This gorgeous 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, fully equipped villa has a a wonderful screened in balcony that allows for privacy, while facing out to tall, beautiful trees. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king, queen, and 2 twin beds. Washer/dryer is conveniently located in a hall closet. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Bathrooms have curved shower bars for a roomier shower.
Complex salt water pool is directly across from the unit, providing BBQ/picnic area & bike racks. Well manicured environment provides a lovely atmosphere to not only play golf, but walk, bike or run on sidewalk streets. Main towers have hot tubs & the largest salt water pool.

Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

Dayna was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the time of booking to the time of checkout. The unit looks just like the pictures presented. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need on vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to cook in. The neighborhood is quiet with a close-by pool and the larger resort pool is great for families with kids. We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great home away from home!

The condo description and pics were accurate. Amenities were nice and location not far from major attractions and the beach. Great communication with owner. Barefoot Resort is a lovely community. Would return!

Great location and great space!

The property is in a great location towards the back of Barefoot in North Myrtle. Close to everything you need and great for golfers and short drive to beach. Dayna was a great host, would definitely come back! Thank you!

Great location and great property!

My husband and I work pretty hectic jobs and this was just the right place to relax and slow down to enjoy time with our son. Peaceful neighborhood with great amenities. Our 4 year old son loved the games and puzzles provided at the condo and we really enjoyed the how it felt like the comfort of home while on vacation!

My 10 year old said it best, “this place makes me feel right at home”. Tastefully and comfortably decorated the condo checked all the boxes. Owners were responsive and lovely to deal with. Condo in quiet location and community pool in close proximity.

Family Getaway and Dance Competition

Second Stay Success!

This was the second time we have stayed here, and it was a very pleasant experience. We love the community, and the easy access to amenities, attractions, and beaches. There was plenty of space for our large family (4 teens). Dayna and Kurt are fantastic about communicating, and our needs were anticipated well. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!!

Very nice

Nice clean condo, close to area attractions, safe area. Had very rainy/stormy weather during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the pool and took a couple drives to the beach as well. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks Dayna and Kurt!

Wonderful Experience!

The condo is beautiful! There was plenty of space for our family of 6, and we truly had everything we needed. Lovely area, close to the beach and many attractions, but the neighborhood setting made you feel right at home. We loved the ability to cook instead of just eating out, and being able to do laundry was a lifesaver. The pools and beaches are awesome! Our children had a very memorable time, and our family would love to make this trip again! Dayna was very quick to respond to my questions, and she and Kurt were so kind and helpful from the start.

Great Property

My family and I loved this condo! There was a huge amount of living space and the condo was spotless upon arrival. It was in a great location that was safe, quiet, and close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was right across the street and the beach was just a short drive. Tv’s in all three bedrooms, a screened in porch balcony, and two full bathrooms made our stay relaxing. The owners were great, easy to work with, and checked on us by email to make sure we were off to a good start. We loved everything about this property and our stay!

Beautiful, Clean Condo for a Family Vacation!!

I would first like to commend the owners, Dayna and Kurt, for going above and beyond to save our vacation! We originally booked this trip for September of 2017 and we had to cancel the trip last minute due to a direct hit from Hurricane Irma. With great communication, Dayna was gracious enough to honor our reservation so that we could attend the same event, Mustang Week, but the following year. I can't thank them enough for doing this. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and easy to access. Amenities were great, as promised, and the location was within a short distance to many fun things to do. Large kitchen, large living area, and large bedrooms. Why would anyone book a hotel anymore for their family?! Thank you for a great trip, we highly suggest this condo!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The layout is great and everyone had privacy along with plenty of room to relax and eat in the open great room. Very convenient to restaurants, the grocery, shopping and the beach. The pool was very close and the condo was quiet.

Perfect for joint family vacation near the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The bedroom arrangements worked perfectly for our family of four plus my parents. Our daughters particularly enjoyed having their own television in the bedroom with twin beds. Nice proximity to the beach and restaurants and onsite pools were a good break from sand and surf - we liked the large saltwater pool a lot!

Great!

Our stay at Willow Bend was great. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our trip was very last minute, but Dayna replied quickly, and the entire process was a breeze. She is very organized, which made getting there, checking in, and checking out very smooth. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the area.

Definite Home Away From Home

From the first email to the last Dayna was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to deal with. She answered every question that I had within an hour, even while we were at the condo. The condo is in perfect shape, very well kept and equipped with everything you need. Beds slept comfortable, big kitchen and comfortable communal space. My family will definitely be back and have enjoyed our time together in their wonderful abode!!!

Wonderful family vacation

We had 3 families visit for a week of beach fun and absolutely loved this condo! The layout is perfect for privacy but there is also plenty of space when you want to be together. The screened in porch is amazing and we enjoyed the peace and quiet it offers. The kids loved being so close to the pool!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Both of us growing up in the northeast, settled on the Jersey shore after getting married. Always loving the beach, friends took us to N Myrtle Beach in 2000. Since then we have come back quite regularly. When the opportunity to buy something our family would enjoy for years to come, we jumped at the chance!

Why they chose this property

Loving the quieter aspects of N Myrtle Beach & being golfers. Barefoot Resort has been our choice for renting for many years. We chose Willow Bend mainly because of the open floor plan these newer villas provided.

What makes this property unique

We chose beddings that were luxurious. We love sitting on the screened in balcony enjoying a cocktails in the evening. With flatscreen tvs in every room, there is no fighting over what each child wants to watch. The fully equipped kitchen gives us the option to cook a full meal in or order out and with seating for 10 we have the option to host others for dinner. Freshly painted to reflect the retreat we want it to be. We know that once you have rented here you will return year after year!
