About this property

Charming chalet in the heart of Samoëns, which The Telegraph called “the near perfect resort”, and part of the Grand Massif ski area (Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Sixt). Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Ideal for extended family, two families sharing or a group of friends. In a quiet corner of the pretty, historic village and with fantastic views and only a 500m walk to the centre and all it has to offer – restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops and entertainment. Ski, mountain equipment and bike hire all available nearby.

Split over three levels, the ground floor comprises: open-plan living area with fire place and TV/DVD open onto fully equipped kitchen-diner (with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer); shower room; laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first floor includes 2 double bedrooms (one with cot) a spacious landing with double sofa bed and desk/study area and family bath/shower room.

A further mezzanine level includes three single beds and TV and DVD player. Free wifi available throughout the property.

End of stay cleaning and linen/towels included.

Beautiful and vibrant in all seasons and with year-round activities for all the family – from every mountain sport you might imagine to rambling, cycling, concerts, canoeing, yoga, mountain biking, swimming, golf, fishing, archery, horse-riding, theatre, tennis, historic visits, spas, parapenting and rafting . Super convenient for skiers – only a 2 min. drive (free parking) to the Grand Massif Express lift which gives quick access to the vast ski area. Short walk to free ski bus.

Je recommande ce logement pour les raisons suivantes : Propreté Grand chalet bien équipé et très bien décoré Skibus a 10 mètres du chalet, proche centre ville on peut tout faire à pieds. Gestion arrivée départ impeccable

Vacances au ski à Samoëns

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie station alpine. Le chalet est très bien placé, décoré avec goût et rien ne manque au niveau de l’équipement. Quel plaisir de trouver à l’arrivée les lits faits et des denrées pour nous accueillir !

Chalet très confortable, très bien équipé, très bien placé, hiver comme été

Bien placé (navette pour le GME à 30m et centre village à 5 minutes à pied) Très bien équipé (quelques éléments de cuisine à changer), dont une très bonne literie et une Wii avec Super Mario !! Propre et bien chauffé si le propriétaire pense à anticiper le chauffage ;) et avec une cheminée dans le salon Excellent accompagnement par les gérants

Fantastic break

We had a fabulous week staying in this chalet. It was in a great location only 5 mins walk to town and really comfortable and well equipped. There is loads to do in the area for families and we absolutely loved our time here. We will be back hopefully

Séjour d'été à Samoens

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable à Samoens. Village de montagne idéal avec de jeunes enfants et des adultes.Activites variées pour le plaisir de chacun.Le chalet Sam est très bien situé, parfait, moderne avec tout le nécessaire, une terrasse , un espace jardin plus 2 places de parking.

Lovely chalet

Perfectly situated close to town but quiet. Lovely enclosed outdoor terrace and garden, house was cool despite scorching temperatures. Highly recommend.

Fabulous cosy, spacious chalet

Perfect location, for the town. Just a 5 minute walk. Buses are easy and frequent and the lifts are close enough to walk to if you wish! Great amenities in the chalet - plenty of wood for the fire - basics provided and felt like a real home form home. Highly recommend.

Agréable chalet

Nous avons apprécié le chalet, bien agencé et agréable à vivre. Il est bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Il est bien aménagé juste les lits une place un peu etroits pour les adultes. Sinon, nous avons apprécié tout le matériel mis à disposition. Je le recommande et en plus vous serez bien accompagnés tout au long du séjour par l'agence.

Charmant chalet bien situé et bien équipé

Bonne location. Chalet bien situé et bien équipé. Le village de Samoens est vraiment agréable et la chalet permet de profiter à la fois des pistes et à la fois du village animé. Lit bébé, chaise haute, coussin à langer et baignoire ont été très appropriés. Très bonne literie.

Très satisfait du chalet et de notre séjour

Chalet correspondant parfaitement au descriptif. Très bien situé et agréable. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui est réactif et cordial. Je regrette de ne pas avoir plus de possibilités de contact avec massif Welcome. Seulement par mail et SMS ! Les consignes d’arrivée sont peu claires !

Lovely chalet just outside the village center

Stayed for a week in March at this chalet. Six adults in total and the chalet had plenty of space and equipment for us all. Excellent quiet location, but only a short walk into the village center so very convenient for nipping to the shops, bars and restaurants. Beds and furnishings very comfortable and the log fire was really cozy to sit round in the evening with a huge supply of logs provided. All in all, everything we wanted for a fantastic family and friends ski holiday and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous chalet in Samoens

This was our second stay as we were only here one week the first time and wanted to go back for two!! This is possibly one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. t is immaculately clean and welt kitted out. Lovely white linen and towels. We loved chilling in the garden on hot afternoons. A five minute walk into the centre of town so easy to just troll in on a morning for fresh bread and croissants. Great views all around and lovely walks for al abilities. Can't recommend this place enough.!!

Appartement bien situé prés du centre village ( 5 mn ), très calme, propre et conforme au descriptif . Gestionnaire très réactif . Cheminée bien agréable. Pièce de vie un peu petite , pourrait être améliorée avec une table moins grande . Local à skis très pratique à l'extérieur. Attention aux enfants à l'escalier d'accès à la mezzanine : un peu raide Bravo pour le cadeau de bienvenue. A recommander

Superbe séjour et très beau chalet.

Très beau chalet, bien équipé et décoration sympa. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Proche du centre et des commerces ainsi que des navettes pour les télécabines. Les échanges avec les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et les réponses rapides. Un excellent séjour à Samoens !!

Location réservée pour les vacances d'hiver, elle est trés bien adaptée pour passer un super séjour pour 2 couples et 3 ados. Je la recommande. C'est une valeur sure pour passer de bonnes vacances sur Samoens.

Everything you want and more.

Stayed 3 weeks Jan through Feb 2019. 8 people 1st week, 7 second week and just us 2 for a quiet final week. It really became to feel like home. Everything on the listing is accurate. Extremely well stocked in the kitchen, open plan so very inclusive, very comfortable, great bedrooms, lovely bathroom and a roaring fire. What more could you ask for? Just far enough from the town to stretch you legs and the ski bus stops on your doorstep. I cannot recommend this chalet more highly. Thanks Samantha.

Lovely house bad management

The house itself was lovely and very well maintained, Samoens is also a beautiful place. Unfortunately the management company mislead us at checkout and took half our deposit for things they confirmed were ok and we wouldn’t be charged for, quite disappointed by that!
