The backyard view was beautiful and perfect for sunrise and sunsets! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Very quiet neighborhood and it felt safe.. the park for the kids was a small walk away. Marcy was great when it came to communications! One of our favorite host! We will definitely come back!!

The house was so clean and had everything we needed and more for a fun three night get away. The location was perfect for us to attend MLB spring training games at 4 different stadiums. We loved the beautiful backyard and the lake.

Winter getaway
We traveled from the Midwest to get away from the cold and had a beautiful stay at the home. It was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and back yard. The lake was calm and we even saw a bald eagle fish for his dinner.

Wonderful Getaway
Wife and I love to visit Phoenix once a year just to get a way from Los Angeles for a few days. This year we stayed at Marcy's home and loved ever moment of our stay. The location of the home is close enough to the freeways to easily get around the city. Markets and places to eat are nearby as well. The backyard was a highlight for us. Being in December the weather allowed us to comfortably sit out in the backyard and enjoy the large amount of shoreline. My family plans on coming back next year. Thanks again!

Avondale Resort
It was like a home away from home but even better. Her neighbors are wonderful sweet people. The grounds were well kept as well as the home and the interior design was something to behold her communication. With me was excellent, we loved our stay in Avondale. and the mild November climate recommend to anyone who wishes to chill out in the Phoenix sunshine.

Great respite
Perfect retreat for my sibling and I to regroup each evening after a death in the family. Marcy went above and beyond to see that we felt welcome. The nature setting and comfy beds were heaven.

Baseball spring training break
My wife, father and I thoroughly enjoyed Phoenix, spring training was well as the World Baseball Classic. Location was ideal and waking up every sunrise looking out over the lake, and all of the waterfowl was amazing

Quiet and Friendly Neighborhood
Walking through the front door into the home took my breath away. It was so roomy and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house with their own bathrooms. Most of my indoor time was spent in the kitchen/TV room which was spacious. Everything worked properly...….especially the juicer which I used every day to juice the oranges on the tree. I had over a months worth of fresh OJ while I was there. And there's a lemon tree which gave me 2 lemons to enjoy with my nightly cocktails out on the dock chatting with the various pontooners on their nightly parade of the lake. Great walking trails with my dog who made a great guard of the yard against the various waterfowl that dared to venture up onto our grass. Since I was here during the Covid-19 crisis I didn't get to enjoy the restaurants and various activities in town, I headed up into the parks and nearby mountains for hiking, hiking, and more hiking and biking. Another time maybe. Thanks Marcy.

Garden Lakes Rental House
The house is very nice and comfortable. The basic supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen were available and well stocked. The owner was very responsive to questions and promptly helped up with a couple of small problems. Thanks for the great stay that we had!

Great Views! Beautiful home!
If you have children in the 2-4 range, be mindful of all the stuff/decorations. You will be burning calories making sure they don’t grab everything. Also I was disappointed that there was only one wine glass at the location. Im a wine person and was excited seeing the wine fridge at bar. One stemless wine glass didn’t cut it. But overall it was a beautiful stay with fresh orange juice every morning!!! I would come back.

My family love our 3 weeks stayed in this beautiful home. The beds are really confortable and the patio make you feel so relax. We brought a little boat in Costco and the kids had a blast cruising the Lake. Marcella was very helpful and sweet even when we left earlier because of the fires in our neighbor in California, she call us to wish us good luck. We will be back to this beautiful and peaceful home. Thank you Marcella, you are a very sweet lady.
