Large dining room, in front of the kitchen, with sliding doors to the small balcony and beautiful sea views. In the dining room there is a dining table and wicker sofa set. There is a large American kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, water heater, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Some restaurants and a supermarket in the surroundings. Distance to Arenal beach with restaurants, bars and shops: 6.7 km to Portichol beach 3.8 km. Rental in Jávea. Pets are allowed. Groups and people under 25 years old are not allowed.
