Newly renovated beach front condo, located on Venice Beach Florida! It offers exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as intracoastal waterway. This condo sleeps 6, offering 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed in master, 2 twin size beds in guest), 2 full baths, full kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room area complete with queen sleeper sofa. The San Marco offers a heated pool on the beach, spacious lounging areas, outdoor grilling, and a large entertainment room for large gatherings. Elevators located centrally within the building, as well as community laundry. The San Marco is in walking distance to the famous North Island Jetty, fine dining at the Crow's Nest, boat rentals via Venice Yacht Club and Freedom Boat Club, as well as deep sea fishing, snorkeling, shark tooth hunting, and much more! The San Marco is also simply 1 mile from the historic downtown shopping district, complete with a unique variety of individually owned restaurants and boutiques! Beautiful setting

We only stayed for a long weekend, but the area is beautiful and the views from the breakfast nook are amazing. Very comfortable with all the comforts of home. The owners are incredibly accommodating.
