TV, Hi-Fi, home theatre, and fan in each room.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
2 sun umbrellas, 8 Lafuma sun loungers, Weber BBQ, table and 8 teak chairs in the terrace.
Nice view over the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Interior designed by an architect and outdoor property conceived by a landscape architect. 800sq.m gated property, with fences and gate, including a large garage.

Maison très bien entretenue, et bien équipée. La clim a été fortement appréciée durant ce chaud mois d'août 2024! La piscine était parfaite, juste assez grande pour nager, ou jouer à plusieurs. Malgré la proximité des maisons voisines, l'environnement était très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Et que dire de cette belle région, qui offre tant à faire et à voir ? En cerise sur le gâteau, l'une des chambres a une vue directe sur le Ventoux !

Super erholsamer Urlaub- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir, eine Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Abend hat trotz unserer Verspätung hervorragend geklappt. Hierfür nochmal lieben Dank. Der Pool wurde von uns allen bei den warmen Temperaturen gerne genutzt. Durch die Größe des Pools konnte mal entspannt einige ‚Bahnen‘ ziehen. Herrlich ! Der Aussenbereich sind sehr schön angelegt. Die Küche ließ nichts vermissen. Selbst eine Mikrowelle und ein Backofen sind vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage verfügen teilweise über eine Klimaanlage, ansonsten steht ein elektrisch betriebener Ventilator zur Verfügung. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und zum Schluss sei noch erwähnt dass auch unser Hund sehr willkommen war. Es gibt in der Nähe eine schöne Strecke am Kanal, die sich als Hundespaziergang wunderbar anbietet. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns nochmals bei Zohra ubd Familie Pesce bedanken.

In die Jahre gekommen
Der Empfang durch Zohra war sehr nett, das Haus war sauber und die Lage OK. Allerdings war die Innenausstattung lieblos zusammengestellt und in die Jahre gekommen und einiges war reparaturbedürftig. Leider nur eine Ferienwohnung für den schnellen kommerziellen Wechsel.

Das Grundstück liegt sehr schön und ruhig. In die Ortsmitte zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt ist es nicht weit. Der Pool ist schön groß. Allerdings nicht beheizt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr warm, deswegen kein Problem. Leider waren die Liegestühle nur zum Teil intakt. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Le logement était très agréable ! L’endroit était magique En revanche, la climatisation faisait défaut, surtout par ces chaleurs De plus certains équipements étaient légers au regard du prix de la location ( barbecue défectueux, transats également, peu d’ombre sur la terrasse et parasols difficilement mobiles) Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour !!

Fantastische woning met zwembad in een mooie omgeving.
Zeer propere en verzorgde woning met heerlijk groot zwembad. Zalig terras, goed uitgeruste keuken en garage met wasmachine en droogkast. Ik raad deze woning ten zeerste aan. Veel luxe voor een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

En dejlig feriebolig som ligger kort i rolle omgivelser. Man kan gå til bager og supermarked. Super pool og alt i huset er i virkelig god stand !

nice villa in Beaumes De Venise
We enjoyed our stay in the villa of Joëlle and Eric! Beaumes De Venise is a pretty small village. Everything, supermarket, restaurants, bakery are near to the villa. if you are a wine enthusiast, as we are, Beaumes De Venise, famous for Muscat sweet wine, is a good starting point to Vacqueyras and Gigondas. :-) The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden including a large pool. We will come again next year.

Wir haben die Zeit in Beaumes-de-Venise sehr genossen und haben uns hervorragend erholen können. Der Blick auf den Mont Ventoux ist permanent präsent und die gesamte Landschaft ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist sauber und recht gut ausgestattet und der Pool verfügt über Salzwasser !!! Schön ist auch, dass der kleine Ortskern mit Bäcker, Wochenmarkt, Supermarkt Ölmühle und einigen Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub!

MAISON ET PISCINE TRES AGREABLES
Nous avons passé en famille une quinzaine très sympa dans cette maison de Beaumes-de-Venise. Très bon accueil et très bonne disponibilité des propriétaires ainsi que de la personne en charge de l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin. De plus, sa situation géographique permet de visiter facilement des sites tels que Avignon, Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine, le Mont Ventoux et tous les villages typiques provençaux.

Prachtig huis in Beaume de Venise
Zeer comfortabel en goed ingericht huis voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Prachtig zwembad wat goed onderhouden wordt. Huis ligt op loopafstand van het dorpje en in de omgeving is veel te doen. Kortom een aanrader.
