, so close to the square and all the shops. It was difficult to park close by, so make sure to check the parking signs if you have a car! We were overall very happy with this place, thank you Virginia.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, zentral gelegen.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig, ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen in die Umgebung und nach Port de Sóller.

Schönes modernisiertes altes Stadthaus
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es war Platz genug, schön ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Am liebsten sind wir aber rausgegangen, wo es Licht und Luft gibt.

Belle maison à Soller
Belle et grande maison très bien rénovée, très confortable, dans un quartier ancien de Soller. La circulation et le stationnement en voiture sont difficiles, c'est le seul bémol.

Funky flat in center of town!
It's not the Hilton, but we loved the this 4-story quirky but cool rowhouse apartment in central Soller. It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). It was perfect for our family, clean, walking distance to everything in this adorable town.

This property was in an amazing location! A short walk to downtown shops, food, and everything else. The rental itself was bigger than expected and we loved its Spanish charm. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.

Hidden gem
This was one of the most interesting quirky houses that we have stayed in - a traditional townhouse updated with a contemporary twist - the glass staircase was a surprise! Very well appointed and comfortable with everything that we needed. Its location was perfect - close to the town centre but away from all the tourist crowds yet so easy to get to the coast, local villages and Palma. We had a wonderful week.

Super zentral gelegen, Wander-Routen in der Nähe
Sóller ist für uns immer eine Reise wert. Allerdings war es dieses Mal unerwartet kalt und somit in der Wohnung etwas klamm. Das untere Badezimmer ist leider ohne Lüftung.

Basisstation für Wanderbegeisterte
Wer statt Luxus eine ehrliche Ferienwohnung erwartet, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist zwar auf viele Ebenen aufgeteilt, aber bietet ansonsten viel Platz. Für Gehbehinderte ist diese Wohnung daher abzuraten, da man viel die Treppe rauf und runter laufen muss. Glücklicherweise sind Bad und Schlafräume auf einer Ebene. Als Stadtwohnung hat man hier keinen besonderen Ausblick und auch die Terrasse lädt nicht sonderlich zum Verweilen ein. Dafür ist man in 2-3 Laufminuten am zentralen Platz von Sóller und hat es trotzdem in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Glasstufen zum obersten Wohnbereich. Den haben wir aber selten in Beschlag genommen, sondern uns hauptsächlich in der mittleren Küchenebene aufgehalten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen, da es einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Tramuntana bietet.

Traditional townhouse in great town centre location
We enjoyed our stay in this traditional townhouse, set over a number of floors, it was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We stayed in December and the only heating comes from 3 aircon units but once they were on the house did warm up but bedrooms were cold and we could have done with some extra blankets. The glass staircase to the upper floor took some getting used to but is needed to let light into the lower floors as the house has very small windows. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Soller, easy walk to main square.

Tres bon séjour dans ce logement. Il est tres bien situé dans le centre ville de Soller. Bien équipé, la climatisation nous a ete bien utile.
