Meadows Dream House is a beautiful apartment of 60 sqm in historic building situated in the Prati district.
Located on the 1st floor is very bright, with lift and consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.
It is a few minutes walk from the Metro Ottaviano, Piazzale Clodio - S. Peter and a few steps from the main tourist attractions. (Vatican Museums, San. Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Olympic Stadium, Trastevere and the historical center). The entire apartment is equipped with central heating, Wi Fi Fiber Optics. The master bedroom is large, bright, quiet, fully equipped, can accommodate up to 3 people. It features an LCD TV, air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with: window, large shower, hairdryer, mirror and washing machine.
In the apartment there is a bright living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed, LCD TV, Air Conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils.
The guest will have his house keys, of which it is responsible. And 'no smoking inside the bedroom.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment with all the services and amenities described above. Will be provided to guests clean sheets, blankets and set of towels.
Available at check prior notice. During their stay, guests can take advantage of assistance 24 hours a day for any need related to the apartment's features and also for any information needed to ensure a great holiday stay in Rome.
"Prati Dream House" is located in the heart of the 'area of San Pietro.
Just below the apartment you can find restaurants, banks, food pubs, the famous Triumphal Roman market and that of flowers and shopping streets.
The nearest airports are Leonardo da Vinci in Fiumicino (30 km) and Ciampino airport (35 km)
You can move around in the main districts of the city 'without the aid car on foot and by public transport.
The apartment is well connected by public transport. 5 minutes from the Metro A Ottaviano and 2 minutes from the bus terminal in pzz Clodius. The nearest bus stop is located 50 meters from the house.
