About this property

This charming house was constructed in 1957 and has been completely renovated. You will be hosted in the heart of Provence for a sunny and comfortable stay in the middle of nature with a magnificent view of the Alpilles. The garden and pool are located to the south, and lovely plane trees freshen the area.

The house consists of:
- A fully equipped kitchen,
- A living room with a sitting area and a dining room
- Four bedrooms, one of which has a 160-cm bed, another with a 140-cm bed, and a third with two 90-cm beds. The fourth is a 20-sq.m studio adjoining the house, with access from the side of the kitchen, as well as an exterior entrance. It has a double bed, a bathroom with WC and a fully-equipped kitchenette.

Provence awaits you, offering everything you need for an unforgettable holiday: pristine nature, sun, and historical sites. Our home away from home

Our host family are beautiful people. We will treasure the memories of our time for many years to come. And we will be back again! Claude was extremely helpful with local knowledge, tips and recommendations. The property is a real working rural property so we loved seeing real Provençal life unfold around us. Never intrusive and we always had our privacy. Beautiful!

Gîte en pleine nature, très calme, accès par chemin d'exploitation.

Accueil chaleureux. Notre semaine a été programmée par rapport aux vacances de printemps des petits enfants. Météo fraîche et pluvieuse. Piscine utilisée deux fois pour les courageux. Visites de la région et randos. La course landaise du 1er mai aux Paludes de Noves a été annulée sans avertissement. Dommage. Nous garderons néanmoins un bon souvenir.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Für uns (Familie, 4 Personen) war die Unterkunft perfekt. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Wohnung sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten, einige eher fest, andere etwas weicher, aber alle gut. Mitten auf dem Land, mit Pferden, Katzen, Fliegen, Grillen usw. Innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten (Avignon, Pont du Gard, Beaux de Provence) und schöne Ausflüge mit Wanderungen in den Alpillen. Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und konnten noch im (schon etwas kühlen) Pool schwimmen. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße!

Perfect getaway

Could not ask for a more delightful property or helpful owners. Great location to spend a month exploring the area and at same time enjoying down time at the house sitting around the pool. House very comfortable and beautifully designed for comfort and all your needs. Seeing horses and donkeys right outside our windows was most fun. Daughter of owners graciously took our visiting Granddaughter on long horseback rides that made her day ! Claude you were always available and we feel like you and your family have become our new best friends.

Magnifique!!

We have just had a wonderful week here and now back in a much cooler UK we are all wishing we were back there. The property, and hosts, were delightful and the ‘mas’ is surrounded by so much outdoor space yet only 5-10 minutes by car to the nearest village. The kids loved seeing the horses/donkeys and trying to spot all the cats! In the 40 degree heat the air conditioning and fabulous pool were very welcome. Highly recommend this place and we hope to be back someday…….

Family holidays

A beautiful house in a perfect setting! Lots of outdoor space, lovely pool with pool toys, table tennis and boules. Air con a bonus…very well equipped kitchen. San remis and Avignon are beautiful. Hosts were very friendly… Our kids loved the farm setting, cats, horses and donkeys to feed! Poor WiFi but other than that, a perfect place to stay!! No regrets about booking!

Beautiful country house

Beautiful country house in Provence! Two families (one of 4, one of 5) fit comfortably here (though my 5 year old slept on the floor). My kids loved the pool after our days out sightseeing in the gorgeous Provençal villages, Avignon, etc, playing badminton on the expansive field next to the pool, and eating dinner on the terrace. Claude was a warm and welcoming host and the surroundings of the house were gorgeous. I went for a run and immediately passed horses and fields of sunflowers. St. Remy and Les Baux de Provence are nearby villages that are stunning and si charmantes. We would gladly return here!

Alles hat perfekt für uns gepasst

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Empfang und problemlose Kommunikation. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, absolut nichts fehlte: alle denkbaren Küchenutensilien in großer Menge und Qualität, Schlafzimmer, Matratzen, Oberbetten top, Sauberkeit hervorragend. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Großeltern hatten einen eigenen Bereich mit separatem Bad. Viel Platz zum Sitzen und Essen - drinnen wie draußen. Die Kinder konnten ohne Gefahr draußen rumlaufen und spielen oder die Tiere füttern inkl. Reiten und Striegeln. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und eine Empfehlung. Negativ bzw. zu bedenken: Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto, weil der Hof etwas abseits liegt (Dafür ist es absolut ruhig). Das WLAN ist nicht das Schnellste - für Alltägliches ausreichend. Der abgetrennte Bereich liegt neben dem Heizungsraum. Ab und zu hört man den Brenner (während Heizperiode) und nachts kurz, aber häufig eine Pumpe o.ä. Wir werden wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Tolles Ferienhaus

In diesem wunderschönen Haus fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bis hin zu Putzmitteln, Toilettenartikeln und und und. Waschmaschine inclusive. Auch ein herrlich großer Pool und sogar eine Nespresso Maschine. Das ganze Haus ist wunderbar dekoriert und hat Stil. Die Betten sind hervorragend und Kissen und Decken ebenso. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Man muss tatsächlich nahezu nichts extra mitbringen. Der große Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach, Mikrowelle und Backofen machen die Küche perfekt. Eine bestens funktionierende Klima/Heizung macht das drinnensein perfekt. Über allem steht für uns einerseits die sehr angenehme Betreuung der Familie Bourdarel, andererseits die herrliche Lage. Ruhig in den Feldern gelegen und gleichzeitig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens zu erreichen. Und ein Glas in Saint Remy am Abend um die Ecke. Oder auf der Launch am Haus mit Blick auf die Sterne. Fantastische vakantie

Wij hebben een geweldige verblijf gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning! Alles wat je maar kan wensen is aanwezig. De gastfamilie is zeer discreet en erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Met temperaturen van +38 graden was de airconditioning in de woning erg waardevol. Een aanrader voor deze regio!

Excellent balanced vacation in Provence

We have spent two weeks in this beautiful house in the month of June 2022. Claude, and the entire hosting family are exceptionally friendly and supportive. The house is ideally positioned close to Alpilles within a very nice and idyllic environment with large plane threes, horses, donkeys, cats ... with a car it is only 10-15min to St. Remy, or ~30 min to Avignon and lots of other nice places from Arles, Orange ... to Carmague national parc with access to the Mediterranean Sea.

Excellent séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis très agréable. Dés notre arrivée on a été accueilli par la propriétaire, la maison était décorée ( sapin de noël, guirlandes lumineuses) on s'est de suite senti comme chez nous ! La maison est grande , propre rien ne manque ! C'est rare d'avoir une cuisine si bien équipée ! Le coin est super . Allez y, n'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Absolutely wonderful!

We planned a multi-generational “Christmas in Provence” holiday with this property as our base. It was absolutely wonderful and we had a great stay. Provence is beautiful all-year round and this property was ideally located to reach all the main sites with short easy drives down beautiful country roads. Claude and her family were lovely, and exceptional hosts! We are looking forward to returning and experiencing Provence again in a different season, and staying here once more!

Ein wunderbares Haus in schöner Umgebung

Ein wunderbares, sehr gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen mit Pool, zentral in der Provence gelegen ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das Ferienhaus ist aufgrund des sehr schönen und ruhigen Umfelds mit Blick auf die Alpillen sehr empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreichen Urlaub (Avignon, Orange, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Alpilles, Arles oder die Camargue sind gut erreichbar). Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse sowie die Liegen am Pool laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Sehr viel Freude hatten wir auch an dem gut funktionierenden Gasgrill. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
