On the ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 1 double bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine. On the first floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, + another bed in the adjacent hallway, bathroom with shower.
Equipped with all comforts: flat TV 32 in. with satellite antenna, washing machine, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Large patio furnished and equipped with barbeçue ideal for outdoor dining.
Great furnishings. Quiet area at mt. 400 from the sea.
Internal free parking space.
