Villa Adelaida, is a rural house with Andalusian architecture of the 19th century, through which a ditch of Nasrid origin flows.
The structure is divided into 3 floors. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom on each floor, 3 double rooms and one single, a study room with library, fireplace and board games, plus an intimate solarium and a terrace. We keep some furniture and period supplies.
It has:
- Automated main entrance gate with remote control.
- Lift gate garage with remote control.
- Kennel with outdoor patio.
- Roundabout - gazebo with relaxing water fountains and water lilies.
- Pool of 10x5x2 meters' with automatic debugging, multi-colored LED lighting, lawn and beach area with chillout area equipped with hammocks.
- Gardens have native plants such as jasmine, rose bushes, night galans, geraniums, bougainvillea, hibiscus, hydrangeas, among others.
- Agricultural space of 1000 square meters, in which we can find orange, lemon, mandarin, palm, pomegranate, avocado and other ornamental trees such as araucaria, long cypresses and vines in parradas. All available to users

This lovely and very neatly renovated, 300 year old farmhouse gleams white and bright in the midst of joyful countryside, its buildings ranging around pretty gardens which overlook the crystal-blue waters of the fabulous swimming pool below.
