The Patrimonio site was awarded the Grand Site de France label in March 2017. There are only 17 sites that have been awarded this label. The apartment is on 2 levels in a large village house with an exceptional view, inside and outside, on the Gulf of Saint Florent, the very famous Patrimonio vineyard and its 17th century church . Fully air conditioned. On each level you have a terrace with a magnificent view and both fitted with garden table and chairs, lounge area, deckchairs, gas or charcoal barbecue ... Independent kitchen opening onto terrace, fully equipped (LV, LL, oven, microwave, American fridge, slow cooker, toaster ...). 2 bedrooms with large wardrobe, 2 160 cm beds. Excellent new bedding. Sofa bed in the living room in 140, very comfortable express rapid opening system in less than 10 seconds with no cushion to remove, extendable dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV. 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 1 per level. Parking lot. Ideally located for visiting Cap Corse, Conca d'oro, Nebbiu and Balagne .... Bastia is 20 minutes away, the famous seaside resort of Saint Florent and its beaches are 5 minutes away. Excellent starting point for hiking (loddu, saleccia). Sheets and towels provided. This rental is ideal for families or couples of friends. Beginning of free rental. Le calme grandement apprécié!

Nous avons grandement apprécié le séjour. Si vous recherchez un endroit calme, c'est là qu'il faut aller. Madame Dominici s'est informée de notre confort et de notre satisfaction et il n'y a eu aucune déception. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Terrasse avec coup d'oeil exceptionnel sur le coucher du soleil. Petite suggestion: Peut-être prévoir un grand parasol sur la terrasse supérieure, le soleil plombe de tous ses feux, ce qui peut être incommodant, surtout par une intense chaleur, comme ce fût le cas pendant notre séjour. Mais ce n'est là qu'un détail. Encore une fois, merci de votre accueil. Yves et Francine Fortier, Québec, Canada.

EXCEPTIONNEL

Idéalement située pour découvrir la Corse du Nord (Cap Corse, les Agriates, la Balagne…), cette maison de village spacieuse nous a procuré calme et bien-être. Nous avons pleinement profité de ses 2 terrasses qui offrent une vue dominante et époustouflante sur le golfe de St Florent et de magnifiques couchers de soleil au moment de l'apéro !! Nos bagages à peine posés, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "chez nous" et rien ne manque au niveau des équipements, des ustensiles… Un grand merci à Mr et Mme DOMINICI qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien rénovée et qui a retrouvé une âme. Nous recommandons vivement cette location au top qui nous a enchanté et nous laisse un très bon souvenir.

Very nice and beautiful!

Our holiday in Patrimonio in July 2018 was very nice. The holiday home is very beautiful, especially the view from the roof terrace. We sat very often there and grilled with the gas grill and enjoy the beautiful view to the bay from St. Florent and the mountains. The holiday home is well equipped.There are all the things you need. We can recommand the holiday home. We will be back definitely to Corsica, it´s a very beautiful island.

casa confortevole

La casa è molto funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort. Dal balcone si gode di una vista bellissima. Inoltre Patrimonio è un paese molto carino e strategico La figlia del padrone è stata gentile e discreta. Peccato per i bagni piccoli e ciechi. Consigliatissima

Appartement très confortable

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances, dans un cadre superbe, le beau temps étant de la partie, nous avons pu admirer le coucher de soleil de la terrasse, superbe point de vue. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, sa situation géographique permet de visiter aussi bien le bord de mer que l'intérieur. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, et l'accueil de leur fille chaleureux.
