- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful villa at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, in Selva, for 7 people. Relax and enjoy the mountain in this villa, located in the Serra de Tramuntana.
It consists of 340 square meters and is distributed in 2 levels.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with single bed
- 1 bedroom bed of 180x190
- 1 bedroom bed of 160x190
- 1 bedroom bed of 160x190
It also has baby cot and highchair.
Living room with satellite TV, wifi, stereo and table and chairs for 8 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
Once outside you will enjoy barbecue, a pool of 8 x 4.5 x1,80 meters, 8 sunbeds, private garden and terrace.
The nearest grocery store is 1 kilometer, as well as the pharmacy and the village center of Selva.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
