Finca La Romera located in a rural area just a few meters from the Bollullo beach, and a 5-minute drive from the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz, where you can enjoy one of the best micro-climates on the island of Tenerife.
In an old farm house, fully restored, preserving all its charm, are these three rural apartments. All of them sharing a pool, solarium and gardens surrounded by banana and palm trees.
The apartment has wonderful views of the sea.
Its excellent location will allow you to choose a different option every day; enjoy long walks on foot, bathe on a black sand beach, relax in the house, or if you prefer you can go on excursions to any point on the island.

Magnifique ferme restaurée face à l’océan

Un excellant séjour passé au mois de décembre dans cette « finca » restaurée. L’appartement est très confortable, la vue de la terrasse magnifique, la villa est très bien entretenue , le jardin et la piscine sont sublimes. Bref, une adresse extraordinaire où nous aimerions bien retourner. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui est toujours à l’écoute de ses hôtes . Allez les yeux fermés , ça vaut le voyage!

Super schöner Urlaub in toller Finca mit Pool.

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Finca und Außenanlage. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell und zuvorkommend.

Maison confortable avec vue

Nous avons passé 1 très belle semaine. La vue sur la mer et le Teide est magnifique et le bruit des vagues nous berce. Tout est propre et bien aménagé. C’est parfait pour 3 personnes. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine ensoleillée. La petite route d’accès est étroite mais pas longue et compte assez de places de croisement!

Magnifique séjour

L'appartement avec ses 2 chambres est confortable et ne manque de rien. Depuis la grande terrasse, il y a une magnifique vue sur les bananiers et sur l'océan. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine. Une très jolie plage de sable noir et un excellent restaurant sont accessibles à pied. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Unvergessener Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa

Die Finca La Romera ist sehr schön oberhalb einer Bananenplantage und des Strandes Bollullo (zu Fuss ca. 15 min) gelegen. Die exotische Aussenanlage mit Pool ist sehr ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. Diese wird durch einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter mehrmals die Woche betreut und gepflegt. Für einen Mietwagen steht im Innenhof der Finca für jedes Apartment ein Parkplatz bereit. Die Anfahrt zur Finca ist etwas spektakulär, da die Zufahrtsstraße sehr eng und etwas unübersichtlich ist, aber bischen Abenteuer im Urlaub muss ja schließlich sein :-) Der Informationsaustausch war perfekt (Danke Ana) und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte optimal. Viele Dank noch für die Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Ankunft. Zur Lage: Es gibt zwei sehr gute Restaurants (Resaurante San Diego und Restaurante Bollullo Beach) in der Nähe, die Beide gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz ist auch über einen Fußweg innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen. Für die Touren mit dem Mietwagen über die Insel, war die Finca ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt. Was uns noch sehr gut gefallen hat war das Meeresrauschen beim Einschlafen, die grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge und bei klarer Sicht den Blick von der Terasse auf den Teide. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße an die Besitzer und Verwalter dieser Finca für diesen schönen und unvergessenen Aufenthalt

Traumhafte Lage im Norden der Insel

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse, von der man aus das Meer und (wenn das Wetter es zulässt) den Pico Teide sehen kann. Der angeblich schönste Strand des Nordens ist fußläufig erreichbar (15 min), leider fahren aber sehr viele Menschen mit dem Auto dorthin, so dass recht viel Verkehr (und Hupen wegen der sehr engen Straße) herrscht. das ist der einzige (kleine) Wehrmutstropfen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, täglich wird der Pool gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Die Selbstbeschreibung ist absolut korrekt. Volle Empfehlung!

Une très belle et propre location très bien localisee

Très beau jardin avec piscine très bien entretenus. Belle vue sur la mer. Orotava à 5 minutes en voiture. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Délicate attention des propriétaires qui nous ont offert un panier à notre arrivée (vin, pâté…). Propriétaires serviables et disponibles. 2 restaurants a proximité. Une très belle adresse.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Corona-Winter

Sehr schöne Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer und den Teide. Zwei gute Restaurants und ein Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Dennoch empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und ist für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich charmant eingerichtet. Einzig die Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert, da die Adresse des Hauses selbst auf Google nicht korrekt angezeigt wird. Hier wäre eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung der Vermieterin von Vorteil. Bezüglich der Maßnahmen kann man momentan entspannt Urlaub machen. Nur die Maskenpflicht im Freien nervt gelegentlich.

Es war wunderschön

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf Bananenplantagen und das Meer. Auf dem Gelände sind insgesamt drei Wohneinheiten. Ein kleiner, aber feiner Garten mit schönen Palmen und einem Pool, sind eine richtige Oase. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

séjour agréable mais...

extérieurs agréables, grande terrasse et joli piscine. Très jolie vue. Le logement est bien équipé mais manque un peu de vaisselle. Par contre la literie est très inconfortable et a vraiment besoin d'être changée

So soll es sein

Wir suchten einen ruhigen Ort in Teneriffa und haben dieses Haus gefunden - und alles war wie beschrieben. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld (Englisch) verlief unkompliziert. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht (WLAN leider sehr sehr langsam - besser ist ein Mobilfunkanbieter: Vodafone mit 4G möglich), die Außenanlage mit Swimmingpool (leider zu kalt im Dez/Jan) ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Unsere sehr späte Ankunft mit Schlüsselabholung in einer Tankstelle in La Orotava verlief reibungslos - die Vermieterin hat uns noch ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten zur Ankunft hingestellt - sehr nett. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, denn im Ort Rincon gibt es nur Restaurants und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Der Strand ist fußläufig über eine "Einspurstrasse", die auch am Haus vorbei führt, erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch das Restaurant "Bollullo", das unseres Erachtens nicht empfehlenswert ist (Paella versalzen, merkwürdiges Verhalten des Kellners bei Bezahlung) - besser ist das Restaurant "San Diego" auf das man bei Anfahrt zum Haus durch den kleinen Ort direkt zufährt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Herrliche Ecke weg vom Schuss mit toller Meeresblick

Wir hatten die Finca (und Pool!) für uns alleine und haben die Ruhe und der wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Das Apartment war wie erwartet auf Grund der Bilder. Playa Bollullo ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und traumhauft schön mit eine nette kleine Bar. Wenn man das Auto mal nicht benützen möchte gibt es einen netten Wanderweg nach Puerto de la Cruz. Auf 500m vom Apartment befindet sich Ristorante San Diego, sehr empfehlenswert!

Finca mit tollem Ausblick

Super Lage, freundliche und diskrete Gastgeber und herrliche Terasse mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer und die umgebenden Bananenplantagen. Dazu ein ausreichend großer Pool in gutem Zustand. WLAN etwas träge und mit knapper Reichweite. LTE im O2-Netz ist aber alternativ vorhanden.
